I was trying to order pizza via pizza hut online login. I selected my order and paid the amount via mobikwik wallet. Amount was deducted but order was not placed.. I have that transaction summary in my mobikwik wallet statement. And the amount deducted was 341.65 and I need the refund immediately

I had ordered online from Pizza Hut on 20th Dec 2015. the total amount was 287.52. i did net banking and amount was deducted from my account. but i didn't get any confirmation of my order nor received yet. please do the needful at the earliest. Thanks

I had placed an online order with pizza hut sector 14 Gurgaon. Though the order was delayed yet no one accepted the fault and I had to sit like fool in front of guests. Is this what these guys claim to be. See the records for your reference. No action was taken I am thinking to go legal against these guys.

The manager at pizzahut rohtak(haryana) is very bad at service. I ordered my pizza on 19 dec 2015 at 5:05 pm and it was late so delivery man calls manager and he refused to talk after few minutes later he talked to me and gave me false information and talks rudely to me. He says that 30 min or free is not applicable on overloaded veggie pizza but it is. He also says that go and complain anywhere i don't care these are his words. Inspite of talking polietly he is shouting and even say that i am not giving pizza so go away and cuts the phone. This is not the first time it is second time with me. So please fix the issue.

I had placed an order at 12.42pm with Pizza Hut Bangalore, Koramangala 6th block and did not receive my order till 2.00pm. I had called the restaurant several times and they made false promises that i will receive my order in 10 mins, every time i called it was 10 mins. I have visitors here in my office waiting for lunch and had no face to face them till i got the lunch for them. Spoke to the Manager and said that i will not pay and he insisted on payment. This is called cheating people. THis is not right from your side and i want a refund on the same, since it was not delivered in time and i was made to loose my cool and at the same time screamed at by my organization for your irresponsibility.

My name is vinit [protected], i ordered pizza from pizza hut at 9:30, 16dec15, the guy excepted my order and promised to deliver the pizza within 30mins, after waiting for around 45 mins, i called again and the guy name mahender, said will be delivered in 4-5 mins, and then i reapeatedly called with same answer from there call center, spoke with no. Of agent like hriday, vineet, mahendra and few more, all said will be delivered in 4-5 mins.Finally i called the dwarka outlet where my order is regularly forwarded from the call center.I spoke to prashant the manager there, he informed that he didnt get any order from there call cenet.By that time it was 11:36 and the call center was closed by that time.I had a guest at my place which was a very very embarassing situation, no restaurant was open by that time.We prepared whatever food we had in store.I have all the call recordings.I always give a good tip to the delivery boys, but they do not deserve it at all.They all helping india to let down.They are kaamchor.I wish if all these ****** may loose there job cos they do not deserve & i must be compensated for all the trouble phone calls and time spent .I just pray my complaint should work and all these ****** should get a good lesson.I would write this thing everywhere possible.

Pizza hut delivery sucks!!!...i ordered a pizza online at 10:30 pm..order number:[protected]. didn't get my order . whenever i called they kept telling me it has been despatched, and then when i complained about not getting the order, customer support centre staff were rude .Regarding the refund.. they said within 21 day the refund will be done.when all the online transactions are done in fraction of a minute..what will take them this long to refund and they didn't give any confirmation of refund..neither any mail stating that the delivery is unsuccessful.. how un-organised and irresponsible can the pizza hut delivery be..what right they have to keep a customer hungry and waiting . they just claim that they deliver in 30 minutes.. but friends its a myth.. they don't deliver at all. Guys i recommend you all please never even try online ordering from pizza hut.. they keep you waiting and hungry, staff just creates confusion and over the top you will not get any refund of your money.. you don't eat pizza ..PHD just eats your money..

This is a follow up on feedback ID is 24262 & 24263 (sent on Dec4, 2015 for delivering my online order placed @8:45PM at 10:12PM) - I need an email confirmation that entire money (Rs 577.44) will be refunded within 21 days, as your people are just ridiculous & keep hanging on customers who have genuine complaints-which has been caused by your company in the first place. Basic courtesy & customer service is a big ZERO! This guy Abhinav just hung up on me while I was explaining my concern & due to "tech issues" couldn't even see the feedback id logged on Dec4, 2015. I will be taking this to consumer forum if refund is not honored - DO send me an email confirmation as well on the refund request promised. I don't want to wait for 21 days & then being told "oops, we couldn't track it due to tech issues!"

I ordered pizza on dec, 11 2015, # [protected] from Pizza hut - Gurgaon- sushant lok, but i dint get what i ordered. I was billed for one veg and one non veg Piiza along with cheese jalapdip and choco mousse, after applying the coupon code PHE 01, including tax it cost me 806.71, But what i got was entirely different order, Just Two veg pizzas, along with choco mousse and choco truffle cake- i DINT ORDERED THAT !! ITS BEEN LONG IM ORDERING FOOD FROM YOU GUYS, NO fAILURES. bUT unluckily THIS INCIDENT TURNED TO BE ON MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY and ruined everything.

Even i am facing the same issue, on 20TH Nov 2015, after successful online payment of 695 rs(150rs through paytm cash + remaining from bank through paytm wallet) towards BILLDESKnut Order #EPT[protected]Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] 06:55:49 PM the order was not placed for some unknown reason. When I called the customer care they said the money will be refunded in 21 working days(I don't know in which stone age are these people in) 21 working days is like a whole month. Its been 15 days after that still there is no refund. People please help out, if you know whom to contact for the refund or if you know when I will get it.

