Greetings.
We are astounded to learn that a reputed brand like Pizza Hut is maintaining hooliganism and unruly store management to degrade reputable consumers.
We were invited by the ignorant & rowdy store manager (Shankar) to replace our unpleasant dine-in experience just to get abused, humiliated & terrorized. He even attempted to attack us for demanding our rights without any fear & gender consideration.
We had travelled from a distant locality to attend the invitation that the hooligan Shankar turned into a nightmare, raising a big question on the standard your brand is retaining to preserve consumer rights. The manager was drunk while on duty and surpassed all the boundaries o[censored]nprofessionalism to disregard us.
Who has given you the mandate to offend & humiliate customers?

The big question arises here on the benchmark your brand encompasses to preserve the customer orientation standard of your management. Are they qualified enough to manage?

The entire incident was recorded on the phone & shall be produced before the consumer court to initiate legal action against the store management & its affiliates unless the matter is thoroughly investigated, and addressed & stern action is taken against the unruly manager besides a written public apology is issued.

    I have been ordering Pizzas from Pizza hut from long time. this time we ordered three pizzas from Pizza Hut through Swiggy and two of them were burnt.

      Sbi gift voucher unable to be used

      Being SBI credit card holder, I am issued PIZZA HUT GIFT VOUCHER for Rs.500 each (4 nos.) which I am unable to get it used at pizza hut outlets due to the fact that I don't consume pizza items or my family members too.

      I would like to order for DESERTS (ICE CREAMS) which I am also not getting from any of the outlets.

      Request please resolve my problem.

      With reference to the above order i had placed the order at 20.15hrs and the same was not delivered till 20.46. When I called the customer care the concerned person said he will arrange call back. As there was no call till 21.15 hrs again i called they said they will connect to the concern store and he confirmed that the store is closed and customer care has to cancel the order . Again I called the customer care and spoke to Mr Pradeep and says the amount will be credited to me within ten days . I asked him why it should take 10days when there is no store and you have taken the money from me . He was going on repeating the same and i abused him and immediately he disconnected the line . I am not sure what will happen to my money . If I am not receiving any compensation and reply with in 72 hours from your end i will go to consumer court and get proper justice.

        I had ordered a pizza from city center mall Gurgaon
        Take away delivery

        I reached the outlet on time for collection and the order was not ready
        I asked the reason employee with contact number +91 [protected] and he said we are short of staff and will take another 15 minutes to get the order ready
        Hence I wanted to cancel the order and it turned up to a arguement and he started using vulgar words

        I need company to take necessary actions else I will file a complaint in police station

          I placed an order on 14th January at 07:58 pm for 2 medium pizzas using the Pizza hut app, the amount of Rs. 808.50 was debited through the UPI payment (SBI Bank account) however the order was not registered on the Pizza Hut app.
          It was only when my kids called me at 10:10pm that I realised the order was not reflecting and also the Pizza hut store Fatima Nagar confirmed no order was received. Till the date amount has not been refunded....

          Hi Pizza hut team,

          My name is Jean Extross and mobile number is [protected].

          Yesterday on 14th Jan 2024, I placed an online order at 07:58 PM using the Pizza hut app, the amount of Rs 808.50 was debited following a successful UPI transaction (PayviaRazorpay), however the order was not registered in your system.
          Unfortunately, i had not checked the system, but realised it only at 10:10pm when my kids called and complained that hadn't received the pizza yet.

          I had to place an order all over again. But up until now I haven't received the refund.

          This is the 2nd time in the last 6months that this issue has occurred. Also your app doesn't have any sections to see the history of orders placed, this is pathetic...kindly consider this as improvements else you will only have unhappy customers.

          Details o[censored]PI are as below: -
          UPI Transaction ID #[protected] using my SBI bank account.

          Kindly refund the amount urgently to my bank account and notify me of the same.

              On 29th December, I ordered two pizzas from Mango, Jamshedpur branch via Swiggy.

              I was appalled to see the state of Pizzas as they were completely burnt out and not in the state to be eaten.

              We had to discard those pizzas and raise complaint with Swiggy. To our surprise we only received 120 rs refund whereas we paid 600+ rs.

              I am requesting for a full refund but Swiggy is denying the same and Pizaa Hut is non responsive.

                I have ordered from pizza Hut on 28/12/ 23. I paid the amount through upi. But due to some technical issues on their part my order was not confirmed. When I spoke to the customer service of pizza hut they told the amount will be refunded within 48 hrs it's been 72 hrs now and I still did not get the refund. The amount paid was 523 inr.

                  Last week I ordered pizza from PIZZA HUT after ordering pizza payment for the order we deducted by my Paytm account but after few minutes a person call from there side and said that we don't have a delivery yet so we can't delivered so I tell them to refund my money. So I talked to a executive of pizza Hut they said you'll get your refund in 6-7 working days but it's been 1 week I didn't get my refund plzz help me

                    Today i went at pizza hut outlet at kohinoor square, Dadar, Mumbai (MH) for sensory tasting of food. being a food technologist i have a great understanding of Good manufacturing practices and good hygiene practices but today what i saw was not believable as well as acceptable as the pigeon was flying inside the food preparation arena. he sat on baking instrument and touched all the serving bowls. For the reference, I have shot a video. what was more shocking was the staff was siting inside the room and no one bothered to keep a check. even for ordering i needed to loudly call the staff and then they came. Being a big brand that is so trust worthy and then such incidences happens. will i be able to order from next time after witnessing what i did today???OBVIOUSLY NOOOOOOOOO.

