Postal Life Insurance [PLI] Complaints & Reviews

I Digen Patowary have paid the premium of postal life insurance for Rs 4645 of policy no.2814447 for the month August, 2019 through online by card payment on 09.08.2019 and it shown a message that the transaction got failed, but the money was deducted from my bank account.please rectify as soon as possible and refund my money.thank you.

Pichhle do payment se main dekh raha hoon ki mere online payment ki dono entries payment history mein swayam nahi dikhai jaa rahi hain, pichhle mahine ki entries bhi complain karne par show ki gayi aur is mahine ki entry bhi kewal ek hi show ki gayi hai dono nahi aakhir aisa kyon ho raha hai pahle to aisa nahi ho raha tha

Kuchh mahino se premium receipt mere email par nahi aa rahe hain mera aap se nivedan hai ki kirpya jab bhi main online payment karoon uska receipt mujhe email jaroor karen. Ek bahut hi vishesh baat aaj maine premium online payment kiya lekin uska receipt no. mujhe nahi mila meri aapse vinti hai ki receipt no. allot karen.

Maine 27th july ko payment history par ek complain kiya tha ki mujhe online payment karne par do entries nahi show ki ja rahi hai par mere is complain se to samsya aur jyada ganbheer ho gayi hai kayonki payment history check karne par kewal online ki hui payment hi show ki jaa rahi hai cash payment wali nahi, mera aapse nivedan hai ki mujhe online par sari entries show ki jaye jab se maine policy li hai please

Sir, i had applied for policy surrender of my pli aps-498558-a through sub post office prayagraj in the month of may19. But till date i have not received any communication regarding its surrender or the surrender value and the premium is being auto debited from my salary from afcao. I have also tried calling the tool free no helpline but it is always busy. Plz help me in getting my surrender value of the subject pli. Thanking you.

Dear sir, i have submitted my policy for claim after my maturity period on 30.04.2019 along with all relevant documents. But, till date no any intimation from them and there's no way to contact them. I have got the confirmation for having deliverd to the addressee also. I have communicated so many times through e-mail to jdpli also, but no any positive response from them either through mail or letter.

Till june 2019, my drawing officer deducted the premium amount from salary, but the policy status showing as lapsed. Last premium paid till shows as december 2017. Revival quote shows premium due from 01/01/2018-31/07/2019. Interest also rs 4391/kindly update the status of the polices....

Sir my policy no aps 278477l i was loan agents policy 97000/ thousend but interest pay but not update in online system i was compton in 25 march 19 but till date not update pls update my policy i was deposited to loan but policy update nahi he pls sir it was very argent and request to you slove the problem

I have created the id for mu pli account for online payment of the premium. I paid my pli premium through online payment but i could not receive my pay slip. I have searched the account completely but i could not find payment statement.

I have two pli policies on my name. When i put a letter to the local head post office, proddatur, y. S. R. Kadapa district, for registering my mobile number and email id for getting online payment facility those people completely shown the negligence and send a letter to me regarding address change.

I satpal policy no.2180971 and customer id[protected]. I pay my june month premium rs.3630 through atm on[protected]. But at first it show pending and i pay again but amount deducted both time and not refunded till today 4-7-2019. So you are requested to check and refund it in my saving account attached to atm as possible as.

I have been paid 2 months premium online by debit card and 3 days gone my payment not success, its showing pending.
Kindly solve my problem. If it will not success kindly intimate me i will pay it again or pay by post office counter. If it will not pay kindly refund my amount in my concernd saving account....
