I keep on buying pizza from pizzahut at ansal plaza gurgaon in palam vihar. I got some pizzahut points from pizzahut account with my mobile no [protected]: and i claimed free garlic bread through the points in my account. But when i called pizza hut they refused the delivery of garlic bread at home, which lead to wastage of my 200 points gifted by pizzahut as loyality to buy so many pizzas..shame on pizzahut ...shame on pizzahut ansal plaza...
i will never buy pizza from crooks like pizzahut...

Yesterday i had visited your outlet at Banasvadi, Bangalore after i made failed attempts to order online. I wanted Potato wedges. One Narsimha taking order informed me that the company had stopped the product as there were complaint. after placing other order the manager Vinu came who on asking informed that it was out of stock. when i questioned them they were very rude and asked me to lodge complaint.Also the service tax is charged on the entire bill instead of the charging it on the amount for service rendered'. It was a very unpleasant experience. Some other customers also had problems . When they started sharing their experience the manager again started talking rudely with me asking me to not to speak to other cutsomers. please look into the matter and let me know your views and action taken based on which i can decide whether to approach consumer forum. The invoice no is[protected] dated 18/11/2015.

We ordered 4 pizzas from pizza hut, as its drizzling outside we asked how much time.they it takes to 45 min to deliver and we also told payment through card. After 90 minutes they delivered pizzas telling reasons like we stuck.in traffic and other weight less reasons, there is no other options so we accepted pizzas. But as we told earlier them payment through card only, but delivery boy told that there is no option for card payment, if there is no option, then why should they promise like. We called Manager of that pizzas hut for regarding late delivery and about payment option. That guy reasons ate meaning less. Really waste guy for that kind of job. Lastly really pizza hut is waste company they will never keep there words Worst and fraud company.

I have order pizza with below details Your order no. is[protected]placed on 12/11/2015 20:11:33), which was supposed to deliver by 8:43pm on the same day.

I have called them so many time spending around 4 hours in talking with there customer care xecutive etc, I have requested them to transfer the call to there supervisor but they have put me on hold for more than 5 min in around 10 calls.

Finally I got a call from 10:44 with pizza hut delivery boy, I said i dont wnat the order now.

I called them and asked to return my money as I need to go out and have dinner but tehy say it will be send to your account in 21 working days.

I have ordered pizza for my parents(senior citozen) and my son ( 5 year old) and they were all waiting for it to come for two long hours and finally slept hungry.

I need a compensation for this mental torture and amount which I paid on booking and on calls.

Hi, I have placed an order today at 11th November 2015, and it was supposed to be delivered at 10:38pm, and I have paid by credit Card, The order was not delivered at all, and I tried to contact them several times, and all the time they said that it will be delivered within 15 more minuets, and Last i called them at 11:24pm, and then also they said yes It will be delivered within 15 mins, and after 15 mins when I tried to call them, it says the shop was closed. and it became a fraudster who fraud me Rs 741.02. Please check this issue, I have both the email for bill, and Credit card Mail for the transaction. The Screenshots are given attached below.

There is no role of customer service at all, same person may pick your call with different name.
That is what happened to me, after several time i called them after wait time of 2 hour, simply they will say wait for 10 more minute, who ever is waiting for that there is no matter for them.
My kid started crying after 10:30 pm after a wait period of 2:30 hour. Because of which i decided to raise at least one complain, and we have decided to not order any pizza from pizza hut now onward.
I am expecting same decision to be taken by the sufferer like me may change there quality of service.

I ordered a cheesy overloaded pizza . The cheese was smelling bad and the pizza was stale. Disappointed with the quality i called them and asked for a replacement. I was told i will get one. Then the new pizza came and i was told to pay again for the fresh pizza. When i called them again to inquire i was told that i will have to pay again. I was hungry and all i did was make a fool out of myself. I told them to take the stale pizza and check it for themselves. They were to reluctant to believe that the quality was bad.

