I ordered some items but there is no tracking ID nor does anyone pick up when dialed the called number..
I received and email but it seems to be useless.
Pounch.com seems to be a fraud and the money seems to be wasted.

Was scouting for top quality hing...Googled.Found this fake website... Paid through upi... Received sms and email acknowledgement stating it seems an individual 'krishna tawniiya' transaction has succeeded...I immediately suspected that this is a fake website... Emailed, whatsapped, called pohunch ...Dead response...Mail id is fake... Lost money... That's what i feel...

I was scouting for a top quality Hing... Google threw the website pohunch.com...immediately i ordered, paid through UPI... I got sms and email for payment acknowledgement from a number which says ann individual has received the payment... immediately i grew suspicious...the online grocery store pohunch.com sent an acknowledgement for order received not payment received...i tried to reach through WhatsApp...no response... email sent got returned... tried many many times the customer care number...no response... this is absolutely a FAKE WEBSITE... WHAT TO DO... MY MONEY GONE...

I ordered online pay by credit card with fast delivery charge. On dt.17 nov. 2022 but not delivered till 21 St nov.2022 and not received a call on customer care number

My order is 15 Nov 22 my money cut my account but not show my order and not receive any contact

I did prepaid order date of[protected] but did not receive product my product order number is- T[protected] and prepaid amount is Rs. 773.
So please I request to you please proceed my refund process.

Paid money but order not delivered, is this fraud company?

I have placed a prepaid order of Rs 1760/- on 2nd October 2022 vide order no KT[protected]. The order was placed successfully but no progress on delivery and no response to E mails, WhatsApp and phone calls to customers care. Wonder how such fake site's are functioning and looting the innocent people. No action from Government and Google. How the are allowed to be hoisted/placed on Google

Prepaid order serial no KT[protected] not yet delivered request do needful

I have placed a order on 31 Aug 22 vide order no KT[protected] however the same has not been delivered yet request do needful for the same

I bought items of worth 250rs. There is automated mail that they received the order. After that there is no communication from their side. I called, it's getting disconnected, then I mailed, no response. If this is is fraud company, why is it existing, why there is no action taken.

Prepaid the order of 500 rs no response no sms no delivery update not receiving call

It is a fraud online store, the money got debited but products are not delivered.

Request a refund and the website to be taken down so that the fraud website cant scam anymore people

I orders safal peas 5kg from there site it costed me 405 rs even i paid extra 30 rs for the fast delivery but it's been more than 12 hours i haven't got my order. While contacting them there is no response. Phone no. Which they have provided is [protected]

I ordered an Axe Signature Mysterious Body Deodorant 154 ml worth 130 INR whose payment was done through online payment platform 'paytm' by me on september 9th and I was going through the complaints people did against this because all this company offers is fraud.
Desirable resolution- I request a refund of my money, we do not have the privilege to afford this amount of money to merely flow like water. I refund could be done back in my 'paytm wallet' or directly in my bank account.

I paid for product but not delivered customer care not responding

I ordered a pack of Golden Harvest Biryani Rice Pack of 5Kg for Rs. 408 on June 09, 2022, which till date is not delivered to my address. Tried numerous ways to reach the merchant through email, phone, whatsapp etc, all sources are unreachable. Raised the chargeback request with my bank as advisied by the payment gateway involved in the transaction. Bank is rejecting the request of chargeback stating that merchant has delivered the product to you, though merchant would not respond to you, but they do respond to banks involved, so they shared the bank an invoice with my forged signature as proof of delivery, which was shared with me by my bank upon my request. So you can imagine that the ultimate level of scam going on all in open, where neither your bank nor payment gateway is going to help you, because they simply share a fake delivery receipt as proof of delivery when internal investigation is being done by bank. Finally, I had to file a police complaint against this merchant and I am still waiting for the outcome of the case. Even though the amount involved is negligible I will fight this merchant and make sure people involved in this scam are behind bars.
