Flat 50% cashback for first transaction of airtel payments bank through phonepe was not received. Transaction done during the offer period mentioned and was an eligible transaction as confirmed by the customer support.
A complaint was registered regarding the cashback not received on 8th nov and they gave a tat of 48 hours and then 24 hours and again 24 hours and then now infinite tat, stating case already escalated to relevant team and no response from the team yet.
I made a transaction of 150 for which a cashback of 75 has to be received which i did not receive as per the offer fulfilling the t&c.

    I have done 2 electricity bill payments on phonepe app under offer to get 100 rupees cashback for firs 3 bill payments on 4 october 2017.
    They promised me that i will receive the cashback within 24 hours. But when i didn't received the cashback till 8th october didn't recieved it. So i tried to contact them but i was not able to do so. Then i tweeted them and they made fake promises that technical issues etc etc... So i asked for a certain time limit first they refused but then they said that i will receive my cashback till 11/10/17.
    After multiple times they gave me 50% of cashback for my 2nd payment
    But they still have to give me 150 rupees cashback.
    Now it's 22nd november and still i have not received my cashback.

    I don't know why these companies make such fake promises if they can't fulfill it.

    Please provide me my cashback as soon as possible.

        Hello I was booking ticket via Yatra for which I chose phonepe wallet. Amount got debited from my account but ticket was not booked. Its been 1 week I have sent a complaint but did not received any support from phonepe.

          I made a transaction of 8460 rupees on 23 september 2017 through upi using phonepe app. The amount get deducted from account but the transaction get failed. I complaints several times on phonepe but they are doing nothing to resolve my issue. They just give me estimated date again and again but never resolve my problem. I want immediate resolution of my problem.

          Now I want to get payment invoice.
          I am following up since last 8 days but isn't get any invoice.

          So please do the needful earliest .

              I did a recharge of 509 rs on phonepe which is unsuccessful for last 10 days.

              (Reason for failed recharge : the number entered is not a jio number, by mistake chosen a wrong non jio number and performed a jio prepaid recharge - which must result in recharge failure)

              My recharge is failed and still my deducted amount is not reversed. Phonepe support not responding or taking any action since 10 days. No resolution given to my email sent to [protected]@phonepe.com.

              Desirable resolution : refund of money as the recharge is unsuccessful.

                    Sir on 5th november amount of rs399 has been deducted from my new account on phonepe app. The transaction for recharging account has been cancelled but still after 10 days they hadn't refunded it and there is no response from customer care they are just exceeding the days to solve the issue.                     I have by mistake selected the Àircel number [protected] with a Jio service provider while recharging so the transaction get cancelled but my money hasn't been refunded yet.please help me

                      I booked a flight ticket on easemytrip and made payment through phonepe... Transaction failed first time but successful second time and cashback not credited... I continuously mailed to phonepe customercare for cashback but no proper response... After 1 month executive called me and told it's software problem we can't help you but can collect your feedback for future. Don't use phonepe they are just cheating consumer on name of cashback... Customer care is totally useless. They don't take any initiative.

                        Hey, phone pe is doing fraud... Telling you how... I had recharged with rs.50/- in offer period (Recharge with rs.50 and get rs.50/- cashback) 👈 this was the offer... But wow phone pe hats off to you... Recharge of rs.50/- was failed to my mobile number and deducted my rs.50 /- balance from my account... And in return phone pe give me rs.50/- cashback and telling me since 1 month that the amount has been adjusted to the cashback given in ur wallet... Smartly done you fraud job... Phone pe 👏👏👏... My rs.50 /- gone, now i cannot transfer my wallet balance to my account and also they deducted my balance... So i loss rs.50 /- because of this app phone pe... Bhagwaan kre ye app dub jaaye...👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎... i had seen so much people complaining abt the same reason...
                        I have proceesed 5000/- on 31/10/2017 to credit the amount in a/c no-[protected] for the name of Mr. Prakash Tiwari. The amount debited from the a/c no - [protected] Mr. Kaluram sahu .
                        Status from the benificiary showing that Transiction Fail.
                        The above amount not get reversed .So kindly arranged to do the needfull.

                            I did my first recharge on airtel of 399 but i instantly received a msg regarding "recharge couldnt be processed" and than i found that the amount was deducted from my account bt at the same time i found that a i had received a amount of rs50 cashback on phonpe as it was my first prepaid recharge... I waited and thought what to do next becoz i didnt receive any balance on my airtel account... After 5 to 6mins i saw that the amount was refunded bt it was only 349 and smartly they had added that 50ruppes and made it 399... Then i did a recharge of 399 on my jio account and used my jio wallet... The cashback i recieved was 75 which was fine according to the offer bt till now i cant understand what happened to my 50rs cashback which i should get according to there offer flashing on my home page... If the first recharge wasnt successful and it was all there technical fault atleast they should have given 50rs cashback on my next recharge btthat didnt happen... Very disappointed with this phonepe...

                                  I have three issues regarding to phonepe payment app.1. Transaction failed and my money detected.2. Recharge failed money detected 3. They give wrong cashback. My transaction fail and my money detected at my account. I create ticket in phonepe app. This is 20th day, till now they don't send my money back 1000. They're don't give any response also...                                       I have recharged my jio number using phonepe for rs.399/- i was supposed to get 84days of validity and rs400/- cashback in my jio account and also rs.30/- cashback in phonpe account. But it was in processing for almost two weeks. Till then offer changed and after multiple reminder and notification they cancelled the transaction and repaid only rs.369 and says rs.30/- was cashback adjusted. Now if i do same amount rs.399/- i will get only for 70days and no jio cashback of rs.400/- promised and also my rs.30/- cashback of phonepe. I want them to correct their unprofessional behaviour by compensating something atleast in my phonpe wallet. I am so frustated following up on the issues with phonepe

                                        we are use phonepe application for electricity bill payment but due to failed transacation as per these id NX [protected], (time 10.02pm) NX[protected] (10.05pm)both date on 23 October 2017 amount are debit my account rupees 3709/but do not revert amount in my account reason transcation failed.
                                        My account balance dabit for not successful transaction but refund my money pls recheck and confirm to me amount
