I have ordered combo Kurkure Veg Pizza which includes Pepsi (MRP 45) on 4 Feb 2016 at Dombivli East store. I have been charged taxes separately for Pizza (12.5%) and Pepsi(25%). I haven't ordered Pepsi separately. When I asked the counter person, they couldn't answer of my query. Also taxes are not matching with the amount. It is very disappointing to pay 25% tax for just a bottle of Pepsi.

I wonder how Pizza Hut was mine favorite years back, but this feedback I am giving is for my last order in life for Pizza Hut.

1) the cheese garlic bread had almost no garlic and couple of drops of melted cheese.

2) Krunchy Kurkure Pizza, first timers please avoid ordering. The layer of cheese on thick bread was just a layer of width of paper. I had to bin that after first piece. waste of money on this item.

3) Did online order of 621 INR, there was no tissue & pepper/spices provided. which is a complimentary part with any item ordered. when spoke to customer care, they said this is no more provided. no information on website too. very sad to see this as we need to bear tissue & spices separately before ordering from Pizza Hut.

It is very sad to see there are some branches of Pizza Hut like HST Sector 1 from where I ordered, who does not have professional chef, or maybe they are establishing cost cutting policy by degrading the taste of items.

I do not recommend online order from Pizza Hut as it can be disappointment for you. Rather visit the store, so atleast if you are disappointment you can catch the Store Manager for providing poorly made pizza & other Items.

I had just ordered a pizza while back. There were two pepsi's in the order. They delivered only one. This has happened thrice now and it only happens when we have paid online, otherwise they are very accurate when we order as Cash on Delivery. Worst service, Worst Quality. Called pizzahut they said, they have dropped a message to the store, but they never call. I have complained many time, but they dont even bother to callback. This complaint is for Pizza Hut Hinjewadi.

I ordered pizza hut overload meal +pet order no.[protected] at 8.30, recieved order at 9.40. Absolutely cold, no veggies or cheese. Called customer care for replacing order thrice, was told replacement will be served in 30 mins every time. Waited till 11.30, not recieved till now. Payhetic, pathetic service and customer care by Pizza Hut.

1. JUst now i raised the order for PIzza from Pizza Hut and i selected and submitted the order.
2. When i checkked out after giving my details it took to the payment.
3. I did the payment and payment was successfull but order got failed which is very worst experiece,

I want pizza hut to pay fine to me for this kind of behaviour.

Sorry to say about pizza hut which people never think about that kind of services so many time we talk about that but not getting any response from service reprenstive every time are they telling sir give us week or ten days time i have all records in my phone i record all talk between us superviser name is syed ali but not getting any response the Rs.851/- is a big amount for me and the thing is why should i leave my rupees when i didt get the pizza so please if some one is getting my problem help me out of this

even received mail from pizza hut that your order has been placed.but even after repeated calls to pizza hut.still order has not been delivered.very bad service at part of pizza hut.poor customer service.we were really hungary and order was not delivered.really very much pissed up .provide me resolution .at least my next order for the same amount should be free. or dnt want to order from pizza hut alteast.

Hello sir, I am harpreet singh.Today I order a pizza with a cold drink .but they delivered only pizza not cold drink.when I asked for cold drink delivery boy called manager.manager said we manage cold drink from local market other then we don't have alternate.delivery boy manage cold drink from local market.in meanwhile pizza had gone stale. when we tried to complaint to manger he said it very rudely and asked to return pizza .And we had return pizza.this was second incident.first was on new year.we delivered medium but they delivered family pizza.

I have ordered a pizza and garlic bread on 18 Jan 2016 for which I made online payment transaction from ICICI bank. After payment I have not received any order summary. After checking again it showed no order placed and same was confirmed when I asked to customer care. The amount Rs.396.10 was deducted but not refunded back yet. When will it be refunded?

