Payment is done but order is not placed

- I was trying to order the pizza from pizza hut app. I added the pizzas to the card, proceed to the payment step using UPI method (GPay), the money was deducted from the bank but when i returned to pizza hut app order was not placed and the cart was empty.
- The disadvantage using the pizza hut app, is there is no option to lodge a complaint when an issue occurred. Only FAQ's are available....

I went yesterday 26th march 2023 with my family at GST Road Kamachi colony, Chromepet Chennai - 44 branch and order placed through their QR attached to the table.

My order was veg Margarita, veg only cheesy, veg Italian onion tomato & 2 Pepsi

Our Order served fast and since it was late night (9.45 pm) also tired with long drive and we were so hungry we started eating our food but to our surprise we came to know that our pizza is not what we ordered but a non-veg peperoni pizza in it!
(or whatever they served)

Are your staffs are so stupid to serve a brahmin client with non veg pizza? Do Pizza hut don't think and don't see this as a serious issue?

I shouted at the store counter person and we all just went out of the store without eating any single bite after the incident.

My family is now boycotted any outside store pizza of any brand hereafter.
It's very disappointing.
It violates our beliefs & it's not acceptable.

    Dear Sir,
    SUB : Complaint for the Quality of Services, Quality of the Product Delivered and Untrained Staff.
    This is in referenced to my order that I had placed online for Two Pizzas. I am very sorry to share my experience with you for the Pizza’s and the services offered to me which am narrating to you. You may please gauge my level of dissatisfaction and agony suffered by me that even after four days have gone by I have not forgotten this incident and am hence I am forced to write this complaint.
    1. The Pizza base was as thin as thin Roti that we make in our house. Would you encourage your children to eat this Pizza oh sorry PISS-A.


    2. Cheese Does It Exist…See the PissA Below.. Oh my God…. What have you asked?????? It seems that for our health concern, Pizza hut has decided not to put it.

    3. Hot Pizza : Seems that Pizza was baked just 58+ minutes back (That was the time it had taken from the time placed the orders till delivery). It may not be hot, but it is not cold either.

    4. Vegetables, see the photograph above. They Look So fresh!! (Pun intended)

    5. Whom do we serve first? We have a customer who has come to Pizza Hut restaurant to enjoy and we have a customer who has ordered and paid 100% advance through Swiggy and there is a clause that if the order is cancelled after one minute there are charges levied. Where would that that customer go?

    6. Finally, we were tracking on the 38th minute Pizza was handed over to the delivery guy with instructions to deliver before the 60th minute and that too when the winds were blowing and it was raining too. What did the delivery boy do? ….called my wife and pleaded her to allow him to mark the delivery ..something becoming a standard practice among companies working on time bound delivery models.

    7. So we had a very special Pizza….Waver thin Base + No cheese + stale vegetables + late delivery= Pizza Hut’s Rotten Rubber Pizza. I don’t know how I ate that.

    8. And finally when we called up the customer service with the complaint we were offered Rs. 150 as a compensation (Say prize) to eat this rotten rubber …or say PISSAAA!!!
    I am planning to address this complaint to the Foods and Drugs Administration too but to give you a fair chance I will wait till 28.03.2023 Tuesday 12.00 noon for your representation. I would expect answer from the very most senior management so that they get familiar with the ground realities. Please note that both I and my wife are suffering from very severe stomach upset something near to food poisoning which we feel is because of your PISS---A……!!!

    Pizza was ordered by my wife Mrs. Honey Jand from Visakhapatnam and at the above address.

    Please do not try to supress this complaint failing which it would aggravate this issue. I would like to talk to the senior most management and no one else will be entertained.

        Ordered from pizza hut app, the money (760.20) was debited but the order was not placed, not able to lodge the complaint via the call centre number given in pizza hut app, please do refund the money

          I have ordered Pizza through online and order number was confirmed as #17857572. the order was placed around 12.30 pm and supposed to be delivered at 12.58 pm. But around 12.45 pm I have receieved a call from number [protected] that the order cannot be delivered . As it was very urgent for my guest I need to beg and agreed to pay additional Rs 200/- for delivery. It was deivered at 1.30 pm and need to pay additional delivery charge. I strongly complain about this kind of service and need to be adddressed. I will also post my experience in social media.

