My pli cust id is 31673472. I have paid premium on 03.04.2021 through credit card. Payment done but not reflect in my PLI account. Still i have not got the refund in my credit card account.

Pahle bhi customer care me baat kiya tha par koi update nahi ho payi thi. Post office me jakar 3 month ka cash deposit karke meri PLI Payment update ho gayi hai. Par mere 1624 online payment wale Rupye Refund ya policy me update nahi ho paya hai. Post office staff kahte hai Toll free par baat karo. Aur wo kahte hai post office pata karo.           My policy no is[protected] and customer id is[protected], i paid pli premium online by online for the month of April, 2021 on 06.04.2021 but still in the payment history chart, it is showing as "status id 99, status pending and receipt no.
          Kindly resolve this issue asap. If it is not getting paid then please let me know when can i get my money back in my account and let me know that is it safe way to pay pli premium online?

              Respected Sir,
              I am John Lasrado, PLI Policy no[protected]. I had made the online payment for my PLI policy premium, for the period from 01/04/2021 to 30/04/2021 through Canara Bank net banking
              on 13/04/2021. Premium Amount Rs 3671/- has been deducted from my Bank Account, but the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. I haven't got Acknowledgement or receipt number as well. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                Sir iam vijay kumar, i have paid rs 18275 towards my pli premium for three months for Feb 21 mar21 and Apr 21 on 09/04/2021 through sbi yono app.my yono app is showing as rs 18275 debited from my account and credited to your postal accounts but my policy number[protected] is showing only paid upto January 21 ..even after 10 days my money not returned ...please return my amount else i will file a suit in consumer forum against your negligence...both screen shots attached for information

                      this payment has been done, but it is not reflecting in my policy, money has been deducted from my bank account and
                      it is still not refunded nor it is showing that the premium has been paid.
                      I have repeatedly mailed to pli about this at their complaint id, still they haven't not resolved the issue.
                      Plead help.

                              I had paid the online payment for my policy number TN-578398-CC on 10th April 2021. Rs 28258 for premium from Apr-2021 to Mar-2022 was detected from my SBI account .The online transaction id is [protected]. The amount was detected from SBI bank but postal still it shows pending. I lodge complaint regarding this and complaint No: TN-578398-CC dt[protected]. please confirm the payment at the earliest or refund pli premium to my sbi bank account.

                                      Pli policy no - aps 1267382-L, EA-40, sum assured-500000, date of proposal 26 nov 2011. Premium paid upto Mar 2021 through pao (Or) corps of signals jabalpur. My above policy has updated upto mar 2018 where as my policy premium has been paid upto Mar 2021. So i am unable to revi ve my policy in civil post office. So i would request you to update my policy to enable me to proceed with future transaction. I would appreciate if you consider my request and take action as soon as possible.
