Today I have ordered Pizza and other eatables from Pizza Hut – Bengaluru - Kanakpura Branch at 10:22 pm and I am writing this complain at 11:20 PM still i dont received my order. From past one year Pizza hut is the only destination for my pizza mania but I had a horrible experience today. Long back I used to have Big pizza for rs 229 but then there was decrease in prices and it reached rs 199 with 30% extra toppings. It became my favourite pizza and every weekend I started to have it with my friends. Last week also I ate for 199 but today when I went to Gachibowli(Hyderabad) restaurant they price was showing as 209. So I ordered for dine-in. But when the bill was generated I saw the billing for rs 277. When I asked the counter boy, he said Paneer Overloaded is of 229+taxes though there was no sign of increase of price in restaurant nor do I had received any message or email communication regarding the price change. I am wondering that how anyone can charge beyond the price which is showing in the menu. I have jpg of pamphlet and bill(attached), which clearly shows that price of pizza is 209 and I am charged for 229. I have never hoped that such a large company will do these kinds of tricks to rip off people's money. Similar kind of experience forced me to switch my way from Dominos to Pizza Hut, please do not make me to go back to previous merchant. 2 orders were made. delivery time of 1st was 1.05 pm, and 2nd was 1.09 pm. but we received pizzas at 1.21 pm. on asking for refund, the branch manager said that we will not refund, and challenged to lodge an online complaint. the proofs are ttached herewith.

05/09/2015 I visited at Pizza Hut Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh at 1:03:52 PM. It was a bad experience, I ordered Stuffed Pockets, 1 M-Onion, 1 M-Corn and and some sweet corn. Paneer in stuffed pockets was totally unhygienic as the were not fresh, were some like sour in taste. And sweet corn was also unhygienic as they were rotten and not fresh. Even the pizzas didn't have a good taste, the base of pizzas was not good as earlier it was.

Hi my name is Ravitej. I ordered the piizza around 9.30 PM from BTM 2nd stage NS Palya Bangalore on 04/09/2015 and I also paid my money through net banking. I did not receive any pizza or any intimation of cancellation of order. Today is my bday i place an on line order of pizza from pizza hut i order it on 10.14 pm and another order on 10.20 pm My friends and teammate gathered at my home for party but till 11:20 i haven't received pizza delivery bcoz of this my friends and teammate have to leave without having pizza bcoz they are getting late for home i am ashamed in front of my friends and teammates i am a doctor by proffession u spoiled my bday pizza hut go to hell worst service of pizza hut never goona order anything again so much embarrassed email id [protected]@yahoo.in

Hello, i would want to raise a complaint against pizza hut. i placed and order online but the order could not be confirmed due to some server issues of their site. i was redirected back to the home page but money has been debited from my bank account of Rs. 501.26. Please look into the matter and make sure that the money is refunded as soon as possible. Call me on [protected] for any further queries.

Pizza remains undelivered due to pizza hut internal system issue and communication gap between call center and store people. There was no sense o[censored]rgency even after telling to call center team and store people. I had to bring them on same page by requesting them to conference after long convincing request. Everyone was pushing the buck to another. Three parties; store manager of madhapur, call center guys, Gachibowli store manager. Call center guy has changed the store location from madhapur to Gachibowli. This location was not selected by me, it was taken automatically by Pizza hut website . so it was confirmed by call center at 13:33 that change of location has happened. So when I called at 2:10 to Gachibowli about pizza delivery the call went to call center, the guy confirmed pizza is out for delivery. I waited for another 20 min till 2:30. Still pizza was not delivered. Again I called call center and they said madhapur cannot deliver so we cancelled the order. So I asked him how you can cancel the order without informing me. Then he said he is going to cancel it and it is not cancelled. So I asked him which store will be in range is selected by you guys only so why I am being told about this almost 1 plus hour. So I told him that there is store close by house in Gachibowli, then he said yes we can take fresh order for you and you have to cancel this order. So all this non sense went on for 2 plus hours and these brainless people failed to understand basic things of business, forget about customer service. This incident happened today 03sep2015. I had placed an order to Pizza Hut Delivery(Garebhavipalya) on 7th july 2015 & payed the bill of Rs 617 through my credit card. But I had to cancel the order due to the delay in delivery. As per their policy, the amount should have been refunded by 21 working days. But its not yet refunded. When I call their customer service, they say they will get back to me in 5-10 mins but never turned up.

