I am Gouranga Sarkar has purchased PLI policy No. MP 63138 at CSWT Indore MP and paying Rs. 355/- per month w.e.f 01. 12. 1999. The policy is being matured in the month of Nov 2021. But Policy bond is not issued to me till date.
Request issue policy bond against the policy No. MP- 63138.

          I had opened pli policy during the year 2015, monthly premium has been deducting since then, however I haven't get pli policy bound though I have sent an official letter through unit 6/8Gorkha Rifle office every year regarding this matter.

                  My pli premium was deducted from my salary at treasury office at tirunelveli tamil nadu. My policy no is
                  TN-334464-CS Jan21to Feb 21was not credited. So I couldn't pay the further premium from my salary. If I not able to pay the premium till August 21 it will lapse. I already lodged the complaint in Chennai by post.but premium credited upto December 2020. I request you convert premium payment mode to cash and interval to yearly. If not cleared by this month and there is no point in continuing the PLI

                      I am policy holder no.DL-148512-CC I have made a payment of policy premium through on line on 10th July 2021 for Rs. 36, 351, (for six months) but due to poor connectivity my receipt not generated, Although, premium has been credited in my policy account but receipt not generated.

                        My name is M Venkata Ramana Reddy. I took to PLI policies on 20 Mar 2008 Policy No APS-798362-L which is to be completed on 19 Mar 2020 and the other one was taken on 13 Dec 2012 policy No APS[protected]L which is completed on 13 Dec 2024. When I went to the Post Office near me to surrender my policies I was told that 1st policy No APS-798362-L has only been updated till Aug 2017 only and the Second policy Number APS[protected]L has only been updated till Aug 2017. I retired from Army on 31 Oct 2018 and my policies premium was deducted from my Salary until Sep 2018. I have proof of my Two policies and the last 10 Moths payslip regarding this. I facing financial problems please look into this as soon as possible

                              निवेदन है कि मैं लछमन सिंह, हूँ । श्री मान जी मैंने 19 जुलाई 2010 में एक पी.एल.आई ली थी जिसका नंबर APS[protected]L है। जो 18 जुलाई 2021 को समापत होनी थी। मेरे सारे प्रीमियम मेरी सेलरी से कटते थे।और सारे प्रीमियम मेरी सेलरी से कट चुके है। पर जब मैं पी.एल.आई दफ्तर बैंगलोर में गया तो मुझे वहां पर बताया गया की आपका प्रीमियम फरवरी 2021 महीने तक ही भरा हुआ है जब की मेरे सारे प्रीमियम मेरी सेलरी से कट चुके है जिसका सबूत मैं अपनी महीने की पे-स्लिप मैं है। श्रीमान जी मेरा आपसे यही निवेदन है की मेरी पी.एल.आई को अपडेट किया जाये ता के मैं अपने पैसे को निकाल सकूँ । मैं आपका बहुत धन्यवादी हूँगा।

It's been 15 days no one is giving accurate replies in post office. In last 4 days I wnt 3 times to know the status.                                     Sir my name is Nirmal Singh, serving in Indian Coast Guard at Gopalpur, Odisha. My policy No-APS-731964-N has not been updated since Feb 2021 and the date of maturity for my policy is 10 Jul 2021. The premium from Feb to Jun 2021 has been deducted from my salary slips/SOEs.
