On May 17 th I paid pli premium through online but account got debited kindly refund amount or refect in pli statement
Because of it cannot pay June premium

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I paid the premium of INR 5624 for my Policy No:[protected] through the PayTM wallet on 01/06/2021 at 05:41 PM. The transaction ID is [protected]. I have chosen the PayU Money payment gateway option. The premium amount is deducted from my PayTM wallet but due to some technical issues from your side, the amount is not credited as my premium for 01/06/2021. It is showing pending.
      I request you to kindly treat this matter as urgent and solve my problem. Waiting for your response. I am attaching the screenshots of the transaction as proof.

            I did a transaction of Rs 1508 of my policy number[protected] on 28/05/2021at 11.35a.m through online transaction through pay ubiz gateway by debit card mode, money debit from my account but transaction is. Pending, plz refund my money.

                Sir I am Abhimanyu Sharma PLI Policy No.[protected]& I made the online payment for my PLI policy premium, for the period from 01 June 2021 till 30th June 2021through IDBI Debit Card on June 04, 2021. Premium Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account. But the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. I haven't got Acknowledgement or receipt number as well. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  I am having a policy being no.[protected] customer ID no. 70193329. I paid premium for the month of June, 2021 and the said amount Rs. 4, 218/- was deducted from my account and it's ref no- [protected] dated 02/06/2021. But in the status it is showing as pending.

                    I made payment today have also problem.Sir i pay premium of 2 policy on 04/06/2021.but when i login and check pending messege appear on my login account. Why? Whats problem.                           I've done the online payment for my PLI policy, june 2021 premium through upi on june 2nd 2021. Premium Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account.