I ordered Cheese overloaded pizza with invoice no[protected], I found pathetic quality of pizza that I received. We cant find any cheese over that pizza.I am not expecting such quality of Pizza from a well known brand like pizza Hut. Sahil Narang [protected]

Dear Pizza Hut, I Shyam kumar ordered for chicken supreme, chicken triple feast, cheese garlic bread and one portion of non veg pasta today 15/1/2016 at 2150 at Mahavir Nagar Kandivali West Mumbai and has been a assured delivery by 2230. By 2245 I did not got my order so again called up at 2250 to cancel my order but then I had been assured by your telecaller for a discount n requested me take the delivery. I got my delivery by 2320 and the food quality was pathetic, all cold. I refused to pay the bill n sent ur delivery boy back as your manager refuse to give a discount also. I could not have my food at all n feeling cheated. Now I am writing you the same. Please take appropriate action or else I will go to the consumer court. Hoping your reply back to me asap.

Hi, I ordered a pizza last evening from so called one of the best pizza parlour in India. I stay in Uttam Nagar Delhi and I ordered a medium Paneer makhni at 07:30 pm from my registered no-[protected]. I did not receive any information till 08:30 so i called up the customer care again to follow up. They assured me that pizza will be dispatched in next 20 minutes. I did a call again at 09:00 pm this time they asked for another 15 minutes. I kept my patience and called up at 9:30 and they assure me to get a call from Local Pizza hut centre at dwarka mor gurgaon. They never called back and no information is yet received on my order. Now from a big player like Pizza hut, is it the service one should expect? This is highly unprofessional and not at all expected from pizza hut. I wont be able to gather the courage to order anything from Pizza Hut.

First & last order for Pizza Hut ever in my life. This is worst ever service in the world for me. Terrible... Really terrible. It is like a torture to someone. Truely it was my first experience with Pizza Hut & I was really reluctant to order anything from Pizza Hut...but what experience man.. Dear Sir, My order number[protected] place on[protected] @ 8.46 pm. The order was never delivered and for the same I had to follow up for more than 10 times to the call center. While, I had a minor negative experience with Pizza Hut in the past, this incident has just broken the threshold with an unacceptable reason on the part of Pizza Hut. In which world does the customer has to follow up with Pizza Hut and still they fail to deliver....

I have ordered pizza on 13.01.16 online at your Ambit Tech Park, Chennai. from 13, 3rd Main Road, ESAB IND, Ambattur Ind Est, South Phase, Chennai, Next to India Land. I have paid Rs.577.44 through my Credit Card and money got deducted from my account. Unfortunately the order was failed. I have called the customer care and confirmed the amount will be get refunded within 15 days and my order reference told by them[protected]. Can you confirm reference details to call you back for refund status through my mobile number [protected].

The staff at this place really sucks... And the pizzas they make are terrible at this place...And even the service at this pace is is at a snail's place Some guy named afzal who worked here didn't even return me my money back and said that i was a theif... The staff treated me very badly and they don't have any idea that how they should behave with a customer ... I will be never going to pizza hut again.. And would advice all others too never go at this place... I would rate this branch in negative if I could ... Very pathetic outlet of pizza hut...

I have ordered bulk pizza on 10/12/15 but unfortunately order was not placed and money got deducted. When I called customer care they told amount is in gateway and it will get refunded within 22 days. It's almost 1 month now, I am still waiting for the money and I contacted the customer care n number of times where I didn't get any updates except they will ask me to wait for 2 more days. To say frankly pizza hut customer service is one of the worst customer care service in India . I went through other complaints also where I can see majority issues are related to mine. Is this the way pizza hut treats customers. Fed up with this and not sure when they will refund the money. I have escalated the issue but no luck. If this continues customers will stop ordering pizza online as they don't have proper interface and as they have very poor customer care support.

I had placed an online order on 5th of january from Pizza hut, gachibowli, hyderabad for which the transaction got failed. After having a conversation with the customer care executive, I was informed that refund has been initiated. But they refused to give any mail/message as proof and asked me to simply call back after few days to check for the status. When I called back again(6 times minimum), they are adamant to take up any complaints and even not providing any status of the refund. Their is zero customer service provided from their end. With such a brand name, this is totally unethical and unexpected behaviour from Pizza Hut. Please refund the amount at the earliest and provide a proper satisfactory reply.
