Regarding payment confirmation

I had paid the online payment for my policy number TN-606257-CS on 31st March 2021. Rs 9027 was detected from my ICICI credit card account .The online transaction id is [protected]. The amount was detected from ICICI bank but postal still it shows pending. please confirm the payment at the earliest....

Payment pending

I have made monthly installments payment against my PLI no[protected] on 04 Apr 2021 of amount 4809 from my city credit card. The above said amount has been deducted from my acount but it has not been paid to to my PLI Policy and still showing Pending in my Personal id. About premium paid

I have paid Rs 4039 on date 20 march 2021 with Amazon pay upi app with transaction ID number[protected], and amount deducted from my account but it didn't receive by my policy number UP-330021-CS, I talked with upi customer care executive and they said that amount deducted from my account and receive by benificary account but it is not shown in my policy, then again I have paid Rs 4039 on march 24, 2021. I request you please refund my amount...

About premium paid but not deposited

Am Lijo joseph now am serving in Indian Army from july-2003. I had taken a PLI policy when I was training at 3 trg bn(1EME Centre secunderabad.) With premium Rs 375 pm and it's automatically debited from my salary.till now I have not received policy bond. So it is requested to sent my documents as soon as possible.

I tried to pay the premium for 2 months for my rpli policy and while making payment via UPI transaction the amount got debited from my bank account but the postal insurance transaction page went to an error state after logging back in and going to the payment history section for my policy. I am able to see that particular transaction is with the Status ID as 99. I waited for the amount to get refunded back but that did not happen. Kindly...

I have paid PLI Premium of 3016 on 01/04/2021 for period 01/03/2021 to 31/03/2021 using Google Pay UPI but in payment history it shows transaction pending even after amount debited from my account and transferred to Departments of Posts.

My policy no is[protected] and customer id is 65331480, i paid pli premium online by UPI payment for the current financial year 2021-22, on 19/03/2021 but still in the payment history chart, it is showing as "status id 99, status pending and receipt no.Its been a week that still it's saying pending.

Kindly resolve this issue asap. If it is not getting paid then please let me know when can i get my money back in my account...

Pli original bond not received

Sir, my PLI number id APS-666809-L
matured on 30 OCT 2020.
But i have not recieved my original bond form.
Due to which i have not got my maturity amount.

Recently I have paid 8months due directly in the post office feb/2021. If I go through PLI portal, It is showing as Police lapsed. please go through it and remove Laps for pay online payment.
