Policy status shown as INACTIVE

This has with reference to Postal Life Insurance Policy No.[protected] which has sum assured Rs. 1000000.00/-. Under this policy, the premium payment has been made till the month of June 2021 but online it shows the policy status as INACTIVE. Several times I tried to contact on telephone number given on web site however nobody responded. In view of above, it is requested to look for this matter and do needful.

Amount deducted but no update

For the policy number[protected] I have payed 4912rupees online using hdfc debit card today but I didn't receive update that it has been payed...

Deducted amount not reflected in my account

Sir,
I had done an online PLI transaction today, ie 01.06.2021. Amount of Rs 2019(two thousand and nineteen only) has also been debited from my sbi account but the same is not being reflected on my PLI account. Details of my Pli account is as follows.

Non receive of Policy bond

Pli partial loan payment

Dear Sir,
I made a payment of 5000 for my policy's partial loan payment through my HDFC Bank debit card, money got deducted from my back account it has been 4 days since I made the payment.
Transaction is considered successful on payment history page but loan amount is still not updated.
The amount is as it was before the payment..
Please update the amount or refund my money to original payment method...

Premium is debited from a/c but not credited into the PLI A/C

Sir,
On 31.05.2021 Rs. 2403 and Rs. 2812 has been debited from two different BGVB account while paying thru online payment mode but the same did not credited to PLI accounts WB-238932-CS and WB-316472-CS respectively.
As a result till now I could not credit the premium for the month of June 2021.
Sir you are requested to see the matter and credit the premium into the said pli accounts.

Pli Payment Status is Pending

My policy no is UP308189-CS and customer id is 10435161, i paid pli premium online by UPI for the month of May, 2021 on 28/05/2021 but still in the payment history chart, it is showing as "status id 99, status pending and receipt no. is NA.

Kindly resolve this issue asap....

PLI Amount debited from credit card but not reflecting in PLI Account

Account debited but PLI premium not deposited in policy

My PLI Policy no is[protected].I tried to pay premium for the month of May 2021 though your online premium portal.My account got debited for Rs.3834 but my premium was not deposited in my policy. I waited for 7 days if any reversal or deposit may happen.But the status is same as of now.I used my Sbi credit card for the payment. I am attaching the screenshot of sbi card transactions for your reference.Please do the needful as this month...

Premium is paid but status is pending

I paid a PLI (WB-250536-CS) premium of amount 3374 on 18.05.2021. through BHIM upi transaction id[protected]. My account was deducted but premium status is showing pending. Please do needful.

PLI Online premium payment not reflecting in payment history

Sir, On 15/05/2021, I made online payment of Rs 5921 towards premium of my PLI policy158830-B through Online PLI app and sbi net banking for the period 06/2021 to 05/2022.Even though the money was debited from my savings account, no receipt was generated and also the payment made is not reflected in the payment history.Please look into the matter and kindly resolve the issue.
