unable to login

Sir/madam,

I, sheetanshu saxena, whenever try to login with my correct credentials on your pli. Indiapost.gov.in website, it always show "invalid customer id/password". I have changed my password 3 times and still no luck. Whenever i try to use my old password as new password, it recognizes it as my old password and does not allow that password to be used, thereby, clearly showing atleast my password works.

unable to pay premium

Sir, i am holding pli policy number[protected] cust id 69323338. After login it is showing the no policy found. I am shocked to know the news like this. Kindly do the needful action immediately, so that i can pay my premium online. If, i could not pay my premium for the month of august 2019. I should not be held responsible for the policy lapse. Maine september mahine ka premium online payment kiya payment to ho gya lekin receipt mein koi receipt no. Nahi mila uske baad se galat password dalne ke karan mera account block hai fir maine naya password banaya uske baad jab account open karta hoon koi detail show nahi karta, mera aapse anurodh hai ki is samasya ka jald se jald nivaran karen aur mujhe koi paresani na ho online premium payment karne mein

pending status of online payment for this month pli

maturity amount of pli not received after 90 days.

My plipolicy, mh-346153-uc of sum200000/- havebeen matured on 31/05/19. Certificate&cailm form submitted on same datechurcha so (497339). After 45 days a bondform received fromambikapur ho (497001). That also submitted within 3days. Today 01/09/19 but till, i have not received amount. Ihave contact both post office &they are blaming each other. Indian post say maturity amount be given within 15days. So how we can keep faith on indian post....

I have paid rs. 1610/- towards premium of my pli policy online on 01/09/2019 for the period of 1/9/2019 to 30/9/2019. The payment was successful but the payment receipt generated has no receipt number. Furthermore online pli payment system shows that the payment for same duration is still unpaid.

application for duplicate premium receipt book

I have pli policy no. Wb-303443-uc. The premium receipt book has been completely damaged and dilapidated due to drench in water and as a result got so mutilated that leaving no other way but replacing by a duplicate one.
