Phonepay is worst company because 9 days have been passed and i have not received my refund of my failed transaction (Nx[protected]) of rs. 150 to bank. I wanted to contact their customer care but they are not even providing mee option to call customer care service. Dont use phone for online transactions such a fraud company. Phone is worst. Stop using phonepay so that you can make your money safe....

my money debited but transaction not successful.

NX[protected] this number transaction plz look after this . I got debuted 399 Rs but transaction not processed. I have trusted in your app plz kindly help me here.
I was recharging my jio no. [protected] . Plz look after this issue .this is urgent. As a new market holder u should quickly solve this; then only people will get trust on you people....

I am complaining about my refund amount back from phone pe app

I have paid my electricity bill of reliance it was failed but my money transaction from my account is debited. When i ask them to refund the money. They are saying to contact your bank as they didn’t get amount in their account. When i go to my bank they told me to complaint on customer care number. I am trying to complaint on customer care number they are not responding....

Withdrawal of money from phonepe wallet to my bank account

Dear sir i have already told you that still now money is not credited to my bank account even after getting the confirmation sms as shown below -
"withdrawal of rs.3862 from your phonepe wallet to your central bank of india account has been successful. Bank reference no:[protected]".
I get this confirmation sms on 4 july.

I want to tell my problem again, on 1st july i have withdrawn rupees 3862 from my phonepe...

Problem in payment transfer

But money not transferred to respected account but amount debited in my account. This bank account statement send to phonepe support but they are not responding well.

Recharge failure

I have complaint for phone pe company. On 30th june 2017 i recharged my video con d2h for rs 166, i get confirmation from phone pe that recharge is successful but video con didn't receive the amount. So, i mailed customer care regarding the issue. They replied that transaction is successful from their end an they gave reference id to check but videocon wont check it from third party. Money debited but order failed. Didn't give me refund yet.

I was purchasing on myntra through phonepe upi option in 23rd june 2017. Somehow my order failed but money got debited. Its still in pending transactions of my phonepe app. I called customer care many times but they aren't helping. Initially my complaint id was 1108892 and they asked me to wait for 7-9 working days. Now after more than 10 days they changed the complaint id and asking me to wait again for a week. I am sharing the screenshot...

PNB insurance transaction failed

Had paid the insurance premium for PNB Metlife on 09-May-2017 through Canara bank for Rs.30000, but I now am informed thru PNB Metlife that the policy has been discontinued since they hadn't received the payment.

But when I contacted my payee bank it is said to have paid to the account of FX Mart. Request you to kindly refund the amount to my account....

No proper refund redressal

I had purchased product from Myntra abd made payment using Phonepe on 24/06 for Rs.1255/-. They credited 251/- as cashback. I cancelled order immediately. On cancellation of order phinepe refunded. 1004/- to my card. Retaining 251/- in wallet. subsequently 2 orders from flipkart got cancelled. Same way they retained 150+150 in wallet. I have been following up for last 10 days no proper reply all kinds of different customer service afents...

Return of money

I was adding 5500 rs money on my phonpe account through my corporation bank debit card but my transaction had been failed and money deducted from my account and wallet was not also updated.
I had called to customer, they said that your money will return in 7 days but i haven't received my money on my account i had again call to customer, they are saying that go to bank and fill the form.

Regarding amount transaction

On may 24th 2017 i did transfer some amount from phone phe wallet to idfc bank.
That amount not get reflected in my account. For that i spoke with phone phe wallet customer care people[protected]. Moret han 20 times spoke with them for that transaction issue, finally they given one arn number and transaction number, with these details i raised complaint in idfc bank, they did verification from their end, after 24 hours of verification...

Not received the refund for the transaction made through phone pe.

I have not recieved the refund of amout 6740 rs made from two diffrent accounts for the transactions made on 29 th may and 30 may through my registered phone pe account of number [protected] and [protected].
The amount of 6740 for both account has been debited through axis and sbi credit cards and still i have not recieved the refund. Refund still not reflecting in my credit card account. I call customer care they said wait for more...

Stolen my money

I have made some transaction on flipkart through phonepe wallet by tranfer money to wallet from my kotak credit card. Later on i cancel my order and same has been refund by flipkart instantly. Instead of such amount back to my wallet, phonepe pay show it has credit back to my kotak credit card. Till now (Already a week pass away) i have not received my money in credit card not in my phonepe wallet.
Further i have seen many people complaining...

I made a transaction on flipkart using phonepe account of amount rs 8080 on 31 may 2017, after that i got amount rs 200 as a cashback on my phonepe account.
I cancel my order within 10 to 15 minutes from the time of placing order. Then i got mail from flipkart cancellation of my order an refund prossessd.
I checked my transaction detail on phonepe...

Refund not came.

My registered mobile no - [protected], i made a transation of rs 8080 on flipkart via phonepe app on 29th may 2017.
Then i cancel my order on flipkart an they prossesd my refund to phonepe. An phonepe is showing they credited my refund on my card but refund not came on my card.
I made a call on customer care of phonepe 4 to 5 times. They are telling to me sir you have to wait for 7 to 9 days.
Today is 9th june 2017...

Amount refund issue

I am using PhonePe with Registered number: [protected]. I did a transaction of amount Rs. 1506/- on 18th-May and it ws failed due to your server issue. The money was debited from my acount and i have logged a complaint regarding refund from the past 15 days.

I am not getting any kind of resolution from your side which is really unavoidable. I have processed a number of complaints ( at least 4 or 5 times) but your executives...

Successful transaction but amount not received by third party