            I ordered 1 Pizza today i.e. on 19/03/2023 from Pizza Hut India Moradabad Buddhi Vihar with order number 19100065 at 8:54 P.M. The order didn't come at first till 9:30 PM. Online the status was showing that the Order has been delivered. I complained onon their number [protected] and I was assured that order will be delivered within 10 mins and still the order didn't come . Then I again complined on the same number [protected] and I asked for the refund of my money back to which I was told that there is some glitch in the system that it is showing delivered . Finally the order came at 9:54 PM. but when I opened it was totally cold Pizza . In the past also I ordered 1 pizza from the same Pizza Hut wiorder number 18570553 on 14/01/2023 and the same thing happened . I want my money for the recent order to be refunded back to me Amount Rs 414

              Worst experience ever. Pathetic customer service.

              My issue: I've placed an online delivery order on 19th Feb, order delivery was delayed for more than 1hr and the food became watery so I rejected the order. But the delivery guy has no clue on what he is delivering because he is not from Pizzahut, he is a delivery partner from DUNZO. So I'd to call customer care and after waiting for 10min + store manager Mahesh ([protected]) spoke to me and assured that he will refund the full amount, irrespective of whether you accept or reject the delivery.

              Till today I'm following up with Mahesh ([protected]), no he always says either in 1hr or 1 day money will be credited, if not he will personally pay it to me. With this answer he dragged it for 20 days, and he never answers my call on first 2-3 attempts I've to call him atleast 4-5 times a day and sometimes he says he will call me back, but he never does that.

              SHAME ON YOU PIZZAHUT, for encouraging such mannerless people as managers at your store without proper training and all.

                        I faced the same issue yesterday 10th March during the same time during 8:45 to 9 PM. Tried contacting them on Facebook, they replied saying the refund will appear after maximum of 21 days time period. I wasn't happy and I've raised a chargeback disputed in my bank.

                          On 9th March, 2023, I ordered a personal pan size pizza from Pizza Hut India located at Nucleus Mall, Lalpur, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
                          For my order, I payed the money online through QR Scanning and the money got deducted from my bank account (Axis Bank). However, the company did not recieved the money. The employer present there ensured me that the money will be refunded to my account after few hours. Believing the employer, I did cash payment and received my order. However, I did not got any refund of the online transaction I did till now.
                          Kindly consider this matter and help me to get my money refunded.

                              Order food via swiggy on Pizza Hut today, the delivery person was not allowed to enter the hut and Securiy person blocked him and he was standing outside Pizza Hut for 3 hrs and they cancelled the order after 4 hrs, very rude behaviour from pizzas hut, request to raise this inequality treatment and they need to be sued in court of law

                                  I am writing to express my disappointment with the pizza I received from Pizza Hut. I ordered 3 Pizzas in total (1 Classic Corn and 2 Italian Onion Tomato) all in regular size for delivery on 28th February at 1:39 a.m. from Swiggy app order no. #[protected] from the Powai outlet of Pizza Hut. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the pizza. The pizza appeared to be stale and lacked any freshness at all of which was confirmed by it’s cold nature.
                                  Upon receiving the pizza, I immediately noticed that the crust was dry and tough, and the toppings were hard and had a plastic texture. When I tasted the pizza, I was disappointed to find that it was stale and lacked the usual flavour that I have come to expect from Pizza Hut. As a result of only consuming 2-3 stale bites all the consumers (including me and two of my friends) were severely sick from stomach bug. We could not enjoy the usual daily life we are used to due to being sick from consuming these pizzas. We have suffered financially, mentally and the most painfully through physically and would really like to be compensated for it fairly.
                                  I urge you to take this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure that such instances are not repeated in the future.

                                    My order id 17187552 dated 26feb2023 .
                                    I recieved my order late and that too incomplete order . I had complaint last night itself and again next day twice I need to raise complaint and after 15 hours the store manager is calling me up and saying me that should I send ur missing item . I don’t want any thing from Pizza Hut and I would need a refund of my particular item which was not delivered .

                                      Had ordered 2 pizzas and Mexican Garlic Bread online last night. Of which 1 pizza and Garlic bread was burnt and delivered. On complaining online Swiggy couldn’t do anything since it’s the quality issue of the restaurant. So mailed the restaurant complaining about the same to which they didn’t even bother to reply back. I am hereby complaining on this forum so that people like me are not taken for granted when it comes to food quality by brands like Pizza Hut. They should respect their customers and value them and not ignore their complains.
