I visited Pizza hut Elante mall Chandigarh but the service is very poor. The food serving staff is disturbing us in between we are eating our food and also i have not finished my food the food serving staff has taken my plate.

I want to tell you, that i ordered a paneer overloaded pizza, and the delivery boy delivered the pizza 10 minutes late, when i asked for discount, he said, this offer is not valid on this pizza and so on, but when i checked the website, it was clearly shown, that the offer is valid, i asked him, to give me the pizza at some certain discount, but then he asked me to talk to the store manager, and he also did not agree with my claims, i also told him that i rechecked the website, but he made certain excuses, which are not acceptable from one of the best food brands of the country and across the globe as well..the deleivery time for my place was 9:20, as you can see in the mail, but he came at 9:31, and am glad with the response of the store manager, even he did not cooperate..!! i am providing you the details of my order, and it is my humble request to look into the matter, and reply to me asap

I have Order Pizza from Pizza Hut and Paid for the same from my SBI Credit card on 06.03.16 around 9.30 to 10.00 PM. But I did not Received my Order Yet.
it is a very awkward moment for me before my Friends. i have waited till 12.AM and call to Customer care No.[protected] but No Answer Received.
then i have mailed in this respect but no reply received yet except System Generated mail.

Yesterday I ordered pizza from bangalore for a mount of 744rs & promised delivery by 9 pm.butI called at 9:15 to check status & I was informed that there was no order from my no.again I made order amounting to 588 & delivery time was 9:55 pm. Then I waited upto 11:30pm with numerous calls your centre & every time your executive told sorry for delay.ur pizza will be delivered form electronic city bommasandra branch soon.but ultimately nothing was delivered .my booking no[protected].

Please provide resolution as it was highly unprofessional. If I am not given clear answer I will be forced to update in social platform.

I Ordered pizza from pizza hut and did online payment for the order, order no :[protected] was supposed to deliver at 10:11 PM, 06/03/2016.. They did not delivered any pizza and when i contacted their customer care around 5-6 times, they made false promise to deliver shortly.
I have left with no option to sleep empty stomoach

The pizza was saugy & not cooked properly. It was unfit to eat as the dough was clearly visible and did not got cooked.
It seemed as if pizza was taken out of oven in the middle of the process.
Very bad quality indeed.

I have ordered pizza approx 5-mar-2016 21:04:51 pm .And confirmed me predicted delivery time is aprx 5-mar-2016.21:35:57 pm .

But me charged by piizahut .
It very fraud and unfair beheive with customer

One at 6.2 PM and other at 6.19 pm, but when I called for placing the order I was not allowed to place the order as per above offer.

Therefore placed order for normal medium pizza which cost me 503 RS.
Also saw the pizza add for same offer on TV after some time.
Why was I not offered the order?
Also if that was mistake, plz refund extra money that I had to pay.

I have contacted your customer care service around 3 times but to no avail they put me on hold but even after such holding they did not respond to my comnplaint

I am very diappointed with such a poor service and would not like to place an order in the near future .Even i faced a problem in my last delivery that too was 40 miniutes late

I pleased an order for 2 medium sized pizzas online, and entered the coupon code phe07 to avail the 50% off on second medium size pizza.
It showed that the coupon was applied, but the amount on second pizza was not deducted from the total bill.

I had placed an order at about 9:40pm on Feb 26, 2016 for a chicken overload pizza, a pepsi and a chocolate mousse. Since there were no signs of calls or delivery, I started reaching out to the call center from 10:20pm onwards and they kept dilly dallying stating that the order is in progress and that they were calling some other number and no one was answering. Firstly I fail to understand why they would call another number when I had placed the order and given my number specifically. They even retrieved my name from the database and confirmed so I cant accept that explanation.

After several more calls I requested to speak to the floor manager and was put across to a Mr. Sunil who again was not of much help. It was close to 11 and I was starving. Being very upset, hungry and angry I mentioned that I would go to the consumer forum as they could not handle this order after nearly 1hour and 15 minutes. I was promised a call back which never materialized till much later when the Marthahalli branch store representative called and apparently claimed that it was a mistake from the call center side and I would have to place the order again. They again mentioned a story of calling some other number.

I am convinced that the call center is highly inefficient and do not value the customers enough to ensure the meal is delivered much less provide a call back or an apology.

Right now its more than 12 hours and conveniently this is supposed to be a forgotten chapter for Pizza Hut. The attitude seems to be more of take it or leave it. So I have decided to leave it but not without letting a few people know how the patrons are treated.

I ordered veg pizza but when pizza arrived I was aghast to see that the box did not contain the veg mark. I am mentally disturbed after looking into it. I have given this pizza to my watchman who eats non veg also. I am not sure that the pizza is veg or non veg. It is not expected from a brand like Pizza Hut doing this. They are not considering the emotions of vegetarians.