Transaction of 1675.00 done on 30 Oct 2015 with "YUM RESTAURANT INDIA P MUMBAI IN" bearing transaction reference number VT153040053001210000305 using my kotak credit card had failed. Again as suggested by PHD customer care again I placed another order using my Amex card ending 51000 with same 1675.00 amount which failed again. But both transactions are charged against my respective cards. Later I had placed the order with an alternate mode of payment later(Pay by cash ). The transaction didn't complete and I got a error message on the PHD PIZZA site. Request you to initiate the waiver process for the disputed transaction.

Even i am facing the same issue, ON 20TH Nov 2015, after successful online payment of 695 rs the order was not placed for some unknown reason.
When I called the customer care they said the money will be refunded in 21 working days(I dont know in which stone age are these people in) 21 working days is like a whole month.
Its been 15 days after that still there is no refund.

People please help out, if you know whom to contact for the refund or if you know when I will get it.

I had ordered for home delivery the following items:country cheese meidium, 1 nos, choco chips cookies 2 pcs, and garlic bread sticks 1portion at 8.30 p.m thru my mobile. the order was taken by the caller and assured delivery thru Airoli Pizza Hut delivery before 9.00 p.m. When we called the call centre after waiting for an hour at aound 9.30 p.m we were told that the order did not get registered due to technical snag. in fact, we had also informed the caller that we wish to use the Rs.200/= gift voucher bearing # [protected]. we were told the total gross billing for the order woud be Rs.737/= ( approx) we are disappointed the manner we were treated by a reputed firm like Pizza Hut.

I called at 10pm I called again the executive told I will call u in 5min but no call came at last I had to order from another restaurant.from 8pm to 10 pm they wasted my time after conformation of order they did not delivered pizza.i had ordered fun for 2 pizza tandoori panner, garlic bread . Pepsi, 5 sachets of ketchup total bill of ₹ 560 .

This can be termed the most worthless pizza I have had in my lifetime.
Its been just few minutes after I consumed this yucky stuff... and I am regretting of having spent every bit of Rs 565 rs at the Pizza delivery outlet in Sanpada ( palm beach)
Orderd Big pizza with overload of Paneer. what did I get .
Very dry rubbery pizza with bits and pieces of paneer .. it was more of maida pancake.
I am for sure going to publicise the yucky stuff across all channels. Seriously just beside the outlet was Dominos ... I should have gone there...

Hi all My Order number is 3077 and my order time was 19:22 Pm online payment made with Pizza hut Banashankri 3rd stage god grace i received my order by 20:35 Menu ordered with Overloaded Meal, Potato wedges and Stuffed Pocket veg, i feel dash--- service with pizza hut, As they delivered with Cold Pizza and in Stuffed pocket was horrible as the Cream had came out and as it was not stuffed and backed properly and in potato wedges was not crispy and hell lot of oil inside the box, , , When i asked about Delay Delivery with delivery boy says that he is only the person who is doing deliverers for Banashankri 3rd stage Outlet, and when i asked about late Delivery boy made call to his manager and says that customer is asking for discount or Free delivery, manager was not ready to do free delivery or to give any discounts and convincing that it will not happen for next time, i sincerely suggest PIZZA HUT to remove that 30 Min Delivery or Free or 300 rs discount from the website so that if Pizza hut do Delay Delivery also nobody will question or they will never ask for the discount, Finely Delivery boy had not given the Invoice copy also for this, Think saving paper.

We had a terrible experience at Pizza hut due to the callous and negligent attitude of staff there. Firstly after about 10 minutes of our entering the outlet we realized we were sweating simply because the ACs were not switched on!!! Even after the Acs were switched on it was so warm that we were sweating right till we we left. Secondly, on the recommendation of the waiter we ordered Ebony and ivory as sweet dish for our kids. When me and my husband were trying to finish the sweet dish left over by our kids we discovered to our utmost dismay that the cake served in the sweet dish was so frozen that it was as hard as a rock. Our overall dining experience was not only most uncomfortable, we felt cheated too by the substandard quality of food served.
