We ordered pizzas and cheese dip.
Cheese dip was not delivered. The delivery boy said he will deliver it next time called up customer care and they said pizza hut civil lines, prayagraj will call back but no-one even bothered to call. Very upset with the service as pizza hut is an international brand. One of my fav brands but I guess it is deteorating. I think franchises are giving a bad name to the brand. Hope this will not be overlooked.

I placed an order on 27 Jan 2023, at 1:56 PM, through the Pizza hut app... During the payment through upi, the amount was deducted, but, when I got back to the pizza hut app, the order was not placed...

I contacted the customer care but, they said the amount will get refunded in nearly 72 working hours... but it has been a lot more time than that...

We placed an order through the Pizza Hut Delivery App on Saturday 28th January 2023 for which the amount was transferred but the order wasn't placed. So we called the store and placed the same order again and paid for it once more when the order was delivered. We paid through UPI. It was assured by the store that we would receive the refund for the initially paid amount within 2-4 working days but so far, we haven't received it.

Money is debited from account but order not yet placed.i need of immediate refund of money

On 26 january 2022 9:21 pm i ordered a cheese garlic bread and italian pepperoni and onion through swiggy. I should have received 4 pieces of garlic bread but instead recieved only 2.
ill like a refund of my garlic bread or atleast the 80rs (for 2 garlic bread)

On 24/09/2022, I ordered 2 personal sized pizzas from Pizza Hut. I had to get the delivery done, but due to a mistake, I made the takeaway order, then, I quickly called that Pizza Hut outlet and asked if this order would be delivered to my home. Maybe then he refused, then asked to cancel the order. Then I asked about my refund. He said it took 1 week but you would get your refund. From that day till today I have not received a refund and I'm still trying to get a refund somehow.

I have ordered for rs 261 amount got deducted from my account but orders is not placed

- I was trying to order the pizza from pizza hut app. I added the pizzas to the card, proceed to the payment step using UPI method (Bhim), the money was deducted from the bank but when i returned to pizza hut app order was not placed and its still asking for payment
- The disadvantage using the pizza hut app, is there is no option to lodge a complaint when an issue occurred. Only FAQ's are available.

I have 2 Pizza hut gift vouchers worth rs 500 which I redeemed from my SBI card reward points. Chennai stores are not accepting, although the validity of the vouchers is till 31 july 2023.

Ordered on zomato from baked chicken momo . Got a plastic piece of tube in the food . I am now wondering I fed my kid which was baked along with a plastic piece in it ...

But I am surprised, I got such rubbish pizza from pizza hut, which was not cooked at all, so that no one can eat, I have also uploaded the photo

I want a solution to the issue as soon as possible
and i want my full money back 138/-

I ordered this through swiggy, is it my fault, pizza hut has sent bad pizza, so what is the fault of the customer?

I need a refund immediately

On 12 Jan'23 at 9.08PM money was deducted from my Paytm when I ordered Pizza. No transaction Id was generated for that order. When I contacted Pizaa Hut call center, they confirmed that money had been received, which will be refunded in 24 hours. They said, due to technical error order could not be generated. I was asked to place another order and pay again, I did that.
After 4 days, even today, I have not received refund, when I contact Pizaa Hut now, they keep transferring the phone to others and provide no resolution. Regards, Rajesh Chopra. M [protected]

Visited pizza hut today and my son ask for cup of water but the they ask to buy a water bottle for 50 rs which is only 20 rs outside.
As a restaurant they should provide free water in glass /cup

I have visited pizza hut kamothe branch on 14/01/2023 around 08:00 pm we order 2 pizza and garlic bread.

At first instance we were served wrong pizza and on complaining it was replaced by right order.
But after finishing 2 slice I found hair in my pizza. I tried to check for any senior person in store for raising the issue but could see only lady standing on order service counter.
I called her and showed her hair in my pizza slice, she instantly took the left over slice and throw it in bin without any concerns about mistake made by them.
I request cocern mangement to take promt action as no basic standards of hygiene like hair net and hand gloves were followed by staff in kitchen while preparing pizza.
Same photos and videos I have with me which can be shared it required.
Would like to see action on this as coustmer can get serious health issue.

I had placed order on 31st dec 2022, i didn't receive the order for 2 hrs and after calling the call centre for 4 times they told that they will assist me in cancellation and refund will be done in 7 days. I haven't received any refund, the store also had contacted me 2 days back but even after giving all the details there is no update from the store or pizza hut

My name is Aslam Asharaf, Worked as a team member in pizzahut kakkanad, but they didn't gave my salary why they behave like this, our store manager who named Rahul very fraud behaviour he tell us get salary of October will get November 1 and on November 1st he tell us salary will be credited on December 1st and he promised us that . Before December 1 St he transferred from that store didn't answer our calls

I ordered from pizza hut and did the payment through google pay app. the money was successfully debited from my account but the order was not placed. i was inside the pizza hut store and had ordered the pizza from the store itself.
then i had to reorder the order and had to pay the same amount again.
please help me resolve this issue
