Maine 09/06/2021 ko online premium payment kiya fir bhi abhi tak website ki payment history mein receipt available nahi hai, ek aur baat ki mera payment abhi tak pending hi dikha raha hai....

Premium amount debited from SBI Bank account but not credit in policy account and not updated and not received receipt

Respected sir/madam!
On 9-6-2021 Rs 10816=00has been debited my S.B.I. account using pli online payment mode for policy no.
[protected] for the month of June 2021.
The above mentioned amount debited from my SBI A/C But the credit was not reflecting in our policy account (still it shows june month premium pending)
On that day I paid another 3 policy premium amounts and get receipts also and updated.

PLI - Premium Payment Status

I have made the payment of INR 3221 towards the monthly premium of my PLI policy on June 1, 2021. Amount got debited but not reflecting in my pli payment. Also, checked with my banker on the transaction, it was successful.
Raised the complaint on June 3rd with Postal customer care but no response still....

Non payment of installment

I have transacted to deposit an amount of Rs. 7296/- on 03.06.2021 on account of Installments for the months of May and June 2021.(bank account statement of the transaction enclosed) for my policy no.[protected].
But just now when I log in to website of India post ( pli.indiapost.gov.in) to enquire about the status of deposit, I came to know that, installments for 2 months i.e. May and June is still payable.

Amount deducted from account but pending on PLI app

Sir I paid my PLI policy the month of May 2021 and June 2021 online on 5th June 2021. But his installments are still show pending. I made that payment through payu. Whose total amount was 7890 Rs. Please fix this problem. The details of the policy are as follows.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I paid the premium of INR 5624 for my Policy No:[protected] through the PayTM wallet on 01/06/2021 at 05:41 PM. The transaction ID is [protected]. I have chosen the PayU Money payment gateway option. The premium amount is deducted from my PayTM wallet but due to some technical issues from your side, the amount is not credited as my premium for 01/06/2021. It is showing pending.

I did a transaction of Rs 1508 of my policy number[protected] on 28/05/2021at 11.35a.m through online transaction through pay ubiz gateway by debit card mode, money debit from my account but transaction is. Pending, plz refund my money....
