pli premium refund

I Digen Patowary have paid the premium of postal life insurance for Rs 4645 of policy no.2814447 for the month August, 2019 through online by card payment on 09.08.2019 and it shown a message that the transaction got failed, but the money was deducted from my bank account.please rectify as soon as possible and refund my money.thank you.

Pichhle do payment se main dekh raha hoon ki mere online payment ki dono entries payment history mein swayam nahi dikhai jaa rahi hain, pichhle mahine ki entries bhi complain karne par show ki gayi aur is mahine ki entry bhi kewal ek hi show ki gayi hai dono nahi aakhir aisa kyon ho raha hai pahle to aisa nahi ho raha tha

non communication of surrender value

Sir, i had applied for policy surrender of my pli aps-498558-a through sub post office prayagraj in the month of may19. But till date i have not received any communication regarding its surrender or the surrender value and the premium is being auto debited from my salary from afcao. I have also tried calling the tool free no helpline but it is always busy. Plz help me in getting my surrender value of the subject pli. Thanking you.

I am shoked to know the news like this. Kindly do the needful action immediately, so that i can pay my premium online. If, i could not pay my premium for the month of july, 2019. My name is jitendra kumar sah, my policy no is r-jh-ea-320108 i have paid my last premium on 27/03/2018 manually, but i want to deposit it online so i have done all the formalities instructed by head post office dumka. A long period of time has been passed but my policy no has not been updated up till now. If it is not paid on time then who will be responsible for my default premium as well as the benefit according to policy.

Hello sir this is abhishek singh from udhampur, i had opened my pli in 2010 at 405 airforce station belgaum. Till now i have not received any policy bond. non receiving pli bond paper

I, 788730- b cpl mukesh kumar wsfit m presently posted at 3brd af chandigarh hving pli no - aps-791355-a commenced from feb 2008 at 405 afs belgaum with my temporary trainee no[protected]k.
Ferther i state that i have not received policy bond paper till date. I have undergone trade training at 41w afs, tanbaram then posted to 3brd kanpur & presently posted to 3 brd chandigarh &i have not received policy bond paper at none of the above...

I have got the confirmation for having deliverd to the addressee also. I have communicated so many times through e-mail to jdpli also, but no any positive response from them either through mail or letter.

policy status showing as lapsed

My policy no tn-540592-cs.&tn-540310-cs. My customer id is 56004564. My premium payment is pay recovery. Till june 2019, my drawing officer deducted the premium amount from salary, but the policy status showing as lapsed. Last premium paid till shows as december 2017. Revival quote shows premium due from 01/01/2018-31/07/2019. Interest also rs 4391/kindly update the status of the polices....

my amount deducted but pli statement is pending

I have been paid 2 months premium online by debit card and 3 days gone my payment not success, its showing pending.
Kindly solve my problem. If it will not success kindly intimate me i will pay it again or pay by post office counter. If it will not pay kindly refund my amount in my concernd saving account....
