Hi, I ordered a pizza last evening from so called one of the best pizza parlour in India. I stay in Uttam Nagar Delhi and I ordered a medium Paneer makhni at 07:30 pm from my registered no-[protected]. I did not receive any information till 08:30 so i called up the customer care again to follow up. They assured me that pizza will be dispatched in next 20 minutes. I did a call again at 09:00 pm this time they asked for another 15 minutes. I kept my patience and called up at 9:30 and they assure me to get a call from Local Pizza hut centre at dwarka mor gurgaon. They never called back and no information is yet received on my order. Now from a big player like Pizza hut, is it the service one should expect? This is highly unprofessional and not at all expected from pizza hut. I wont be able to gather the courage to order anything from Pizza Hut.

First & last order for Pizza Hut ever in my life. This is worst ever service in the world for me. Terrible... Really terrible. It is like a torture to someone. Truely it was my first experience with Pizza Hut & I was really reluctant to order anything from Pizza Hut...but what experience man.. My online order No.[protected] given at 2233, promised to be delivered by 2304 on 13.01.2015, not got delayed But Surprise...surprise... "It never ever got delivered" & Worse, when I called there No.[protected], It was "No response" even after three calls which were put on hold & I wasted a lot of time & money on my mobile calls. Bye Bye Pizza Hut. It is not about my small amount of refund but I will never ever patronise Pizza Hut.. Can't let you escape an easy route

Dear Sir, My order number[protected] place on[protected] @ 8.46 pm. The order was never delivered and for the same I had to follow up for more than 10 times to the call center. While, I had a minor negative experience with Pizza Hut in the past, this incident has just broken the threshold with an unacceptable reason on the part of Pizza Hut. In which world does the customer has to follow up with Pizza Hut and still they fail to deliver....

I have ordered pizza on 13.01.16 online at your Ambit Tech Park, Chennai. from 13, 3rd Main Road, ESAB IND, Ambattur Ind Est, South Phase, Chennai, Next to India Land. I have paid Rs.577.44 through my Credit Card and money got deducted from my account. Unfortunately the order was failed. I have called the customer care and confirmed the amount will be get refunded within 15 days and my order reference told by them[protected]. Can you confirm reference details to call you back for refund status through my mobile number [protected].

The staff at this place really sucks... And the pizzas they make are terrible at this place...And even the service at this pace is is at a snail's place Some guy named afzal who worked here didn't even return me my money back and said that i was a theif... The staff treated me very badly and they don't have any idea that how they should behave with a customer ... I will be never going to pizza hut again.. And would advice all others too never go at this place... I would rate this branch in negative if I could ... Very pathetic outlet of pizza hut...

I have ordered bulk pizza on 10/12/15 but unfortunately order was not placed and money got deducted. When I called customer care they told amount is in gateway and it will get refunded within 22 days. It's almost 1 month now, I am still waiting for the money and I contacted the customer care n number of times where I didn't get any updates except they will ask me to wait for 2 more days. To say frankly pizza hut customer service is one of the worst customer care service in India . I went through other complaints also where I can see majority issues are related to mine. Is this the way pizza hut treats customers. Fed up with this and not sure when they will refund the money. I have escalated the issue but no luck. If this continues customers will stop ordering pizza online as they don't have proper interface and as they have very poor customer care support.

I had placed an online order on 5th of january from Pizza hut, gachibowli, hyderabad for which the transaction got failed. After having a conversation with the customer care executive, I was informed that refund has been initiated. But they refused to give any mail/message as proof and asked me to simply call back after few days to check for the status. When I called back again(6 times minimum), they are adamant to take up any complaints and even not providing any status of the refund. Their is zero customer service provided from their end. With such a brand name, this is totally unethical and unexpected behaviour from Pizza Hut. Please refund the amount at the earliest and provide a proper satisfactory reply.

Delivered at 8:55 pm by pizzahut delivery boy - pradeep karade and signed on paper receipt that it was late, as well as talked on phone with pizza hut hinjewadi manager who confirmed its late by an hour and i will get refund of rs500/- for same.

Till date 08-jan-2016; nothing has happened, nor i got any refund amount in my card nor they have compensated same in my any other orders after this one.

Need to take it up legally now as fed up of waiting.

