pli login problem - error invalid customer id and password

Hi

Recently I registered with the post office and got my customer id and generated password however whenever I use my customer id and password it says "invalid customer id and password". This is for all of my 3 policy

I tried

1. Using forget password and create new password
2. i used forget customer id and got customer id just to verify its the right one
3. Using 3 laptops

    Sir/madam,

    We, mrs saraswathi and sharanya tandon, pli (Ea) policy holder with policy no.[protected], whenver try to login with my login credentials like customer id and password in pli customer portal, it always says -"invalid customer id/password". What is this?, i can't understand it. I am using correct credentials. Even after clicking the link for password verification which i receive in my email id post using the forget password option, i am unable to open login as again it says - "invalid customer id/password".

    Please look into the matter and enable me to login without getting such messages like - invalid password/customer id, because i am in my full consciousness using my credentials to login.

      Updation of pli policy

      Pli policy no - aps 1267382-l, ea-40, sum assured-500000, date of proposal 26 nov 2011. Premium paid upto oct 2019 through pao (Or) corps of signals jabalpur. My above policy has updated upto mar 2018 where as my policy premium has been paid upto oct 2019. So i am unable to revi ve my policy in civil post office. So i would request you to update my policy to enable me to proceed with future transaction. I would appreciate if you consider my request and take action as soon as possible.       As per reply received from APS, Premium for the month Dec-2011 & Jan-2012 was not received Hence further updation was not done. if you have salary slip for the said period, Kindly share the same on e-mail id: pli.[protected]@gmail.com, aps.[protected]@armypost.nic.in for updation of premiums.

      Sir I do not have thia time salary slip for the month Dec-2011 & Jan-2012.so can I paid online
      Hi I had done payment for November month premium amount in PLI on November 4 2019.
      This transaction had failed in PLI application and amount was debit from my account It has not been refunded till date.
      Kindly resolve this immediately.
      I have not available of salary slip this periode.so can I pay online

        Hello team,
        I have recieved my cust id and password reset link from post; i create my password using that link but whenever i tried to login with newly created password and id its saying invalid cust id or password.             My wife has PLI HP-78347-T, we get customer ID for online payment. When I we login with correct it shows invalid customer ID/password. whenever try to login with my login credentials like customer id and password in pli customer portal, it always says -"invalid customer id/password". I am using the correct credentials. Even after clicking the link for password verification which i receive in my email id post using the forget password option, i am unable to open login as again it says - "invalid customer id/password".
            Moreover, i discussed with my local agent he said my email id linked in our system, so he doesn't know what is the problem.
            However, i sent you the email regarding this matter with all my details, but i didn't get any reply from your side. So please take necessary action to rectify my login issue..

            Please help, what to do?

              My shelf rashmi thakur policy holder... (Wli) i had generated customer id for online payment of pli... Whenever i used to login customer portal with my customer id and password it show message invalid customer id and password though i had been using correct one.. Though i had reset my password once.. But same problem persists.. I am facing same issue again and several time please resloved it... As soon as possible...

                              सर मैंने पोस्टल लाइफ इन्सुरेंस की पालिसी ली है.जब मैं उसका प्रीमियम भरने के लिए पोस्ट ऑफिस मे जाता हु तो मुझे उसकी रिसीप्ट मिलती है. लेकिन मैं जब पालिसी का प्रीमियम का ऑनलाइन भुगतान करता हु तो मुझे किसी प्रकार की प्रीमियम भुगतान की रिसीप्ट नहीं मिलती है . पोस्टल लाइफ इन्सुरेंस की ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट पे जाके किये गए स्वयं की पालिसी के प्रीमियम के भुगतान की रिसीप्ट नहीं मिलती है ऑनलाइन किये गए भुगतान की रिसीप्ट मिलने के लिए मुझे क्या करना चाहये. कृपया सहायता करे

                              महोदय, यदि आप पोर्टल से पी.एल.आई. प्रीमियम जमा करते हो तो जमा रसीद आपकी ए-मेल पर भेजी जाती है यदि आप यह नहीं मिलती है तो आप पोस्ट ऑफिस में जाकर जमा रशीद प्राप्त कर सकते हो |
                              Sir i apply the loan aganist my pli no.APS[protected]L but no response . i also submitted the documents head post office Muzaffarpur before 20 days and i asked the post office adviser for 10 days waiting but no receive any information plz tell my info

                                I been avid online user and paying pli premium is always a pain. The site never opens and i used multiple browsers like chrome, explorer... Why is it always so poor and inefficient?

                                This leads to delay in paying premiums and hence issue for customers who cant visit post offices on usual working hours.

                                Please resolve. Specially when we're moving towards 100% digital enabled environment, these hiccups reflects very poor image.

                                    I have tried to log-in in the online portal using my id & password many times and every time it shows an error of customer id/password invalid.

                                    Also i have used forgot password option and has reset my password 5 times using the links received on my email still i am not able to log-in in my account, everytime same error is shown as "customer id and password is invalid".
