Sir/madam,
I, monisha, pli policyholder with policy no.[protected], whenever try to login with my login credentials like customer id and password in pli customer portal, it always says -"invalid customer id/password". I am using the correct credentials. Even after clicking the link for password verification which i receive in my email id post using the forget password option, i am unable to open login as again it says - "invalid customer id/password".
Moreover, i discussed with my local agent he said my email id linked in our system, so he doesn't know what is the problem.
However, i sent you the email regarding this matter with all my details, but i didn't get any reply from your side. So please take necessary action to rectify my login issue..

Postal Life Insurance [PLI] Customer Care's response Kindly follow the process of forget password.
This transaction had failed in PLI application and amount was debit from my account It has not been refunded till date.
Kindly resolve this immediately.
