I have tried to log-in in the online portal using my id & password many times and every time it shows an error of customer id/password invalid.

Also i have used forgot password option and has reset my password 5 times using the links received on my email still i am not able to log-in in my account, everytime same error is shown as "customer id and password is invalid".
Kindly solve this error asap.

    Sir this second time for complaint
    I have a policy no aps - 299598-c, pao 829 matured on 23 may 2019. All the original document and original bond to handover to shillong general post office on 16 sep 2019. But no any response till date. When i deposit the document they say after 20 days your payment done. And they advice me open new account in post office so i already open account. Please help me

        Sir/madam,

        I, webster vas, pli policy holder with policy no.[aps[protected]a], whenver trying to login with my login credentials like customer id and password in pli customer portal, it always says -"invalid customer id/password". What is this?, i can't understand it. I am using correct credentials. Even after clicking the link for password verification which i receive in my email id post using the forget password option, i am unable to open login as again it says - "invalid customer id/password".

        Please look into the matter and enable me to login without getting such messages like - invalid password/customer id, because i am in my full consciousness using my credentials to login.

        Please resolve it as soon as possible

          Maine september mahine ka premium online payment kiya aur payment success bhi ho gya lekin abhi tak online par ek hi transaction show kar raha hai jabki online payment karne par hamesha do entries show karte hain jo ki ab tak dekhne ko mila hai lekin kuchh mahino se jab bhi online payment karta hoon to ek hi entry show karta hai jab ki do entries show karna chahiye, ek payment receive ki aur doosri payment submit ki iske liye mujhe bar bar complain karna padta hai

              Sir/madam,

              I, sheetanshu saxena, whenever try to login with my correct credentials on your pli. Indiapost.gov.in website, it always show "invalid customer id/password". I have changed my password 3 times and still no luck. Whenever i try to use my old password as new password, it recognizes it as my old password and does not allow that password to be used, thereby, clearly showing atleast my password works.

              Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  Sir, i am holding pli policy number[protected] cust id 69323338. After login it is showing the no policy found. I am shocked to know the news like this. Kindly do the needful action immediately, so that i can pay my premium online. If, i could not pay my premium for the month of august 2019. I should not be held responsible for the policy lapse.                   same problem here. "No Policies Found" after logging in. It's like all the data is wiped clean. Probably some kind of technical issue.
                  I am unable to pay my PLI payment through online mode since 22/09/19 and I called to the customer support toll-free number but didn't receive the call.

                    Maine september mahine ka premium online payment kiya payment to ho gya lekin receipt mein koi receipt no. Nahi mila uske baad se galat password dalne ke karan mera account block hai fir maine naya password banaya uske baad jab account open karta hoon koi detail show nahi karta, mera aapse anurodh hai ki is samasya ka jald se jald nivaran karen aur mujhe koi paresani na ho online premium payment karne mein

                        I have submitted duly filled up form 4 times in burdwan head post office for linking email i'd ([protected]@gmail.com) and mobile phone number ([protected]) with my policy (Wb-183978-cs). But still after 8 months linking not done yet. I have also provided aadhar card photo copy with my application as well. My aadhar number is[protected]. I have also given my rpli number for linking email and mobile no. Rpli policy number-r-wb-sb-ea-185496. I am trying to link email i'd and mobile no to generate customer i'd for online payment of policy. Please take initiative in this regard and link email i'd and mobile number to my policy and oblige.

                            My policy no is[protected] and customer id is 64851776, i paid pli premium online by debit card for the month of september, 2019 on 03/09/2019 but still in the payment history chart, it is showing as "status id 99, status pending and receipt no. Is na for my that payment in one raw of two.

                            Kindly resolve this issue asap. If it is not getting paid then please let me know when can i get my money back in my account and let me know that is it safe way to pay pli premium online?

                              Sir. मेरे sbi डेबिट कार्ड 559××3271 के द्वारा for a parchase worth of rs 1160/- on pos [protected] at india post txn#306706 & transaction id or[protected] दिनांक-22/8/19 असफल थी।जिसको की दिनांक -29/8/19 को संसद मार्ग प्रधान डाक घर द्वारा रिफण्ड कर दिया गया है, लेकिन यह राशि rs 1160/- अभी तक मेरे एकाउंट में क्रेडिट नहीं हुई है। plz immediately help me.

                                1. I, no 358343a hav/orl rajesh singh of assam rifles. Sir i have a policy no aps - 299598-c, pao 829 matured on 23 may 2019. Photocopy of bond and application submitted to shillong g. P. O post office, east khasi hills, meghalaya on apr 2019.

                                2 now when i contact with post office, they say your file is not yet recd from delhi. Then i spoke to delhi pli section tele no. [protected]. They appraised me that my policy is not updated because the schedule of sep 2007, sep 2008 and jan 2009 to feb 2010 are not submitted.

                                3. Sir, i have submitted all the schedule of my policy and bond form with that application. Sir please update my policy and expedite the required documents needed for my early payment. Photocopy of bond form and schedule is att for your ready ref please.

                                  नियम और शर्तों के अनुसार मेरी पॉलिसी 13 जूलाई 2019 को परिपक्व हो गई। policy no-aps[protected] l । मूल दस्तावेज भेजने के बाद कोई जवाब नहीं भेजा गया है और अभी तक कोई भुगतान नहीं किया गया है। जब किसी से संपर्क करने की कोशिश की गई तो कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं देता। अधिकांश समय कोई भी टेलीफोन पर उपस्थित नहीं होता है। बीमा की मूल कापी को हमने पी एल आई सेल बक्सर बिहार मे 15 जूलाई 2019 को जमा किया गया।
                                  अतः आप से विनम्र निवेदन है कि आप हमारी पॉलिसी कि प्रकिया की जानकारी प्रदान करे।

                                      My plipolicy, mh-346153-uc of sum200000/- havebeen matured on 31/05/19. Certificate&cailm form submitted on same datechurcha so (497339). After 45 days a bondform received fromambikapur ho (497001). That also submitted within 3days. Today 01/09/19 but till, i have not received amount. Ihave contact both post office &they are blaming each other. Indian post say maturity amount be given within 15days. So how we can keep faith on indian post. I am requesting to take necessary action against faulty staff.

                                        I have paid rs. 1610/- towards premium of my pli policy online on 01/09/2019 for the period of 1/9/2019 to 30/9/2019. The payment was successful but the payment receipt generated has no receipt number. Furthermore online pli payment system shows that the payment for same duration is still unpaid.
