I purchased mixer in Dmart on 18 Feb 2022 from few days it was not working

I bought an induction of your company through amazon - Cloudtail India Pvt LTD. Address - Village jamalpur Gurgaon Haryana 122503. I bought one month before it's having a lot of problems, it shows error E6 again and again every 5 to 6 seconds.

I have contacted Pigeon many times but who is the customer care Contact Person said मैं 250 rs चार्ज करूंगा इसको रिपेयर करने के लिए वॉरेंटी मैं चार्ज कोन लेता है i want replacemet of this otherwise give me complete refund. I sent him email again and again company doesn't give any resolution third class company and product customer service is too low

I recently purchased a pressure cooker from D-Mart (Attapur - HYD) . From day 1 the food cooked in cooker is tasting too much bitter and stinks like something. I tried reaching out to all the customer care numbers available on Internet but none of them are working.

I have order electric kettle from flipcart.
My kettle had some electric issue, so i have raised complaint against it. The customer care person took mine kettle 2 weeks ago. It's being 2 weeks my kettle is not back. Our customer care person hemant vispute took the kettle and didnt gave it back past 2 weeks. He doesn't picks up the call. I need my kettle back with good condition ASAP.

I git my Induction cook top in a gift and the front plate of this induction is broken kindly replace it... I complaint it already but it not resolved yet

The electric kattle of 1.5lts i bought doesn't work, it just has the light on but the water in it didn't heat, the d-mart says to contact the pegion customer care, but they are not available to connect, there is no activie number.

A week ago our 6-8 month old Pigeon cooker exploded while cooking and flew around the kitchen destroying our Prestige glass top gas stove and our Pigeon induction cook top, we were truly lucky that there was no one in the kitchen when it happened. I've tried to get hold of Pigeon but none of their numbers seem to be working and it's getting a bit exhausting. I'd really appreciate any help on how to get this problem sorted.

Pegeon gas stav repair

I have purchased pigeon electric water kettle from Jiomart online. With in a month now kettle is not working. Kindly send your technician to rectify the issue immediately.

It's been a horrible experience with pigeon gas stove since 4 months a guy who has visited from service centre said that he ll be back in two days and now he vanished. We have been following with the merchant where we bought they are also helpless. They too started saying no response from pigeon.

In each and evry product we choose pigeon because of the quality of the product but the quality of the service that you render is pathetic.
Having a small baby how somebody can stay without cooking.

Here even the shop person sriram metals where we bought the gas stove they are saying helpless as there is no response from pigeon.

If i donot get a solution in twodays the product is under warranty and the service is denied let me see what I can do in a consumer forum not only that I will be posting this in social media as well let all your customers know about your pathetic service.

The induction is not working properly and automatically cut out when coking the food

A newly ordered gas stove order date :16/01/2022 was not working, burner on one side fully not working. It is having warranty for an year with order id[protected] purchased from amazon. Please do the needful.

Electric kettle is not working properly

I have been started using this item from last one year. The middle and side burners are not working. Middle one is not turning on. Side one is becoming off when you reduce the flow.
