My name is S K Parthiban. My pli policy No[protected]. Pli premium amount Rs. 3710/- paid for 02/07/2021 SBI Net banking money debited my account but payment status is pending My order number OR[protected]. Kindly slove the problem...

My father passed away 2/28/21, I noticed benefits dept on 3/3/21 and requested information on his life insurance. In April I called to follow up and they said they had sent it to his address so I asked that it be sent to mine as I live out of state. I called again in May to follow up and they assured me it had been sent out. As of 6/29/21 I have yet to receive the one they claimed to have sent to my fathers address as his mail is being forwarded...

I made a premium policy payment for the month of June 2021 on June 13th with policy number being[protected]
The amount has been debited from my account but not reflected and updated in the policy.
I waited for few days and again made a payment to the same policy for the month of June. This time it was successfully updated.
However I should get refund for my first transaction.
The amount has not been refunded...

Online payment process result very Bad. Several times it shows error.How can l paid my premium online ?

Error type :- Cell not found......

Sir l taken loan against policy no APS 475156-L in June 2016 in FPO KUNJAWANI JAMMU I paid all loan amount but, bond not received till date...

I have login online portal of PLI and see the status of primium. I found that I have paid primium up to 28 Feb 2021 whereas the primium deducts from my salary every month. I have paid primium up to May 2021, the same is not show in status of primium....

My following payment is not reflected in my policy and also not reversal to my bank account.

My customer ID is 51096840 .I paid the PLI premium for three months on
10.06.2021 for the amount Rs.4182 through Net Banking and the amount was deducted from my amount, but still in the payment history chart its showing pending with status ID 99.

Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible, if its not getting paid then please let me know when i can i get money back in my account, so that i an again pay the amount...

I had paid premium of rs5291/- on line in favour of my policy no.Mp-203540-cs by on line from sbi, indore, on 07.
06.2021under trasaction id[protected]at 13.43 & also shown as order no.Or[protected] in pli payment premium history but nether so far nor credited nor money receipt is generated when payment was more than 15 days before.
Also bank credited immediately....

Hi, I have paid this month PLI premium amount on 05 june2021 through debit card option, Amount got deducted from my bank account, but Premium status is showing as "Pending". I was thinking, it will be updated in few days, but its been 6 days now, its showing same "Pending" status only..., Money also not return to my bank account... My customer id is 61216145

Sir, my policy number is APS[protected]L, which I made by army post office. My mob no [protected] and email address- [protected]@gmail.com updated in PLI. I want to generate costumer ID online, but I couldn't generate costumer ID online pl help me. I enclosed screenshot of the login page...