This is really frustrating. I ordered pizza on Dec, 3102015. It was a bulk order of 8 Medium Pizzas. The order was placed successfully. I called back again to confirm if the order has been confirmed, i received an answer from a representative yes it has been. After 1 hour i called up customer service again, this time it was informed that no order has been placed. I was shocked that Pizza Hut does not feel for their customer and they are making fool of customers. I don't know whther you have well trained representatives. I am afraid Pizza Hut will loose business from India. I have already sent the feedback on the website but i have not heard anything from Pizza Hut. I just want to ask you " Do you really care" about your customers.

6/1/16 i have visited pizza hut at world squre mall mohan nagar ghaziabad. my wife order Ravalpindi chana paneer pizza personal which is Rs.170 + tax, my wife sandhya ask to order taking guy that can we order another pizza along with this order i will get next one in just Rs. 99, he told yes we have scheme for same. So we have paid him throgh ICICI debit card Rs. 295. card no[protected] time 20:39:32., which is rs.170+tax +99, so total rs 295 we have paid. invoice no. on paid slip 000397.and i hv make request him that give me bill . he told that your pizza will deliver at your desk didn"t gave any bill.But after few minites he has given us one personal pizza, i told that guy that where is another pizza along with this order i hv ordered, he told that this only single pizza you have orderd. but if you calculate the amount that is 170+tax and along with 99 small one . so the total is Rs. 295. again i have ask him then he told me if i pay rs. 275 more i will get extra two personal pizza along with this order and small cold drink. So i did.but again he haven't gave me any invoice for new Rs. 275 order. he told that u will get on desk. after reching home i realize that guy has cheated me. we have to get small pizza along with first Rs, 295 order but he didn't supply. On 31 dec 2015 . i received a text message on my phone no [protected]at 17:11 hours that get 20%off on purchase above Rs400. but no discount was given on my invoice no.[protected] which was for 659.00 Rs rather the staff behaved rudely and declined me discount Mandeep singh

I had ordered few things online on January 5, 2016 in evening online from Pizza Hut website. However as soon as I made a payment through my debit card on your online portal a message popped up that there was some issue due to which the order cannot be placed. But on the other hand money from my bank was deducted into your account. I am attaching the picture of my message from my bank that could be used by you to verify the fault in your system. I would also like that my money must be refunded back immediately. Thanks

Dear sir My self karan i have order pizza in Faridabad Crown Plaza and the Amount : Sub total. 499 Service charge. 49.90 VAT 13.125. 76.22 SERVICE TAX 31.84 TOTAL is 657 I told the Magange sir Y r u taken tax on service charge amount which os 49.90 Because on service charge tax not applicable in law Manager said sir i dont khow sir there is software in system and they calculate the amont I told him you Must be know about the all this thing and he says I dont know sir . And in another way Like dominolz there is no service charge no service tax only take vat 13.125 Y r u doing all this thing.please tell me all query answer as soon as possible and My Mobile No. Is [protected]

The pizza was late and as the policy they will give it free if it's late 30 min or late guarantee .it was delivered on 8:20, the promise time was 8:12 on January 1 and the guarantee is not on 31st and i ordered it on 1st . They didn't gave it free . This means that the policy is fake

I had ordered 2 haniken beer in pizza hut which was of rupees 199 in menu and MRP written over the bottle was ₹100/-. So I complaint to management but they didnt responded to me and advised me to put an camplaint in consumer cort .

Placed order at 18.57. Got immediate confirmation with exp time of delivery 19.43 pm. Pizza hut folks not got delivered even after waiting for more than 2.30 hours. Called them thrice and eveytime they said they will send it in 20 minutes. Call center agents had no clue whether store got the order confirmation, gave me wrong information that order is placed. After 2.30 hours store manager of Omaxe Mall Gurgaon told me that if I need to receive it, I need to place fresh order. They were shameless and unapologetic for ruining the service and refused to compensate for extraordinary inconvenience and bad service. Their twitter and facebook handle is also toothless and escalation don't work. They failed to connect me to any senior person I could have spoken to. This is cheating and I warn others to trust Pizza hut in terms of service.

I am really unhappy with online delivery on pizza hut. they had given us very bad pizza. and after struggling @ 2.30 hour they ready to deliver pizza// so many guys we called some vijay/ chetan.. all are just making excuse/. no one is ready take the responsiblity on delivery wrong/bad pizza and replacing it. bull . shame on pizza hut supply chain and delivery

Ordered pizza from pizza hut on 23dec at 7pm from reg mob no [protected] as usual said will be delivered in 30mins called after 45min executive said already left from attapur store hyd . again called at 8pm 830pm same response. It is highly unproffesio nal and shameless services [protected]
