PLI online payment pending

My policy number is[protected] done the online payment for my PLI policy, December 2020 premium through State Bank of India Net Banking on December 29th 2020. Premium Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account. But the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Not received original PLI documents.

Good Evening sir/madam,
Myself Dr Mahesh Awariwar working in India Air Force presently posted to INHS Kalyani NAVAL BASE Visakhapatnam A.P.I m holding PLI APS[protected]A dated 24jan 16, APS[protected]A dated 3 Feb 16.I applied for certain changes in duration of policies in month of jan 2016 from Air Force Station Thane under 4 AIR FMU PU 56APO
I sent application with my original policies along with when I was posted in Air Force...

I got text message regarding my PLI POLICY NO:[protected] that it has been lapse but i go to nearby Post office n check my policy status which is active, wt should I have to do, I regularly pay premium online via online mode and I have also check online ....

Multiple times, I have gone to nearest Post office branch (Una - Gujarat) to make sure that my mobile number and email Id are updated for my PLI.
Also tried multiple times to generate customer ID at link below:

But not able to generate customer ID. I can provide details of my PLI...

PLI payment status Pending

I've done the online payment for my PLI policy, January 2021 premium through State Bank of India Net Banking on December 29th 2020. Premium Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account. But the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. I haven't got Acknowledgement or receipt number as well. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

RPLI premium paid online pending- regarding

Respected sir / Madam,
I paid my RPLI premium ( TN- 610862 - CS ) amount for the december 2020 month through online mode on 15/12/2020. Even after 1 week, transaction history shows pending. The amount neither return back to my account nor credited to my pli account. Plz do the needful as soon as possible. So that i can maintain myself as a correct premium payer on time....

Not able to login into the online portal

I hold RPIL policy having policy # R-OR-BN-EA-132630.
Even after using correct credentials multiple times it says incorrect customerid or password...

I have been using PLI for making my PLI payment for past 8 months.
I was asked to revisit the password, after revisiting the password, I logged in. To my surprise the saved account details and transaction history nothing is appearing.
I am not sure is it linked to password resetting process or standalone issue.

My issue is not able to view my saved details and transaction history so not able to pay current month...

Status 99 on the transaction history

Postal Life Insurance [Pli] no profile and no policy number in online account

Dear Sir,
This is rajitha.I've opened my pli policy in 2017, then i created the online pli in 2017 and paying all my premiums through online till november 2020.But when i opened my account this month(december 2020) i could not find my policy no. as well as my profile. Please help me out from this issue sir.....

Wrong payment refund

Date 01.12.2020 Ionline pay nov.month 5320 and dec kist 5320 with intrest 52 total paid 10692 rupees .Samay par message na aane par ek hi payment teen times ho gya .So I want two times payment refund ya cancel . Three payment same receipt no .[protected] one from paytm and two PLI site customer id password se .Sabhi payment credit card se cut gye hai .So I want only one pay kist nov.and dec .Total 10692...
