Updation of pli policy

Pli policy no - aps 1267382-l, ea-40, sum assured-500000, date of proposal 26 nov 2011. Premium paid upto oct 2019 through pao (Or) corps of signals jabalpur. My above policy has updated upto mar 2018 where as my policy premium has been paid upto oct 2019. So i am unable to revi ve my policy in civil post office. So i would request you to update my policy to enable me to proceed with future transaction....

not able to login

Hello team,
I have recieved my cust id and password reset link from post; i create my password using that link but whenever i tried to login with newly created password and id its saying invalid cust id or password. Although i am entering the correct id and password. I tried to call the customer helpline but call is not connecting, not sure what is the problem with helpline number as well.

unable to login customer portal

My shelf rashmi thakur policy holder... (Wli) i had generated customer id for online payment of pli... Whenever i used to login customer portal with my customer id and password it show message invalid customer id and password though i had been using correct one.. Though i had reset my password once.. But same problem persists.. I am facing same issue again and several time please resloved it... As soon as possible......

Sir, respectfully, i rakesh viramgama a pli customer. My policy number is gj-807364-cs. My customer id is 23470161. I have paid october 2019 premium online by sbi debit card on 25/10/2019. Till now my payment don't update online status showing pending. Please solve my problem. If will not solve refund my amount to my account.

online portal never opens

I been avid online user and paying pli premium is always a pain. The site never opens and i used multiple browsers like chrome, explorer... Why is it always so poor and inefficient?

This leads to delay in paying premiums and hence issue for customers who cant visit post offices on usual working hours.

Please resolve. Specially when we're moving towards 100% digital enabled environment, these hiccups reflects...

I have a policy no aps - 299598-c, pao 829 matured on 23 may 2019. All the original document and original bond to handover to shillong general post office on 16 sep 2019. But no any response till date. When i deposit the document they say after 20 days your payment done. And they advice me open new account in post office so i already open account. Please help me...
