सर मैने आज दिनांक 22/08/2019 को PLI की ऑनलाइन पालिसी का पूरा प्रोसेस कर pay amount 1160 Rs मेरे अकॉउंट से डेबिट हो गये तथा payment achnowledgement recipt भी प्राप्त हो गई है व policy no P-EAP[protected] v transaction ID OR[protected] date 22.8.19 है।उसके तुरंत बाद में सेशन expire हो जाने के कारण में मेरी पूरी policy की डिटेल देख नही पा रहा हूं।plz सर मेरी ईमेल आईडी पर पूरा प्रोपोजल फॉर्म भेजे जिसको की मैं नजदीकी पोस्टऑफिस में डॉक्यूमेंट सहित जमा करवा सकु।plz immediately help me...[protected]

My PLI policy of AM-58782-CS attained maturity on[protected] and I was to submit PLI policy along with all the necessary documents to the Nagaon PO on[protected]. The took 15 days to complete the process.Nothing is coming today. Prem Lata Devi

    I have pli policy no. Wb-303443-uc. The premium receipt book has been completely damaged and dilapidated due to drench in water and as a result got so mutilated that leaving no other way but replacing by a duplicate one.

    2. The last premium for the period of august 2019 to july 2020, rs 10342/- was deposited by me at serampore post office, pin – 712 201.

    3. It is requested to issue me duplicate premium receipt book to further deposit the premium.

    Sir my name is mantosh Rai and I was taken one pli from army post office visakhapatnam in the month of jun 17. I have not receive my policy no. And bond while 2300 approx deducted from my account on each of the months. Pls provide my bond
    My policy no is APS-306562-L I have been pension out from a year. But my policy has not yet been transferred to my nearest post office. I am unable to pay installments of my policy . Please, my policy transferre at the earliest post office (Kurali 140103) at the earliest so that i can pay your missed installments.

      I Digen Patowary have paid the premium of postal life insurance for Rs 4645 of policy no.2814447 for the month August, 2019 through online by card payment on 09.08.2019 and it shown a message that the transaction got failed, but the money was deducted from my bank account.please rectify as soon as possible and refund my money.thank you.

      Even after 10days nothing has done to resolve my complaint.
      I have paid a premium of 14652 rs for period of 01/04/2019 to 31/09/2019 of policy no 1346146 on 15/08/2019 but the receipt for the same is not generated.

        Pichhle do payment se main dekh raha hoon ki mere online payment ki dono entries payment history mein swayam nahi dikhai jaa rahi hain, pichhle mahine ki entries bhi complain karne par show ki gayi aur is mahine ki entry bhi kewal ek hi show ki gayi hai dono nahi aakhir aisa kyon ho raha hai pahle to aisa nahi ho raha tha

              non communication of surrender value

              Sir, i had applied for policy surrender of my pli aps-498558-a through sub post office prayagraj in the month of may19. But till date i have not received any communication regarding its surrender or the surrender value and the premium is being auto debited from my salary from afcao. I have also tried calling the tool free no helpline but it is always busy. Plz help me in getting my surrender value of the subject pli. Thanking you.

                I used debitcard for this an amount of 721 debited from account but same was not shown in the pli website but it showed some error.

                  Sir, i am holding pli policy number[protected]. I had been paying my premium online and i had paid the premium of june, 2019. Today, after login it is showing the no policy found. I am shoked to know the news like this. Kindly do the needful action immediately, so that i can pay my premium online. If, i could not pay my premium for the month of july, 2019. I should not be held responsible for the policy lapse. Regards....

                  My name is jitendra kumar sah, my policy no is r-jh-ea-320108 i have paid my last premium on 27/03/2018 manually, but i want to deposit it online so i have done all the formalities instructed by head post office dumka. A long period of time has been passed but my policy no has not been updated up till now. If it is not paid on time then who will be responsible for my default premium as well as the benefit according to policy.

                          I, 788730- b cpl mukesh kumar wsfit m presently posted at 3brd af chandigarh hving pli no - aps-791355-a commenced from feb 2008 at 405 afs belgaum with my temporary trainee no[protected]k.
                          Ferther i state that i have not received policy bond paper till date. I have undergone trade training at 41w afs, tanbaram then posted to 3brd kanpur & presently posted to 3 brd chandigarh &i have not received policy bond paper at none of the above mentioned afs even after writing /raising several complaints about non - receipt poljcy bond paper.
                          In view of the above i request you to please issue the concerned pli bond paper.

But, till date no any intimation from them and there's no way to contact them. I have got the confirmation for having deliverd to the addressee also. I have communicated so many times through e-mail to jdpli also, but no any positive response from them either through mail or letter.

                              My policy no tn-540592-cs.&tn-540310-cs. My customer id is 56004564. My premium payment is pay recovery. Till june 2019, my drawing officer deducted the premium amount from salary, but the policy status showing as lapsed. Last premium paid till shows as december 2017. Revival quote shows premium due from 01/01/2018-31/07/2019. Interest also rs 4391/kindly update the status of the polices.

                                    I have two pli policies on my name. When i put a letter to the local head post office, proddatur, y. S. R. Kadapa district, for registering my mobile number and email id for getting online payment facility those people completely shown the negligence and send a letter to me regarding address change.

                                    When i talked with local post master regarding the issue, he expressed his helpless ness i. E., v. V. Reddy nagar post office-516312
