Dear Sir,
I am G.Venkata Ramana. My PLI ID: AP-531901-CS. I Paid my premium Rs. 16703/- ( Rupees Sixteen thousand seven hundred and three only) for six months i.e. from[protected] to[protected] through PLI login via Net banking(SBI) on[protected]. The premium amount debited from my SBI account on[protected]. I have not got customer receipt/ successful information after debiting the amount from the account. Here is the attached bank statement for your reference.

Hence I request you, update my payment history and solve the problem after verification.

    My policy no is[protected] and customer id is 65550314, i paid pli premium online by credit card for the month of October, 2020 on 13/10/2020 but still in the payment history chart, it is showing as "status id 99, status pending and receipt no. Is na for my that payment in one raw of two.

    Kindly resolve this issue asap. If it is not getting paid then please let me know when can i get my money back in my account and let me know that is it safe way to pay pli premium online?

      I have done my PLI payment for 6 month
      Policy number -3316381 of amount Rs-55270/- on 10th oct'20.

      But status is still showing pending. However payment is already deducted from my Citibank credit card transaction number - 117956.

        I paid the PLI Premium for the month of October-2020 via net banking option. Money is debited from my account but the status does not show it is deposited. Kindly resolve is asap. It is supposed to get credited immediately. Highly disappointed.

          I paid the premium upto march 2008. I want revive the pli policy
          but the cpmg orissa circle is denying with a plea that original cas file is not available with them.
          The postal department is the custodian of the original case file not the custmer
          due to the administrative lapses i am deprived of the life insurance

My pli payment history also shows the same transactions but premium payment shows the dues of the month. I. E payment is not adjusted for the last month. Please acknowledge the same & oobliged me.

I received a text that I have withdrawn Rs.1713/- from my account. But PLI Payment history show is pending.

Transection successful raha or account se amount v debit ho gya. Par policy m payment history pending hi show ho rhi h.. Or av pay premium 4 month ka show ho raha h.

                              My policy no is mh-477963-cc. I am unable to generate customer id because of that i am not able to log in to pli. I have approached post office pli section they have checked everything and that is correct. My email and mob is registered in policy but everytime when i go to generate id it is shown that you have entered wrong details approach to nearest post office.

                                I am hajari singh and i have a pli in panagarh bazar post office branch which has matured on 23 march 2020. My policy no. Is aps-600272-l (Proposal no.767723). I have deposited the claim form and it was received by postal office on 26 may 2020 but still now i did not get any claim amount or any kind of draft from postal office. It has been more than 3 months but there is no information about my pli claim amount. Even postal personnel are unable to co-operate with me or provide me any kind of information. Please see this issue and ensure me the timely availability of your service. I want my life saving so kindly regard this issue... Thankyou

Maine 08/09/2020 ko september mahine ka premium online payment kiya lekin payment successful hone ke baad mein receipt nahi mila aur jab maine check kiya to payment history mein payment pending dikha raha hai jab ki mere account se paisa debit ho chuka hai aur na hi paisa return hua hai. I verified from c. P. C that the premium is paid upto july. Bur my client's policy is void and she has no premium receipt.
