I called customer care several times, waited 5-6 mins each time on hold, and then call got disconnected.

I managed to reach the customer care for the 1st time at 22:18 PM, 31/Mar/2016. The "executive" tells me that my order that I placed over the website could not reach the target outlet, where it can be prepared (which tops me list of the most ridiculous thing I've heard).
He assured me (recorded over the call) that my order will be delivered in the next 20 mins (the outlet is quite close to my house)

I made my 2nd call at 11:14 PM, 31/Mar/2016, and was told that the order could not be successfully placed, so they will have to cancel it. They could not tell me this, because calling back customers is not their policy.

My anger wasn't even directed at the "technical issues" these people kept on referring to.
My only question: if my order cannot be prepared/delivered to me successfully, why can't you just tell me? Will I have to call up each time and ask the status, and be told lies? Why can the customer care not man-up and tell me that they have a problem, and cannot deliver on my order. I would have made some other arrangements. Where can I now go at 11:30 PM to feed myself and my cousin, given that most restaurants are closing, and not taking orders now.

I was hungry, and waited for a pizza for about 3 hours, but it did not arrive. My cousin waited along with me, and remained hungry for hours.
Shame on you Pizza Hut! Shame!

Never ordering from Pizza Hut again, and I will discourage others from doing so. Terrible experience and extremely bad service Never seen such behavior from such a huge chain.

Pizza hut website has many issues and they should stop it immediately. Why to punish poor consumers. On 16th March i used my wife's login and placed an order on pizzahut website. Their website was showing some errors which somehow i stupidly ignored. I thought i could believe in Pizza Hut. Rs577.44 were deducted from my paytm account and the ordering website showed an error message. i had no way to now trace my money. Pizzahut customer care is also good at taking orders not resolving issues. They simply said money will come back sir. Its been 2 weeks and no money came back. Following are transaction details:

I ordered a chicken tikka pesonal pan pizza in the pizza hut store in the Neelkanth star dhaba, karnal, Haryana store . And as i ordered in got insect in the pizza. The staff gave me refund for it . But not satisfied till yet as the pizza hut is a very big chain and the companies repo is destroid in my view .
It was so dissapointing movement for me and my family .
Kindly see into the matter and give me compensation for it

Pizza hut home delivery, is bridge delivery !
I was shocked to receive a call from Pizza hut, telling me that they cannot deliver to my address, at suncity of sinhgad road, Pune and I must travel 3/4 kilometre to take the delivery !
When I refused as I had driven my car for 300 km in a day, I just didn't wanted to move out of my home, that is why I ordered give Delivery !
As I was told in curtly too take it or leave it, I was left with no options but to drive another for km to take the delivery !
My simple question is if you cannot deliver, why take give Delivery orders from a particular area ?
And if you cannot deliver, how about refunding the money, but no, Pizza hut ( hut, hut, never again) insists you try travel free kms to take the delivery ! Why ?

Tried to place order for pizza on pizzahut.Co.In. Money as paid through bill desk payment gateway vide reference fpt[protected] for rs 386. But website declined to take the order. Till date money was not refunded. Tried to call the customer care. Reply from customer care is that since order is not placed, there is no record of transaction or receipt of money.

It appears that company is cheating the customers by inducing to place on their website.

We had raised a grevience last week regarding our pizza delivery on 12th March. We had ordered two medium pizzas and one chocolate truffle. The order was delivered around half an hour late and the pizzas were not hot at all. The delivery boy didn't connect us to store . Later we contacted customer care sharing our concern and asked for discount corresponding to late delivery. They said we will be receiving a call from their relationship manager. We waited for that but neither we got any call nor any discount. This is not acceptable and very disrespecting for customer.We are very disappointed with the service and will not look for availing pizza hut service in future

The pizza hut jalandhar bmc chwk store had demanded payment without providing me the bills and the bill for which i have done payment does not hold any invoice no and theorder that i teceived came 1 hour late than the promised time and was delivered without any bill and mr pawan doesnt knw how to talk to customers and misbehaves and threatening me to go to police. i have both the bills out of which i have made payment of 1590/-

Hi, I have ordered a Pizza online on 13Feb 2016 and till end of the day I didn't received the order.I called so many times to customer care and every time get assurance that pizza is delivering.But the pizza did not delivered.At the end of the day customer care confirmed the store is closed and they are cancelling the order and the money will be refund within 7days.But I didn't receive the money till now.I am calling pizzahut customer care daily but nothing but assurance that money will be refunded.I lost more than 400/- on calling with 540/- pizza hut bill which is not refunded.

I made an unsuccessful attempt to place an order online. The money has been deducted from my account and order has not been placed.

Its 21st of march, from 26th Feb order refund reference:[protected] yet despite of some 10 odd calls to pizza hut and after couple of your executives and store manager Deepak, Sunil, Udai Kumar, Kishore and many more given promises to refund with 48hrs after completing TAT of 10 business days.yet no refund been credited/

Its so great to see people n pizza hut to sit on a customers money for over 20 business days.. Pizza hut has become so bankrupt...that a money amt of Rs 681.75 has not got refunded after so many calls and follow ups.
Phone are not answered, long Holds, Call backs never happen.

Before some days we have order a mediUm pan pizza along with gb and papsi through online and we got a massage that you got your order within 30 minutes but it comes in 55 minute & no late discount given ..it's ok but when we open it we got surprised that in pizza no cheese quantity it's looking red bread with 4 to 5 topping, without a cheese when we called at your rohtak store no one picked phone ...it's tottaly disappointed me..totally wastage of money

I want to inform you regarding the very poor service of delivering our order placed at Dehradun store on 16th March through your online portal... Despite various calls.. They have not responded and hence our order was not delivered.Kindly look into the matter. For this will affect your future business .. Yesterday i had a pizza from forummall at mangalore it was one of the worst experience...it's such a rubbish pizza...the bread was raw the chicken, capsiscum everything was raw...if i gave a complaint to consumer court it really put you in trouble don't make customer fool &also they hav taken the service charge for self servicing...if you are not beliving me go and hav pizza from there it would be ur worst exp...u will surely spit it and ran away...

Yesterday i placed order through pizza hut call center at 10:24, i never received the order when i inquired they said i never ordered . they disconnected me 3times . after long wait i talked to a manager he did apology and offered me rs 300 discount for next time as they cant deliver as outlets were closed.
todai i came to know the delivery guy called my landlords no and then misbehaved saying which village he is staying and his tone was rude as if he going to kill some one . however pizza hut call have no records for it.

I had been charged Rs. 300/- for 6 SMS which sent to the PizzaHut number 57575500 to check the Pizza Hut Prepaid card balance. It is really unfair and the amount should be refunded.

I have ordered stuffed packet veg 3 quantity and one loaded miniz veg, total of rs. 196/-, online through application as on 12/03/2016, and payment was made through paytm wallet. The wallet showed it was successful, but pizzahut application showed that it was failed. The details of payment was, order - #fpt[protected], wallet txn id-[protected].

I order Pizza from kothrud with order no. is[protected] total payment made by me is 369RS but when I take the pizza they show me bill of RS 249 i want 120RS refund in my account I have all bills and statement from ICICI bank.please refund my money.

I had ordered one paneer overloaded big pizza and one veggie overloaded big pizza at 8:25pm. After checking the status for couple of times with customer care, all i was told that it will be delivered soon. However till now it is not delivered.
