My name is Ravi Kumar.Iam serving in indian army (The Punjab regiment ) now I am posted in Srinagar.my policy no is APS[protected]L . My policy maturity date is 31/01/2035.I buy this policy in year 2014 and till now I didn't receive my policy bond..A premium of 2370 is deducted every month from my account.I received a policy bond of same name of mine and my father..but the address was not same.I give that bond to the right owner.but he also didn't receive my bond ..please send me the policy bond as soon as possible ..i am very thankful to you..

    I have paid premium of about rupees 1641 on 02.07.2021 through SBI net banking. Amount got debited from my account, but premium payment not showing in the policy. kindly resolve issue.

        My father passed away 2/28/21, I noticed benefits dept on 3/3/21 and requested information on his life insurance. In April I called to follow up and they said they had sent it to his address so I asked that it be sent to mine as I live out of state. I called again in May to follow up and they assured me it had been sent out. As of 6/29/21 I have yet to receive the one they claimed to have sent to my fathers address as his mail is being forwarded to my home. I called again on 6/29/21 to ask why it has taken almost 4 months to even be sent information on filing for his life insurance. I will be looking for the next steps to take.

          I made a premium policy payment for the month of June 2021 on June 13th with policy number being[protected]
          The amount has been debited from my account but not reflected and updated in the policy.
          I waited for few days and again made a payment to the same policy for the month of June. This time it was successfully updated.
          However I should get refund for my first transaction.
          The amount has not been refunded even after 7 days. Transaction ID being: T2106131440566777381445

                I have login online portal of PLI and see the status of primium. I found that I have paid primium up to 28 Feb 2021 whereas the primium deducts from my salary every month. I have paid primium up to May 2021, the same is not show in status of primium.

                    My customer ID is 51096840 .I paid the PLI premium for three months on
                    10.06.2021 for the amount Rs.4182 through Net Banking and the amount was deducted from my amount, but still in the payment history chart its showing pending with status ID 99.

                    Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible, if its not getting paid then please let me know when i can i get money back in my account, so that i an again pay the amount for the premium

On 7th June 2021, I made online payment of Rs.5654/- towards PLI premium payment for two months May and June 2021. Kindly note, monthly premium for my PLI policy is Rs.2827/- including taxes. The payment transaction I made online through net banking of my Indian overseas Bank SB account bearing no. [protected]. Immediately, the above said amount has been debited from my account but still the payment has not been updated in my policy account and the payment status is remains pending. Under these circumstances, I hereby request you to kindly take necessary steps to clarify the issue and resolve at the earliest and update the payment status.

                                    Hi, I have paid this month PLI premium amount on 05 june2021 through debit card option, Amount got deducted from my bank account, but Premium status is showing as "Pending". I was thinking, it will be updated in few days, but its been 6 days now, its showing same "Pending" status only..., Money also not return to my bank account... My customer id is 61216145

                                    Money should return to my account else Premium status should show as "Success". kindly help
