Postal Life Insurance [PLI] Complaints & Reviews

I paid the PLI Premium for the month of October-2020 via net banking option. Money is debited from my account but the status does not show it is deposited. Kindly resolve is asap. It is supposed to get credited immediately. Highly disappointed....

I paid the premium upto march 2008. I want revive the pli policy
but the cpmg orissa circle is denying with a plea that original cas file is not available with them.
The postal department is the custodian of the original case file not the custmer
due to the administrative lapses i am deprived of the life insurance

Pli premium paid through online mode for two policies wb-316817-cs amt rs. 1713/- & wb-297563-cc amt. Rs. 1610/- respectively on 02/09/2020 through upi id. My pli payment history also shows the same transactions but premium payment shows the dues of the month. I. E payment is not adjusted for the last month. Please acknowledge the same & oobliged me....

Transection successful raha or account se amount v debit ho gya. Par policy m payment history pending hi show ho rhi h.. Or av pay premium 4 month ka show ho raha h.

My policy no is mh-477963-cc. I am unable to generate customer id because of that i am not able to log in to pli. I have approached post office pli section they have checked everything and that is correct. My email and mob is registered in policy but everytime when i go to generate id it is shown that you have entered wrong details approach to nearest post office.

Sir, i am saumo chatterjee an pli agent. My client paid pli policy from april to july (Policy no.[protected], moupriya roy) but yet her policy status shows lapsed. I verified from c. P. C that the premium is paid upto july. Bur my client's policy is void and she has no premium receipt. Plese solve the problem and tell how she get the premium receipt and update her pli book....
