I did a transaction of Rs 1508 of my policy number[protected] on 28/05/2021at 11.35a.m through online transaction through pay ubiz gateway by debit card mode, money debit from my account but transaction is. Pending, plz refund my money.

      Sir I am Abhimanyu Sharma PLI Policy No.[protected]& I made the online payment for my PLI policy premium, for the period from 01 June 2021 till 30th June 2021through IDBI Debit Card on June 04, 2021. Premium Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account. But the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. I haven't got Acknowledgement or receipt number as well. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

        Respected Sir/ Madam,

        I am having a policy being no.[protected] customer ID no. 70193329. I paid premium for the month of June, 2021 and the said amount Rs. 4, 218/- was deducted from my account and it's ref no- [protected] dated 02/06/2021. But in the status it is showing as pending.

        Please do the needful to resolve the issue.

          I made payment today have also problem.Sir i pay premium of 2 policy on 04/06/2021.but when i login and check pending messege appear on my login account. Why? Whats problem. Please solve my problem. Policy no:[protected] name : rajesh a patel. And policy number[protected] name : patel nishaben s. I pay 10 months s premium both policy.

                            For June month I paid amount through netbanking. But Money is deducted from my account but the status shown as pending and the receipt is no and recipt not generated.

                              I have paid PLI monthly premium on 31 May 2021 using SBI online banking. Money has been debited from my account but it has not been updated in my PLI login. It is showing as the payment is pending. Kindly resolve this problem.

                                  With due respect i R LETMINTHANG HAOKIP holder of postal life insurance policy number[protected] had summited my complaint about the updation of premium payment for the month of June 2021 but so far there is no updation for the said month . The premium was paid on June 1, 2021
                                  The amount paid was Rs. 5266 mode of payment is through sbi internet banking .
                                  I therefore request the concern authority to look after the problem and resolved and update the for the month as soon as possible.
                                  I have attached the premium payment reciept from the bank.

                                      I have paid my PLI premium online on 28th May, 2021 for Policy No.- RJ-166429-CC having monthly premium of Rs. 3375. I have paid premium of 3 months( From March 2021 to May 2021) amounting to Rs.10, 454 through SBI NetBanking. The above mentioned amount got debited from my SBI account but the credit was not reflecting in my PLI account.
                                      Sir, please resolve my issue at the earliest and update my transaction upto the month of May 2021.
