I ordered pizza and did online payment. Store declined the order. I called pizza Hut customer care for refund. Iam calling since 10 days now. They are just promising for refund but no refund form them. They are very rude on call.

I ordered from sapphire food ltd on 10 october 2023 in dabolim goa, for an amount of ₹874.66 and i didn't receive the order for about 2 hrs so i called the helpline number[protected] to cancel it and refund it as soon as possible. They said it would take 14 business days and today is 31st of october 2023 which is 21 days since i didn't receive the refund. Today i called them again and they are saying that they have initiated the refund request but paytm is having some issues and asked me to talk to them for the refund . This is very unprofessional from pizza hut as they are robbing me and delaying the refund.After this complaint i might go for an online FIR.

I order Pizza Hut around 10:00 pm with order number as #11591448 which was suppose to be delivered at 10:36 pm from the store address Pizza Hut Pune - Magarpatta Hut, Unit No 1, Green Harvest Building, Pune, Maharashtra, 411028 hardly a 1 km away from my home.

I waited till 10:45 pm and called up Pizza Hut customer care to understand the status of my order

Below is the summary of these calls:

Call #1 Agent replied order dispatched will be delivered soon and you will receive a call from store which never happened.

Call #2 Agent took my permission to put me in a conference call with the store and kept me waiting for 6 minutes until I handed up with frustration.

Call #3 Agent replied that the order is still at the outlet which means that the other 2 agents lied.

Was it not the moral duty of Pizza Hut to notify about delayed order and on the top of that there Customer Care agents too lied.

In the end I never received my order and had to face humiliation from Pizza Hut through both there store and customer care

I ordered double cheese personal pizza and cheese garlic bread and a water bottle. The order was of 528 rupees and it was placed at 8:45 to 8:50 pm on 5th of October 2023 from the banglore airport outlet. Can you please look for the bill it is very very important and I need online duplicate receipt for it. Help would be of great.

on 2 sep - 9:04PM. The store person who picked up the call was very unprofessional and spoke very cheaply about for asking my refund. I hadn't seen anything like this in any restaurants before. He stopped taking my calls after that. I request Pizzahut customer care to refund my amount immediately.

Dear Pizza Hut,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and quality of the order no. 15645415 I received from Pizza Hut on 16th September 2023 from the Sector 12 Vasundhara Ghaziabad branch.

On 16 September 2023 at approximately 1:15 PM, I placed an order for a personal Cheese and Corn pizza for my daughter. The estimated delivery time was 1:44 PM. However, the order was delivered 20 minutes late, and this delay occurred even after I had to make two phone calls to inquire about the status. I didn't receive any delivery message for that pizza. Infact, PHD app on my phone is still displaying that pizza is on the way and estimated arrival time is 1.44 pm.

Upon receiving the pizza, my daughter discovered that there was an excessive amount of onion on the pizza. Unfortunately, my daughter does not like onions, and this resulted in her not being able to enjoy her meal and going hungry. Additionally, the order did not include oregano, a standard condiment that is usually provided with Pizza Hut orders.

I promptly contacted pizza Hut number to raise my concerns. From there, my call was transferred to the store manager, Mr. Bhawan (Bhanu) Singh. I provided him with photographic evidence of the onion-laden pizza, which clearly showed that the pizza was not prepared to the standard expected from Pizza Hut. However, Mr. Singh's response was far from satisfactory. He suggested that the presence of onion might have been due to onion being stuck on the pizza cutter, which I found to be an inadequate explanation. Furthermore, he refused to take responsibility for the missing oregano and denied that the pizza was undercooked, despite the evidence in the pictures. He was quite rude and brazen during the entire interaction on that phone call. I asked him to send all these things in writing on WhatsApp. He refused that as well.

I requested a general Pizza Hut customer email address or contact information, but Mr. Singh declined to provide this and insisted on sharing only either his personal email address. He also refused to share his employee ID. After further argument, he said that he can give Area manager's email id if I insist. I'm not sure if that is the correct email ID. I am deeply disappointed by the dismissive and unprofessional attitude displayed by Mr. Bhawan Singh during this interaction. I have been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for years, but this experience has left me with a negative impression of your brand.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the issues I have raised. I believe that your grievance cell can help resolve this situation and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.

I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter. I'm attaching all the pictures for you reference.

I have ordered a garlic bread on 10th sept 2023 and that was disgusting i called them regarding this issue and they said they'll change this and gave another garlic bread without charging any price whenever i need but they didn't gave me any specific number or any coupon for this.

I ordered pizza through pizza hut app on Aug 1. A person from nearby shop ( Pizza hut, perambur) called and informed that they can't take my order because it far and hence they cancelled it. As it was prepaid, he told me that I'll get my refund within 15 days. It's almost 45 days now. I still didn't get my refund yet. I tried calling their customer support, they are not helping at all.

I had ordered some items for Rs. 307/- vide orde no. 16002436 dated 05.08.2023 but the order was not delivered and I was informed on call that I would get the refund within 7 days for this undelivered order. Till now I haven't received the refund. I have tried all possible ways like messaging on Twitter, contacting toll free no., trying to reach Store manager who is just not picking up my calls, but I have got no help from anywhere. Kindly refund the amount as already 1 month of time has passed.

I ordered a 4 pizzas for rs704 and the money got deducted but in the app there is no confirmation number or tracking number.It’s showing like I’ve never placed an order but I have the online payment bill with me.This is not the first time that it has happened few months ago also I placed an order but the order didn’t arrive and they promised to refund me back my money but I didn’t get the refund.Today also the customer care number said the same thing.

Had recently ordered Pizza from Kalyan Nagara, Bangalore out let & below are my concerns.
No hygiene is maintained while cooking the pizza. No apron, no gloves were used . The staff were managing everything with bare hands. wiping face, rubbing the hand to the pant & aging cooking.
The pizza was half baked. I have enclosed a photo for your reference
Garlic bread was also half baked & oil was dripping from the bread.

I ordered a pizza by phone due to having to keep placing a order in app there were on several technical issues not due to responsibility that was a 1 topping large pizza the price was not completely fair do to deals on menu item limitized and the order work couldn't resolve the exact price on speaking it and kept pushing the price higher which I was charged $48.00 - $49.00 USD [protected]@gmail.com

I tried placing an order from the pizza hut aap but as the payment was made the cart showed empty and no order was placed but my money has been deducted.
I demand a refund of my money asap.

I placed an order through the pizza Hut app, after proceeding to the payment via google pay, the money was debited from the account but in the app there wasn't any order placed when checked the orders section.

We ordered pizza under order number Order 18781311 received, after 1.5 hours we could see that the order has been delivered but we had never received it.
IT IS A PURE BLUFF AND PIZZA HUT BEING AN INTERNATIONAL BRAND, SUCH BLUFF IS NOT APPREICATED.
WE CALL 18 TIMES ON THE STORE NUMBER BUT NO ONE LIFTED THE CALL.
WE REQUEST YOU TO PROCESS REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

Payment gets deducted but neither order gets confirmed nor refund comes. Customer has to make continuous follow up for refund. Such a pathetic app it is

I recently made an order in pizza hut but my order wasn't done but the money was successfully sent to the pizzahut, so I went to my nearest pizzahut where I had a chat with the staff about my problem and they said I'll receive the refund within 24 hours, it's been 3 days since that day but I haven't received any of my refund. I've tried contacting them but they don't seem to help me out and they keep neglecting me and doesn't help me with my refund.

I ordered 2 masala Pepsi which costed me 99 each

But the price was 49 only
