I have order Pizza Hut 3101 and 3103, order delivered to by 4 and ur people are not boughter to take payment from me, since 1.5hr I m waiting to get credit card machine to make payments, inspite of calling again and again people are not boughter about customer, I have reminded more then 4 time before placing order, I m going to pay through my credit card, this are so pathetic in co ordination among them self, every time when I call different guys pics up call, and I have to brief each time about the issue, it was my and last experience with Pizza Hut, it was me who waited 1.5 hour and still waiting at road to payment, or else I could have leaved from here.

We ordered a pizza from Pizza hut Bommanalli, Bangalore store on 14th Feb, 2016 in the evening around 8.16 pm. The delivery guy came at around 8.55 and when we asked his why he was late he said we are private delivery guys and not from store. I asked his about the promise of 30 mins delivery or free he politely said please speak to the manager.

The manager was very rude to start with and when i complained his about late delivery to my shock he replied today is a public holiday and we do not commit 30 min delivery promise. I was shocked and asked him why is today a public holiday he said today is valentines day. i checked with him if it is written any where he had no ans.

He was rude to an extent that he said return the parcel if you cannot pay and do not order in future.

Can some one please look into this and share input. I never knew 14th Feb is a public holiday.

I have made online transaction of INR 1, 145.19 Info.VIN*PIZZAHUT on[protected]:34:50 via my icici account to place order. Yet because of some net problem order not get placed but INR 1, 145.19 transferred by my bank.

Kindly look into it and transfer my money back.

Pizza Hut should remove these phrase "30 Min or Free Our delivery Promise".

Pizza Hut is delivering the bad product.

Taste wise quality was also poor.

Waste of Money !!

So to start ur app has some issue regarding address in some localities like mine i.e. Bopal.i cant find my society in ur list in d app.so first u do take care of dat and keep updatin ur app for addresses.

Hi, I ordered Pizza Hut gift voucher from Talash.com in May 2015 for my friend's 10 yr old daughter in Ahmedabad, india .
I m from London, and like many people, my family enjoyed pizzas at Pizza Hut at Baker Street ...
Now, Bcoz I don't feel bad, till date my friend from Ahmedabad never told me that coupon for RS. 500 could not be used Bcoz he could not generate OTP code by SMS and went to local store who could not help .
I contacted Talash.com and they said I should request here .
Pls do the needful .

I made a online order for pizza on 22 January 2016.
But Pizza hut did not deliver it stating that there was an issue while processing this request and money will be refuned as i paid it in advance online.
The amount is 545 rs. It has been more than 2 weeks but did not receive any response. I called on pizza hut, the executive said that his supervisor will call be back for the concern and will give the expected date of my refund money. There was no reply call from any supervisor or executive. I have not get my money, no response from pizza hut.

I had ordered 2 Pizza's and one dessert via online app. I had applied coupon (PHE01). The day was saturday,[protected]! As I was unable to reduced the topping(Capsicum) via app I immediately called the customer care of pizza hut. I told him everything, he took my order ID and confirmed me that he has told my outlet of pizza hut (jodhpur) about the correction of the order(-less capsicum).
Still, I received two pizza's with full of capsicum. I had a talk with the manager on the phone and he was very rude and at the same time he said he wasn't notified about the changes. After much argument he agreed to change the pizza's. But what happened, would be very shocking for all the regular customers of pizza hut.The outlet instead of making new pizza with the correction they just removed the capsicum from the top of the previous pizza, reheated it and sent it back. This was an embarrassing moment for me and my family as we had guest at our house. I'm afraid but I will go to the consumer court and complain about the company. The trust from pizza hut has gone now . Please take this issue very seriously as it can ruin your company, if made it into a big issue.

I have ordered combo Kurkure Veg Pizza which includes Pepsi (MRP 45) on 4 Feb 2016 at Dombivli East store. I have been charged taxes separately for Pizza (12.5%) and Pepsi(25%). I haven't ordered Pepsi separately. When I asked the counter person, they couldn't answer of my query. Also taxes are not matching with the amount. It is very disappointing to pay 25% tax for just a bottle of Pepsi.

I wonder how Pizza Hut was mine favorite years back, but this feedback I am giving is for my last order in life for Pizza Hut.

1) the cheese garlic bread had almost no garlic and couple of drops of melted cheese.

2) Krunchy Kurkure Pizza, first timers please avoid ordering. The layer of cheese on thick bread was just a layer of width of paper. I had to bin that after first piece. waste of money on this item.

3) Did online order of 621 INR, there was no tissue & pepper/spices provided. which is a complimentary part with any item ordered. when spoke to customer care, they said this is no more provided. no information on website too. very sad to see this as we need to bear tissue & spices separately before ordering from Pizza Hut.

It is very sad to see there are some branches of Pizza Hut like HST Sector 1 from where I ordered, who does not have professional chef, or maybe they are establishing cost cutting policy by degrading the taste of items.

I do not recommend online order from Pizza Hut as it can be disappointment for you. Rather visit the store, so atleast if you are disappointment you can catch the Store Manager for providing poorly made pizza & other Items.

I had just ordered a pizza while back. There were two pepsi's in the order. They delivered only one. This has happened thrice now and it only happens when we have paid online, otherwise they are very accurate when we order as Cash on Delivery. Worst service, Worst Quality. Called pizzahut they said, they have dropped a message to the store, but they never call. I have complained many time, but they dont even bother to callback. This complaint is for Pizza Hut Hinjewadi.

I ordered pizza hut overload meal +pet order no.[protected] at 8.30, recieved order at 9.40. Absolutely cold, no veggies or cheese. Called customer care for replacing order thrice, was told replacement will be served in 30 mins every time. Waited till 11.30, not recieved till now. Payhetic, pathetic service and customer care by Pizza Hut.

1. JUst now i raised the order for PIzza from Pizza Hut and i selected and submitted the order.
2. When i checkked out after giving my details it took to the payment.
3. I did the payment and payment was successfull but order got failed which is very worst experiece,

I want pizza hut to pay fine to me for this kind of behaviour.

Sorry to say about pizza hut which people never think about that kind of services so many time we talk about that but not getting any response from service reprenstive every time are they telling sir give us week or ten days time i have all records in my phone i record all talk between us superviser name is syed ali but not getting any response the Rs.851/- is a big amount for me and the thing is why should i leave my rupees when i didt get the pizza so please if some one is getting my problem help me out of this

even received mail from pizza hut that your order has been placed.but even after repeated calls to pizza hut.still order has not been delivered.very bad service at part of pizza hut.poor customer service.we were really hungary and order was not delivered.really very much pissed up .provide me resolution .at least my next order for the same amount should be free. or dnt want to order from pizza hut alteast.

Hello sir, I am harpreet singh.Today I order a pizza with a cold drink .but they delivered only pizza not cold drink.when I asked for cold drink delivery boy called manager.manager said we manage cold drink from local market other then we don't have alternate.delivery boy manage cold drink from local market.in meanwhile pizza had gone stale. when we tried to complaint to manger he said it very rudely and asked to return pizza .And we had return pizza.this was second incident.first was on new year.we delivered medium but they delivered family pizza.

I have ordered a pizza and garlic bread on 18 Jan 2016 for which I made online payment transaction from ICICI bank. After payment I have not received any order summary. After checking again it showed no order placed and same was confirmed when I asked to customer care. The amount Rs.396.10 was deducted but not refunded back yet. When will it be refunded?
