Sir I am Sandeep Singh PLI Policy No. 0869605 & I made the online payment for my PLI policy premium, for the period from 01 February 2021 till 31 January 2022 through PNB Debit Card on January 01, 2021. Premium Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account. But the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. I haven't got Acknowledgement or receipt number as well. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Bank has taken initiative to resolve the issue. I raised the issue through my netbanking channel it took bank 04 days for resolution. Thanks for your support.

Sir I am SWARNALI TAMULI PLI Policy No. AM-141150-CC & I made the online payment for my PLI policy premium, for the period from 01/01/2021 TO 28/02/2021 on dated 16th February 2021 through Assam Gramin Vikash bank, Debit Card and Rs 2065/- Premium Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account. But the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. I haven't got Acknowledgement or receipt number as well. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    I am madhubala. Maine 01/01/21 ko online payment (3501/-) sbi debit card se kiya tha. Transection successful raha or account se amount v debit ho gya. Par policy m payment history pending hi show ho rhi h..

      My policy number is[protected] done the online payment for my PLI policy, December 2020 premium through State Bank of India Net Banking on December 29th 2020. Premium Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account. But the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

        Myself Dr Mahesh Awariwar working in India Air Force presently posted to INHS Kalyani NAVAL BASE Visakhapatnam A.P.I m holding PLI APS[protected]A dated 24jan 16, APS[protected]A dated 3 Feb 16.I applied for certain changes in duration of policies in month of jan 2016 from Air Force Station Thane under 4 AIR FMU PU 56APO
        I sent application with my original policies along with when I was posted in Air Force station Thane Maharashtra.
        I didn't get my corrected polices till date.
        Requesting please look into matter and do needful.

          I got text message regarding my PLI POLICY NO:[protected] that it has been lapse but i go to nearby Post office n check my policy status which is active, wt should I have to do, I regularly pay premium online via online mode and I have also check online .

            Multiple times, I have gone to nearest Post office branch (Una - Gujarat) to make sure that my mobile number and email Id are updated for my PLI.
            Also tried multiple times to generate customer ID at link below:

            But not able to generate customer ID. I can provide details of my PLI

              PLI payment status Pending

                Respected sir / Madam,
                I paid my RPLI premium ( TN- 610862 - CS ) amount for the december 2020 month through online mode on 15/12/2020. Even after 1 week, transaction history shows pending. The amount neither return back to my account nor credited to my pli account. Plz do the needful as soon as possible. So that i can maintain myself as a correct premium payer on time.

                I got back the pending transaction amount to my account. I registered complaint through pli section in our Head post office and the mail provided by them. I also contact customer care service of my bank. They informed me that the amount was deposited successfully to the merchant end. Again i followed mailing to postal website atlast i got my amount back. I am really happy.

                Even after 20 days, i did not get back my pli premium payment paid on 15/12/2020 through online mode using my credit card. I lost my hope.

                  I have made a payment for the month of january on 28/01/2020 however the same was not adjusted towards payment of month January and it was adjusted towards payment of month February.
                  Kindly make the aforesaid correction in my records and update the same in the portal.

                      I have been using PLI for making my PLI payment for past 8 months.
                      I was asked to revisit the password, after revisiting the password, I logged in. To my surprise the saved account details and transaction history nothing is appearing.
                      I am not sure is it linked to password resetting process or standalone issue.

                      My issue is not able to view my saved details and transaction history so not able to pay current month premium

                        For the month of December I had initiated the transfer amount 4039 form Paytm wallet. I have recieved the message in browser like transaction is successful with empty receipt number and also in transaction history too im getting status 99 followed by status 1 succes.

I have paid my pli premium on 6th December 2020 through online from my Pnb account by debit card 12 month of rupees 45671, but the amount was not shown in payment history. it showed as pending in payment history. Amount deducted from my account but policy payment not done in portal.. when i saw in policy summary of there is next payment date is 1/12/2020 but i already paid but receipt not receive yet