Hi I hav visited pizza hut in jayanagar 3rd block on Dec 3rd. The pizza and garlic bread was absolutely rubish and a complete waste of money. The base was so poor that I was not able to chew it properly.I felt it was previously done n Reheated and served for us. And d service was not at all good n systematic. Dey served pizza 1st n den garlic breads. The shape of that garlic bread looks very odd and even it was not baked properly. Actually I took my parents for d first time and it was worst.

I went online to order a pizza and to my surprise DID NOT FIND my city listed in the online list of cities to choose from. And I found it weird that no other city in Kerala is listed there in the numerous cities to choose from to place an order. So I decided to leave feedback and there again there was no option to select Kochi/Cochin as the city from complain should be registered. Now, I am not ignorant enough to believe that my city is some godforsaken place. It is one of the fastest growing cities in India and not to mention a Metro city. So why is it not listed? Does Pizza Hut think nobody from this city or anywhere in Kerala must not order pizza online? Seriously?

It was a horrible experience to book pizza from pizza hut. As you can see that I have placed an order online for take away ...when I reached the pizza hut store the employee at pizza hut said that they have not received any such order. They asked to place an order again at that time so I placed a fresh order again at that time and there I need to wait for another half an hour. I don't know that in today's scenario when every business is growing so fast in the digitised stage why such things are still happening. I have Ordered in 9.10 pm. Now it is 10.56 pm not delivered. Called to customer care 4 times simply telling your order is success and you will get a call with in 2 min. But no one is calling. Frustrated!!! I just cancelled after 2 hours. This is my Reference#[protected].

I had worst experience today, I placed order at 10 after returning from very hectic day...we all were hungry... the order was placed on call at 10.00 pm. I was informed that the delivery will take 45 minutes as it is Saturday..so the time for delivery was 10.45 I did not receive delivery neither any call from Pizza Hut, then I called back on 39883988 and was told that the order was not placed on store due to some technical issue...11pm, I cant place order anywhere for any food...they hung my phone for 15 minutes to connect to some senior and finally got disconnected... very bad experience.. the complaint no is [protected].. it seems they are not bothered for complaint also... we are helpless.

On 26112015 I ordered the above order at marathahalli outlet at 9 :40 pm. Got the person ringing the bell at 10 :05 with the wrong order. I was delivered a vwg pasta. This 25 minutes was a great timing. But unfortunately the result did not go well. He handed me a box wiyh green symbol insisting that this is non veg pasta. I had faced the same issue earliar though i hot my rwfund once a delivery boy delivered a veg pasya and took the money for chicken pasta.so i checked and found the issue. So I wanted him to get me the chicken pasta along with the pizza. The delivery boy was not ready. He insisted I should cancel my order . I insisted he make me speak to the store manager. The manager agreed to deliver and take the money post that. I took the pixza and waited for yhe arrival of pasta which came after 40 min more. I paid 460 rupees and went inside tp enjoyy meal. Unfortunately the pasta was not as per recipe. It had only onions, olives, chicken and light cheesy juice which was almost negligible. It did not have mushroom and pepper cheesy sause as promise d. By th3n I was too hungry to stop so post that I took tge pizza which was almost cold by now.thepizza was horendous. It was made with already soured/sauce that has gone bad. These yhings are repeatedly occuring nor pizza managent is doing anything about it. This marathahalli store near my jouse also refrains from taking order at 10 30. Please is thos justofied to harras a refular customer at regular basis.

Worst delivery ever..if you do not respect 30mins delivery then remove that option from the terms and condition. Rude behavior of delivery boy...He said i[censored] want to take pizza then take otherwise I'am leaving and i[censored] want to do a police complain you can do it...Delivery boy name :- Mr. Vishal. I keep on buying pizza from pizzahut at ansal plaza gurgaon in palam vihar. I got some pizzahut points from pizzahut account with my mobile no [protected]: and i claimed free garlic bread through the points in my account. But when i called pizza hut they refused the delivery of garlic bread at home, which lead to wastage of my 200 points gifted by pizzahut as loyality to buy so many pizzas..shame on pizzahut ...shame on pizzahut ansal plaza...
i will never buy pizza from crooks like pizzahut...

Yesterday i had visited your outlet at Banasvadi, Bangalore after i made failed attempts to order online. I wanted Potato wedges. One Narsimha taking order informed me that the company had stopped the product as there were complaint. after placing other order the manager Vinu came who on asking informed that it was out of stock. when i questioned them they were very rude and asked me to lodge complaint.Also the service tax is charged on the entire bill instead of the charging it on the amount for service rendered'. It was a very unpleasant experience. Some other customers also had problems . When they started sharing their experience the manager again started talking rudely with me asking me to not to speak to other cutsomers. please look into the matter and let me know your views and action taken based on which i can decide whether to approach consumer forum. Hi, I am from Wakad, pune. I ordered pizza today at 8:50 pm and my address is within their delivery radius. They took order but didnt deliver in 2 hrs. I continuously called to know the status but those people are just passed the ph. From one person to another and when I finally shouted then they said they launched complain . What kind of people u.
