I've done the online payment for my PLI policy, January 2021 premium through State Bank of India Net Banking on December 29th 2020. Premium Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account. But the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. I haven't got Acknowledgement or receipt number as well. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Complaint marked as Resolved Thank u.. I got my amount back to my bank account.. I had not only complained here, but also i had registered complaint in Postal website through mail id provided there.. don't know who solved the problem but thank you.. i got my amount back.. n wat i learnt from this is, , not to make online premium payment, n to pay it by cash by visiting post office.. as we have to suffer for the stucked money n have to regularly followup, which is hectic..
