I am regular customer of pizza hut in Delhi. Today I so hareshed by pizza hut call center[protected] that In my life I am not again buy the pizza from pizza hut. Today I make a order on phone 20.35 pm of Rs. 516 and the call center guy said that I received the order with in 45 minute s. But when I again do the call on call center, they said that my order has been dispatched and received in few minute. But I again do the call again on 21.50 and they said that my order is cancel, the call center guy again took my order and said that within 25 to 30 minutes you will received your order. But again I do the call at 22.30 ask about the order again call center guy said that your order is canceled. He again told me please wait for 20 minutes we send you pizza. Still I am waiting for my order. Is this is your service. I shame on you. Manish jain. [protected]

Worst experience and shocked travelling to Guwahati and tried to call pizzahut for pizza no body picked the call from 8.40 pm till 10.30 pm

Hi. I reside in thane west and had ordered a pizza with vacant vihar branch. After placing the order I Oakes for order no. Which as per them was supposed to come by SMS. The delivery was suppose to happen within 45 min. I didn't receive any message nor parcel. I called the store no one entertained. One no was disconnected and other was not received. I feel sorry for such a big chain to treat customers like that. See image I am not the only one with this complaint

I ordered for a chocolate milkshake (Belgium choco shake)and it was extremely watery. It didn't taste like the pizza hut Belgium choco shake at all. I had ordered the same shake a few days back and like it that is why i called for the same one the next time i went there. However the shake was very watery, tasted like water and choco powder.

The wedges i ordered were extremely oily. I pointed out the same to the staff and they agreed on seeing it. They told me that they would get it fixed and took back the wedges but when i got back the wedges it was slightly better than the previous one but yet not to the standard that pizza hut should meet. It was under cooked and not crisp at all

I ordered for a bottle of water and i was given a bottle of water with the seal broken and when i asked why is the seal opened i was told that the water was cold so he had to keep it in the microwave, which made no sense to me

Ordered el mexicano nacho pizza, but received some other pizza which doesn't have nacho topping. Order ref:[protected]. Had to call customer support 3 times, spending around rs.25-30 just to get the callback from the store. And the store manager is very irresponsible and argued that they don't have el mexicano nacho pizza and hence he sent some other pizza. He didn't even had the courtesy to call me and tell that they don't have el mexicano nacho pizza. Also when i asked for the return of this pizza, he said he would be sending the proper pizza in 20 minutes, but he sent the pizza without nachos again and with some stale lays chips on it.
And this is the second time i'm having bad experience from this store.

I ordered on-line today evening at 7-09pm from Faridabad for my son Anjishnu Bose (ph no: , e-mail: ) for Rs 947 to be delivered at Bangalore.The amount was deducted from my net-banking account (SBI) - net-banking ref IG0BUXWFH6. But the order did not materialise.

I again ordered for Rs 1572 at 7-25pm from the same place for the same recipient using SBI credit card. The amount was deducted and the order did not materialise.

Please arrange to refund these amounts immediately.

I went to order a pizza for my kid into the rtc x roads branch where i came across with a manager who is akbar ... And i see at what bases the pizza hut recruits the managers .. He got no proper name tag on him and i need to ask 3 to 4 times for his name.
He was so rude that he want me to complaint to anyone i want and he was not at all in the right position he was doing all gundagiri like he owns the store and he got no communication skills either, he was shouting at me for telling him to charge on my debit card as i got no enough cash on me.
He spoke very rude and i see pizza hut dont care about there customers at all and moreover i dont undstnd on what scale they are selecting the managers.
I will never visit this store again and il let my friends know about this and i make sure il visit domino's instead of pizza hut.
You guys need to take an action against this rowdy manager who got no experience on customer service and the way to talk to customers. I feel really bad for you guys as you people recruting this kind of managers.
I ask for manager he says i am the manager what you will do talk to me ..Like as if he owns the store.. I came out of the store went to dominos where i felt good as they got me pizza to my car as i was havg take away. Here you lost a customer for good so think how many customers did u guys loose because of this stupid manager.. And i must tell you no1 have time to file a complaint against the manager i guess as people least bother now a days but i promise they vl never come back.
So please take action against him as i was deeply hurt with the behaviour

I am Anil. i ordered a pizza from pizza hut mahavir nagar kandiwali west mumbai on 3rd April 2016. the delivery boy came late and delivered the boxes of pizza..i ordered a combo of 2 veg pizza and 2 non veg sperately.. when i checked the boxes there is no mark of green and red on the boxes so that i can guess which is vegetrian or non vegetrian..i asked the delivery guy to tel me which is veg and non veg..he told me this is veg but that was non veg..and I'm a pure vegetrian and pandit i ate non veg because of them..from that day my health is not good and having ulcer in my mouth..i mailed them about the issue still no body is looking into it...i want to complain they disrespected me and my religion. i'm mentally depressed. i want to register a complain against thm

Hi ... I ordered Pizza Hut vouchers for Rs .500 via a website from London for my friend's daughter aged 10 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat... Vouched could not b used in Pizza Hut as they were invalid...
But no reply !!!

around 9.45 pm after two and half hour your team told us sir we are not able to deliver.I was put on hold for more than 45 mins first customer care I have ever seen. I paid 3000 bugs online and you are telling me you don't have provision for refund or it will take more than a month.Its not about 3000 rs but you are doing a fraud guys along with third class service.Almost 30-40 times i have called your customer care for refund and every time time they told me sir its your first call some guys told me we don't have any order from your side.Worst Service guys its worst than a govt organisation in India.

