Respected sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that there was a miscalculation in the order memo.After my complaint against it i was informed that it was a technical problem this is how i failed to understand the inconvience caused to the publicfrom such a brand product.Kindly look into the matter and revert back as soon as possible.

I regret to inform you that its was worst experience i ever had with pizza hut about refunding my money 1038.40 Rs, I placed order on 5th July 2015, But still i did not got my refund. I called 20 times to pizza hut Bomanahalli (Bangalore) location but i keep on getting false promises. I am very upset. Kindly help if you want.           HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LAST NIGHT WITH PIZZA HUT!! I ordered a combo of 4 pizzas on 9th August 2015 at 9 PM from Pizza Hut at World Square Mall, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, U.P. through the app on my phone. My home is around 3kms from this pizza hut. I know 4 or more pizzas qualify as bulk order and are not applicable for 30 minutes guaranteed delivery but I did not receive my order even till 10:30 PM. I normally receive my orders in 40-50 minutes but bulk order does not mean that you will keep the customer waiting for hours. Also, I received a call from their store's landline number at around 10 PM asking for directions for my home. That means my order of 9 PM was not dispatched till 10 PM. And when I called and enquired they started making excuses. Pizza Hut​, BECAUSE OF YOU I HAD TO SLEEP EMPTY STOMACH YESTERDAY. I COULD NOT GET ANYTHING ELSE AT 10:30 PM. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? WHAT IF I HAD ORDERED IT FOR MY GUESTS OR FOR A PARTY AT MY HOME? YOU WOULD JUST SAY SORRY AND YOUR JOB IS OVER. Really the worst experience of my life with pizza hut. I am never gonna order anything from your store now. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

            Order no. is[protected]placed on 07/08/2015 20:13:29)Delivery time is 07/08/2015 20:44:00, no pizza arrived till 22:30 no one from store or call center called to me to inform the reason for delay rather I was calling them and after making 5 calls and staying on hold for more than 20 min on each call pizza never got deliver at my door also on every call false information was provided. I asked call center to cancel my order and refund my money as I made online payment I was shocked to know that Pizza Hut don't have refund policy, call center executive Sachin asked me to visit store and discuss refund with them as we cannot help you. When I reached store around 22:45 Hours I was surprise to see that even dine in customer were shouting for delay in order and entire staff was abusing each other ...at last I was old that they can give me pizza not money as I don't have any other option so I have to take my order and I distributed the same to some poor hungry kids on the street as it was of no use for me. 600 INR is not big amount for Pizza hut but you should keep you brand name alive, I suggest store like this should be closed if you want your brand to survive.               Pizza hut bangalore, jp nagar store, order number[protected], order placed at 19:50:30. The delivery person did not turn up till 21.30. Upon calling he said he cannot deliver it and says he is cancelling the order and will not deliver it. He has the audacity to say " u are not the only customer of pizza hut, i cannot deliver it, do what u want to do." He speaks in an Intimidating way, and questions me as to what i am capable of doing as he will not deliver the pizza. Is this the kind of customer service expected from such a global giant? he finally did not deliver the pizza!. His name is Mr.Chetan from the jp nagar store. Please look into the quality of the people you hire and do not hire such rogues as customer service personnel. I need the refund. Do the needful for the refund.

                My Compliant Number - 3027 Your order no. is[protected]placed on 09/08/2015 14:12:24) Delivery time is 09/08/2015 14:43:00 approximately. But i received the order at 15:53 and not hot. If I ask refund they are asking for next time order then they will give. Poor Service they want to order again.

                  I was ordering online from the official site of Pizza Hut and the bill was made of 907 and taxes that were levied was of the sum 196 and due to some technicalities i was unable to to do so and so i went to the the store and ordered the pizza there and there the sub total was 959 and taxes levied was 182 ruppees ..so i would like to know y there is such a discrepancy in the taxes in online and offline services . if so plz provide me necessary details.

                    I placed an order on 17th July with Pizza hut, my estimated delivery time was 09:56 pm however pizza was delivered to me after 10:30 pm. My order was prepaid so i could get a free pizza under the 30 minutes policy, Pizza hut store manager told me that will give a free pizza worth rs 500 and gave his mobile number. I gave my feedback on their online feedback portal as well(Your feedback ID is 14882.). So in order to get a free pizza i called up store manager on 31st July to place an order, I placed the order with him at 9:44 pm however received pizza at 11:00pm again a delayed delivery, The kind of pizza which was delivered to me was pathetic, I am attaching the snapshots as well of free pizza. IF its a free pizza that doesnt mean they will deliver such pathetic quality.Their store manager Mr Shokeen is responsible for this, Pizza hut should take strict actions against him. He is spoiling their reputation, i am attaching all snapshots as prrof

                      I placed an order online (pizzahut.co.in). My credit card got charged. But then I got a message saying the order could not be processed. I called their number 39883988. I was told the manager would call me. Nobody did. I called back. I was told my order failed and it would take THREE WEEKS to process a refund! I am never ordering from here again

                        i have ordered pizza at 12:53 pm on July 31st 2015 .but till 3:07 pm no one has delivered my pizza .Every time i call customer support they give me false promise that i will be getting pizza within 10 minutes. Not sure how such Big brand is working. Order Reference:[protected]
                        Useless company with no morals.

