Double online payment of a policy

I paid Pli premium through net banking but after some time i got a failure message.(but Cash is deducted from my account)on 1 may 2021
i tried again and cash is deducted from my account second time.(on 1 may 2021)
After some time i received two emails regarding the confirmation of payment .
bill no[protected] for both transactions and transaction id 4563819 and [protected]br...

Transaction successful but payment not received at pli

I have made my Postal Life Insurance monthly premium through Gpay via Payu Gateway on 30/04/2021. While doing transaction successful but payment not received at end-user. Again I have made the payment with same process that was received successfully at end-user. But which I initiated first time not received back to my account again. Please check and do the needful.

Dear Sir,

I have made online transaction for my PLI policy premium for an amount of Rs.2247/- on 15/04/2021. My amount got debited but receipt not generated and in online portal payment still pending.

Hello,

I just paid for Monthly Premium of PLI for my policy[protected] today via SBI Debit Card at 1:10pm. The amount got deducted from Debit Card but while redirecting back to PLI Website the website didn't load only.

So amount is now deducted but PLI Portal does not reflect that I've paid. I've also not received any receipts of payment on email.

I'm attaching the screenshot for the payment....

Update of policy number aps-1267382L

Pli policy no - aps 1267382-L, EA-40, sum assured-500000, date of proposal 26 nov 2011. Premium paid upto Mar 2021 through pao (Or) corps of signals jabalpur. My above policy has updated upto mar 2018 where as my policy premium has been paid upto Mar 2021. So i am unable to revi ve my policy in civil post office. So i would request you to update my policy to enable me to proceed with future transaction. I would appreciate if you consider...

Amount debited from account but pli payment not paid showing still pending

Would like to submit that on 14.04.2021 i paid my policy number[protected] through sbi debit card for rupess 2607/- amount is debited from my SBI account and payment is still showing pending in this regard i raise the complaint on 19.04.2021 with reference no [protected]. after 2 days i received mail the compliant has been settled with the following remark cont to[protected]. when i contact to that number there are not giving proper response...

Failed Transaction

Dear sir, i am Kumkum chauhan with pli policy no[[protected]]. I have deposited premium amount 2812/- on 30/04/21 through ICICI card. Due to failure of internet connectivity, connection was lost after amount deduction... And payment receipt were not generated. Please do needful to solve problem... Thanks in advance......

Payment deducted for the PLI not updated

I have paid online from phone pay my monthly installment for the policy number[protected] amount is already deducted from the bank account for the month 01/04/2021 to 30/04/2021 but did not get the acknowledgment for the same and still its showing due for this month...

I have applied for claim on 11/01/2021 through SPM Office Raikal to
Jagtial Head office Indian Post.
Till now i have not got any money or any information from both Raikal...

My policy no is[protected] and customer id is 13116826, i paid pli premium online by credit card for the month of April, 2021 on 23/04/2021 but still in the payment history chart, it is showing as "status id 99, status pending and receipt no. Is na for my that payment in one raw of two.

Kindly resolve this issue asap. If it is not getting paid then please let me know when can i get my money back in my account and let me know...

I am Amar Singh Gurjar, PLI Policy No RJ-153623-CS. I had made the online payment for my PLI policy premium, for the period from 01/04/2021 to 31/03/2022 through SBI Bank net banking on 16/04/2021. Premium Amount Rs 22546/- has been deducted from my Bank Account But the amount not credit to my pli account and Amount is not reflecting in the PLI portal. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment....

Money not refunded

On 12/04/21 I have paid Pli but it was not showing in the postal insurance portal. After then till now it is showing pending in the portal. Though I have paid the premium on 16/04/21.first payment is not refunded till now....

Pahle bhi customer care me baat kiya tha par koi update nahi ho payi thi. Post office me jakar 3 month ka cash deposit karke meri PLI Payment update ho gayi hai.