I am a frequent consumer of Pizza Hut..I bought a Pan Pizza(Veggie Magic Duo)on 06.04.2016 and was not satisfied with it as it was prepared with creamy cheese.No cheese was added.I don't know when you had changed the ingredients ...It was leaking all over the container and the preparation was worst to the core. It seems that I have wasted my money.

I happened to be at ur branch of pizza hut at inorbit mall food court, as pizza hut being my fav place to hang out and the level of service i m given with i always prefer pizza hut than any other pizza stores, i ordered a paneer pizza and my bill number was (Chk7137).The bill clearly mention veg paneer pizza but after waiting for half an hour the staff served me a chicken pizza i was shocked and asked them that i hve ordered veg paneer pizza and y i have been served a chicken pizza.The staff (Srinivas and the cashier basanth ) started arguing with me saying that i have ordered a chicken pizza.I was like i'm a vegetarian and why will i order a chicken pizza i informed them my bill states da same that i hve ordered for a vegetarian pizza.Instead apologizing they started arguing due to which i had to walk away from the place. I promise u ppl ill take this incident to social media and even to court stating u bluff people and have been very arrogant. I have got the proofs of my bill and also the chicken pizza that i was served. I'll also see that neither me nor any of my family members and friends from here now go to any of the pizza hut and i m serious i mean it. Hi, yesterday i have tried to order a pizza from them.
really pathetic service, after making so much calls they were not even replying properly.
twice of time online booking failed and even with the confirm booking through call they didn't deliver.
Every time i called and they were saying we were get back to you, but its pizza hut i Didn't know it, they will not revert

Just for their kind reference, i first time shifted to Pizza hut from Dominoz and now i can say Pizza hut is really bad in delivering customer satisfaction

Please never go for Pizza Hut pre-paid cards, I got some cards for myself for Rs 1200 around Mid Jan 16. I was to surprised to find that they issued cards with different expiry dates some were expiring as early as 6th Feb 16 a few on 3rd Apirl 16 and one on 1st jun 16. Offcourse they do this so that you ordermore pizzas when each of the cards are about to expire and pay the rest using cash.

Recently I ordered pizzas from them on 2nd april duly mentioning my card numbers before placing the order and had no complaints then. He delivered and took the cards + remaining cash. But called me in about an hour later to say that one of the cards (out of two ) was not having any balance. I asked him what was the problem to which he rudely responds that it is not his HEADACHE to see what the problem was he just wants cash instead. I should contact this infamous number 57575500 to find out why it is invalid. I tried this number which never works (just google it with pizza hut) and then did some net browsing to find that you can only sms to this number for which they will charge Rs 50 and even then you will not know why it is invalid.

If Pizza Hut outlets themselves cannot figure out what is wrong with a card then how can you expect that others will be able to figure that out. A big waste of money and time ... harassment ... from pizza hut.

I had ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides online from pizza hut. The address entered by me was as correct and exact as it could get and my nearest store was chosen automatically by the site. I made an online payment for my order.
The order was punched in at 08:12 pm (According to bill details) and the scheduled delivery team was 08:43 pm.
My delivery was made at 10:15 pm and this was after repeated calls that were made to the pizza hut helpline. To add to the woes initially the helpline number was not functioning for over an hour and the calls to the designated store were not being answered.
After repeated trials the helpline associate from pizza hut answered my call and told me that the pizza would be delivered by 9:30 which obviously didn't happen. After 90 mins of no delivery when i asked for an order cancellation i was told that the order was out for delivery and could not be cancelled.
After 2 hours when the food was finally delivered it was as cold as ice.
I would request the company for atleast taking onus for the poor delivery if not a refund.
The basic requirement for a customer service company is that it atleast stays in touch with the customer and keeps the customer informed if there are any delays.
This was my first experience with pizza hut and it turned out to be the worst one i have ever had.

The order was, simply, never delivered.
Besides, there was no email confirmation on my registered email id either.
I called customer care multiple times and each time, the the call got disconnected after 6-7 minutes, without response from any agent.

All i want to know is when i am getting my refund. I want my refund.

Really disappointed with staff and the quality served . I visted and i ordered a veg pasta .. It was hopless and after informing the manager of store, he started narrating his expiriance and the recipies rather than satisfying me .
I was a big lover of pizza hut but unfortunately i dont think il ever visit any of your outlet .
Heartly disappointed .

Mr. Madhu the store manager of Bommanahalli, Bangalore, said, " this is all we give, you can do whatever you can". The product was delivered after 1h 10m. Their delivery promise was 30 mins. I tried calling them but no one bothered to reply. They hung up on me instead....