I had ordered this newly introduced veg pizza for a take away But I opened the box I found very less cheese and toppings For a rough estimate... If the pizza was of radius 5 inches the toppings and cheese covered a circle of 3 inches radius I had to leave the remaining bread which was really hard to swallow I really had a bad experience at pizza hut jabalpur and I found no value for money.

Respected sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that there was a miscalculation in the order memo.After my complaint against it i was informed that it was a technical problem this is how i failed to understand the inconvience caused to the publicfrom such a brand product.Kindly look into the matter and revert back as soon as possible.

HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LAST NIGHT WITH PIZZA HUT!! I ordered a combo of 4 pizzas on 9th August 2015 at 9 PM from Pizza Hut at World Square Mall, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, U.P. through the app on my phone. My home is around 3kms from this pizza hut. I know 4 or more pizzas qualify as bulk order and are not applicable for 30 minutes guaranteed delivery but I did not receive my order even till 10:30 PM. I normally receive my orders in 40-50 minutes but bulk order does not mean that you will keep the customer waiting for hours. Also, I received a call from their store's landline number at around 10 PM asking for directions for my home. That means my order of 9 PM was not dispatched till 10 PM. And when I called and enquired they started making excuses. Pizza Hut​, BECAUSE OF YOU I HAD TO SLEEP EMPTY STOMACH YESTERDAY. I COULD NOT GET ANYTHING ELSE AT 10:30 PM. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? WHAT IF I HAD ORDERED IT FOR MY GUESTS OR FOR A PARTY AT MY HOME? YOU WOULD JUST SAY SORRY AND YOUR JOB IS OVER. Really the worst experience of my life with pizza hut. I am never gonna order anything from your store now. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Order no. is[protected]placed on 07/08/2015 20:13:29)Delivery time is 07/08/2015 20:44:00, no pizza arrived till 22:30 no one from store or call center called to me to inform the reason for delay rather I was calling them and after making 5 calls and staying on hold for more than 20 min on each call pizza never got deliver at my door also on every call false information was provided. I asked call center to cancel my order and refund my money as I made online payment I was shocked to know that Pizza Hut don't have refund policy, call center executive Sachin asked me to visit store and discuss refund with them as we cannot help you. When I reached store around 22:45 Hours I was surprise to see that even dine in customer were shouting for delay in order and entire staff was abusing each other ...at last I was old that they can give me pizza not money as I don't have any other option so I have to take my order and I distributed the same to some poor hungry kids on the street as it was of no use for me. 600 INR is not big amount for Pizza hut but you should keep you brand name alive, I suggest store like this should be closed if you want your brand to survive. Pizza hut bangalore, jp nagar store, order number[protected], order placed at 19:50:30. The delivery person did not turn up till 21.30. Upon calling he said he cannot deliver it and says he is cancelling the order and will not deliver it. He has the audacity to say " u are not the only customer of pizza hut, i cannot deliver it, do what u want to do." He speaks in an Intimidating way, and questions me as to what i am capable of doing as he will not deliver the pizza. Is this the kind of customer service expected from such a global giant? he finally did not deliver the pizza!. His name is Mr.Chetan from the jp nagar store. Please look into the quality of the people you hire and do not hire such rogues as customer service personnel. I need the refund. Do the needful for the refund.

I was ordering online from the official site of Pizza Hut and the bill was made of 907 and taxes that were levied was of the sum 196 and due to some technicalities i was unable to to do so and so i went to the the store and ordered the pizza there and there the sub total was 959 and taxes levied was 182 ruppees ..so i would like to know y there is such a discrepancy in the taxes in online and offline services . if so plz provide me necessary details.

I placed an order on 17th July with Pizza hut, my estimated delivery time was 09:56 pm however pizza was delivered to me after 10:30 pm. My order was prepaid so i could get a free pizza under the 30 minutes policy, Pizza hut store manager told me that will give a free pizza worth rs 500 and gave his mobile number. I gave my feedback on their online feedback portal as well(Your feedback ID is 14882.). So in order to get a free pizza i called up store manager on 31st July to place an order, I placed the order with him at 9:44 pm however received pizza at 11:00pm again a delayed delivery, The kind of pizza which was delivered to me was pathetic, I am attaching the snapshots as well of free pizza. IF its a free pizza that doesnt mean they will deliver such pathetic quality.Their store manager Mr Shokeen is responsible for this, Pizza hut should take strict actions against him.
