        I ordered 1 Kerla Ayurveda Balarishtam on[protected] and received order confirmation mail as well. But its been 5 days my order has not been delivered. You will never be able to reach there customer care, as they are always busy and also they will never call you back. The email which they provided, is also have one way communication channel, means you can receive the mails but cannot mail them back.

        I think this is a fraud company. Please be aware..

                      I have ordered golden harvest rice for INR 408 on 11th December 2022, we have not received the order till date and the customer care number is not responding along with their WhatsApp number, their customer care email id is also fraud showing delivery failure. This website is fraud, collecting money from people and not acting on the deliverables. Please arrange for refund.

                                  Dalda Refined Sunflower Oil (1Lt)
                                  against Order Id - KT[protected] on (Dec2, 2022) and made advance payment of Rs. 721/- via net banking as COD was option was not there. But I have neither received the products nor my calls were answered through a recorded message that 'all their customer care executives are busy and will call me later'. My attempt to contact them through mail failed as my mails to [protected]@pohunch.com and [protected]@pohunch.com remained undelivered. Request to get my money back.

                                    I had ordered Gillette Mach 3 blades of 3 sets from Pohunch. I had paid amount trough credit card link provide by them. Even after many days of order, I did not receive my items. While tried to approach Pohunch call centre, no response received. Neither I received response on whats app nor mail.

                                        I ordered a product vide order no. KT[protected] on 30.11.2022. The email for support and customercare dont work. The phone numbers are dud or switched off. There is a recorded on one number saying "all our executives are busy. We will call you on your number shortly"

                                        I have been waiting. There is no way to stop my payment or recover it.