I ordered a combo meal on 21st Feb at 8:10 pm and on the call itself it was promised that the delivery would be done in 30 minutes else there would be 300 rs discount. When the delivery guy reached at our place he was late by some minutes. This was continously 3rd time when I wasn't getting my order in the committed time. Last time it was in 1 hour and before that around 45 minutes and I spoke with the delivery person but he gave some lame excuses that in case I will complain than these ppl would deduct this from my salary, second time when happened the delivery person argued with me for 10 minutes and I ended up paying in full as guests were sitting at my place and he was making an embarrassing situation for me. This time it's over my head now and I decided not to spare you people. The guy created a major scene in the society and such a pathetic situation for almost 20 minutes. I almost spoke to 4 -5 different people but they ended up explaining me the policy of first barrier point. And took the order back. This was now the situation for me where I had to order from another pizza joint and these guys delivered in 20 minutes ( wish if pizza Hut would have this wonderfull service). The store manager of sector 50 noida always has some or the other excuses. For you guys 30 minutes means around 30 minutes. But excuse me, we are from the background where 30 minutes means exact 30 minutes nothing more nothing less. Moreover, I had to speak to different ppl on this planet for 1 and half hours and got the stuff at 9:30 now with a discount of 300 rs by than I was really not in mood to have pizza anymore. Due you guys think I was complaining and doing all this for 300 rs discount and would waste my energy and my dignity which of course has much more value than this discount. Your apologies are not accepted this time. You guys screwed my day and image completely in the society ( where ppl were thinking that I was arguing with a young delivery guy for only 300 rs discount) so let me explain you its now about the image and the wonderful service that u guys gave me. I would never ever order from you guys. Keep my words and make it a note.
I made 4 to 5 calls to your call centre where I was told that floor managers are busy!! Really and than later I was promised by kanu a floor manager that I will be getting a call back in 5 minutes again I confirmed is that 5 minutes u said. But I never got a call back I called u ppl after 15 minutes. This is the most pathetic service I have ever came through.

- You guys are never on your commitments.
- you have the most pathetic and disgraceful attitude towards your customers.
- your only motif is to make money not to make happy customers.
- when customers complaint you ask to refer to website for T&C ( are you some insurance company or mutual fund agency).
- you guys make such embarrassing situations for customers that they end up paying whatever you ask for.
- you have no value for your customers.
- if you can't do it dont show us wrong advertisements.

P.s - I am highly disappointed and will take it up to your highest authority for this insult and embarrassment.

I have placed veg solo combo pizza on 20th Feb 2016 Saturday, there was no Cheese in Pizzas..it was eating like Bread...Pizzas also warm condition...I have thrown 2 Full boxes to Garbage...they have charged Rs.389 to me..I strongly recommend my friends, relatives and Colleagues don't Prefer and gofor Pizzahut anymore

This is actually the second time this has happened. I ordered a pizza at 9:45PM.
It was 10:45 when i called to check the status. The person at the other end asked me to hold on for a minute and informed me that the pizza would reach me in 5 minutes. Iam still waiting while writing this message. Hungry... And i just know i dont need to look for it any longer. It is 12:10 in the night. Wonder how a company like pizza hut could do that?

Never ever am i going to let anyone i know order a pizza hut pizza in front of me.

I placed above order and received the delivery in an hour, Pizza which was delivered to me was overly cooked and burnt. Even i informed delivery boy as well that its burnt, still he said its sauce. I was on call with pizza hut for more then 1 hour, twice my call was disconnected
first agent name not aware
second agent was vipul and third agent was apul

I had ordered a Spice Overload Big Pizza (Order No.[protected] at 6:14pm on 17 Feb. The order came more than 8 minutes late at 6:53 pm but the delivery boy refused to provide the pizza free as per company policy. I asked him to contact his head, the assistant manager who again started making excuses that the policy on website does not apply at this place. After arguing almost half an hour on that, the delivery boy took back the order. I am really disappointed and annoyed at this pathetic behaviour of even the store manager. My guests were waiting for the pizza and were so disappointed. You must take corrective action against your employees who spoil customer experience by becoming greedy and not implementing company policy of 30 min or free. And deliver the free pizza at least, which is the least you must do!

I have order Pizza Hut 3101 and 3103, order delivered to by 4 and ur people are not boughter to take payment from me, since 1.5hr I m waiting to get credit card machine to make payments, inspite of calling again and again people are not boughter about customer, I have reminded more then 4 time before placing order, I m going to pay through my credit card, this are so pathetic in co ordination among them self, every time when I call different guys pics up call, and I have to brief each time about the issue, it was my and last experience with Pizza Hut, it was me who waited 1.5 hour and still waiting at road to payment, or else I could have leaved from here.