                          I ordered from sapphire food ltd on 10 october 2023 in dabolim goa, for an amount of ₹874.66 and i didn't receive the order for about 2 hrs so i called the helpline number[protected] to cancel it and refund it as soon as possible. They said it would take 14 business days and today is 31st of october 2023 which is 21 days since i didn't receive the refund. Today i called them again and they are saying that they have initiated the refund request but paytm is having some issues and asked me to talk to them for the refund . This is very unprofessional from pizza hut as they are robbing me and delaying the refund.After this complaint i might go for an online FIR.

                            I order Pizza Hut around 10:00 pm with order number as #11591448 which was suppose to be delivered at 10:36 pm from the store address Pizza Hut Pune - Magarpatta Hut, Unit No 1, Green Harvest Building, Pune, Maharashtra, 411028 hardly a 1 km away from my home.

                            I waited till 10:45 pm and called up Pizza Hut customer care to understand the status of my order

                            Below is the summary of these calls:

                            Call #1 Agent replied order dispatched will be delivered soon and you will receive a call from store which never happened.

                            Call #2 Agent took my permission to put me in a conference call with the store and kept me waiting for 6 minutes until I handed up with frustration.

                            Call #3 Agent replied that the order is still at the outlet which means that the other 2 agents lied.

                            Was it not the moral duty of Pizza Hut to notify about delayed order and on the top of that there Customer Care agents too lied.

                            In the end I never received my order and had to face humiliation from Pizza Hut through both there store and customer care

                            I am still waiting for the resolution of this complaint and even after doing cancellation of the order Pizza Hut has failed to refund my Rs. 586. Is this how a brand works?

                              I ordered double cheese personal pizza and cheese garlic bread and a water bottle. The order was of 528 rupees and it was placed at 8:45 to 8:50 pm on 5th of October 2023 from the banglore airport outlet. Can you please look for the bill it is very very important and I need online duplicate receipt for it. Help would be of great.

                                I have tried calling and asking refund from customer care and the store manager multiple times, but they keep saying it will take 3-5 days or 7-10 days. but nothing happened. It's been a month. Order 19320934 From Chennai - Phoenix Market City - [protected]
                                on 2 sep - 9:04PM. The store person who picked up the call was very unprofessional and spoke very cheaply about for asking my refund. I hadn't seen anything like this in any restaurants before. He stopped taking my calls after that. I request Pizzahut customer care to refund my amount immediately.

                                  Dear Pizza Hut,

                                  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and quality of the order no. 15645415 I received from Pizza Hut on 16th September 2023 from the Sector 12 Vasundhara Ghaziabad branch.

                                  On 16 September 2023 at approximately 1:15 PM, I placed an order for a personal Cheese and Corn pizza for my daughter. The estimated delivery time was 1:44 PM. However, the order was delivered 20 minutes late, and this delay occurred even after I had to make two phone calls to inquire about the status. I didn't receive any delivery message for that pizza. Infact, PHD app on my phone is still displaying that pizza is on the way and estimated arrival time is 1.44 pm.

                                  Upon receiving the pizza, my daughter discovered that there was an excessive amount of onion on the pizza. Unfortunately, my daughter does not like onions, and this resulted in her not being able to enjoy her meal and going hungry. Additionally, the order did not include oregano, a standard condiment that is usually provided with Pizza Hut orders.

                                  I promptly contacted pizza Hut number to raise my concerns. From there, my call was transferred to the store manager, Mr. Bhawan (Bhanu) Singh. I provided him with photographic evidence of the onion-laden pizza, which clearly showed that the pizza was not prepared to the standard expected from Pizza Hut. However, Mr. Singh's response was far from satisfactory. He suggested that the presence of onion might have been due to onion being stuck on the pizza cutter, which I found to be an inadequate explanation. Furthermore, he refused to take responsibility for the missing oregano and denied that the pizza was undercooked, despite the evidence in the pictures. He was quite rude and brazen during the entire interaction on that phone call. I asked him to send all these things in writing on WhatsApp. He refused that as well.

                                  I requested a general Pizza Hut customer email address or contact information, but Mr. Singh declined to provide this and insisted on sharing only either his personal email address. He also refused to share his employee ID. After further argument, he said that he can give Area manager's email id if I insist. I'm not sure if that is the correct email ID.                                   I am deeply disappointed by the dismissive and unprofessional attitude displayed by Mr. Bhawan Singh during this interaction. I have been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for years, but this experience has left me with a negative impression of your brand.

                                  I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the issues I have raised. I believe that your grievance cell can help resolve this situation and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.

                                  I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter. I'm attaching all the pictures for you reference.

                                    I have ordered a garlic bread on 10th sept 2023 and that was disgusting i called them regarding this issue and they said they'll change this and gave another garlic bread without charging any price whenever i need but they didn't gave me any specific number or any coupon for this.