                        Pizza Hut — didn't receive money

                        i ordered on 1st march n transaction was done but the order didn't take place. It's been more than 2 months and these people have still not given back my money and i have called around 10 times. this is the worst service ever i have seen.

                        Pizza Hut — City not visible in online order list.

                        I was trying to place my order online from aligarh .But when i was trying to select my city (aligarh) the city was not visible, despite of the presence of restaurant in the city.

                        Non refund of money

                        Sir i ordered online pizza on 26 september, thrice the transaction was declined once from my credit card and twice from my net banking, but even as of today 5/10/14 the money is not credited back, finally i ordered it via cod.

                          I placed online order for Pizza on 19th June 2015 at Navi Mumbai, New panvel store and payment of Rs. 555.07 was debited from my Net banking account. Payment ref number: S1412928. Pizza was not delivered. So I enquired at stores. They checked in the system and told me that they received payment n but order is not placed due to some error. They told me that money will be refunded to my account within 20 days. They asked me to place another order for the same and choose cash payment on delivery option. I placed order and made cash payment. But my online payment of Rs. 555.07 is still not refunded even after 40 days. This is very unethical on part of Pizza hut and customers will loose confidence with Pizza hut. I urge Pizza hut to refund my payment immediately.

                            Hi PizzaHut Team, I am a Pizza Hut fan and prefer pizzahut over every other brand. But it was a whole lot of embarrassment today while I received the Pizzahut order at my company. I was sitting late in office with my project team and promised them to order pizzas for them if they promise me to finish off some of the pending work. I ordered six pizzas and four bottles of Pepsi around 6:21 PM India Time from one of the pizza hut delivery outlets at Greater Noida (Pizza Hut, Shop No 141, MSX Mall, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308, India). I told them during the delivery itself to bring creditcard machine as I had no cash and was planning to use my credit card for the payments. I clearly asked for that the pizza must be delivered at 7:40PM IST. The delivery boy came on the right time at around 7:38PM and gave me a call for collecting the delivery. I asked him if he is carrying the credit card machine with him. He mentioned that he is not carrying the machine as he has not been told about it. I had no cash to give him as I was out of balance but could have only made payments using my credit card as I mentioned while ordering for pizzas. I struggled with this situation for a long time as my team was waiting for the pizzas upstairs as I promised them to treat them being their manager. In the meanwhile the pizza delivery guy (+91-[protected]) spoke to the pizzahut delivery for solution of this problem, and I was shocked to know that another person will come with the creditcard reader machine for the payments, which should have at least taken 15-20 mins. In the meanwhile the team was waiting for the pizzas as they had to leave for the day and I never wanted them to eat cold pizzas. To avoid this situation I had to go to few of my subordinates and had to ask them to lend me the amount so that I can make the pizza payments(while no single one had the full cash, so I had to beg in front of a couple of guys). This was really very embarrassing to ask my team members to pay for the pizza that I ordered for them.                               First of all it tool almost n hr to get my pizza n I know delivery times aren't gaurenteed then the delivery driver shows up n when I ask him for cheese n peppers he says let me check my car n brings my bk 4 cheese packets not peppers n one was OPEN! Unsanitary!!! Then the rude unconcerned manager first lies to me n tells me the number to complain is on the bk of the receipt n all it was is a survey to enter into a contest! Then when I call bk she says she doesn't have to give me a corporate number n that's another lie when a customer ask u comply I've worked man a managment my whole life... This is not the first time this store in Bartlesville OK on Cherokee has done this to me!!! I want something done bout it!!!

                                On 24/07/2015 Pizza Hut, GE Road, Raipur 492010 had charged Service tax on total food bill in stead of on Service charge as detailed below: Food Bill sub total Rs 699.00 Service charge 69.90 Vat 5% 38.45 Service tax 5.6% 43.06 Total Rs. 850.00 Service tax should be 5.6% of 69.90 = Rs 3.91. ButRs. 43.06 was charged. On asking the manager, he said that it is there norm all over India. I want refund and this practice of the company to stop. Regards.

                                    Approx 1.5 months back we ordered pizza and it was b after 1.25 minutes, we were told that 500 rs will be refunded, have been chasing regarding the same since then and every time they delay the refund by giving one or the other excuse. And finally last week they told that they will adjust it in the next order. It was a very poor experience. pizza was ordered form the hut which is in crossing republic, Ghaziabad.

                                      Please stop fooling customer by giving discount through Sodexho. You guys never meant to serve the customer. I was third person who complained about the same in the same place. This market strategic never works and succeeds. Now I know what to do with rest to discount coupons. I will surely throw them to thrash and disseminate my experience to my colleague so they will be aware of it.

                                        Very dissapointing I spoke with Sandeep for home delivery of pizza, I had shared the prepaid card details, he was very slow to note down the number second for verification he kept me on long hold without informing, really this kind of service is not exceptable .It shows clear irresponsibility .Hopefully will get better service from next time...Plz listen to the call if required and should pass on the feedback
