I have two pli policies on my name. When i put a letter to the local head post office, proddatur, y. S. R. Kadapa district, for registering my mobile number and email id for getting online payment facility those people completely shown the negligence and send a letter to me regarding address change.

When i talked with local post master regarding the issue, he expressed his helpless ness i. E., v. V. Reddy nagar post office-516312

My policy numbers are: 1. Ap-ys-148104-cs, 2. Ap-96839-cs

But at first it show pending and i pay again but amount deducted both time and not refunded till today 4-7-2019. So you are requested to check and refund it in my saving account attached to atm as possible as.

      I have been paid 2 months premium online by debit card and 3 days gone my payment not success, its showing pending.
      Kindly solve my problem. If it will not success kindly intimate me i will pay it again or pay by post office counter. If it will not pay kindly refund my amount in my concernd saving account.

        Yesterday i have paid my premium amount of my pli account 69258266 through my debit card. My payment is successful and it has deducted the amount from my card. Due to network problem i am unable to download the receipt of my premium. Now there is no option for payment receipt download. A receipt may have been generated. How to download the receipt after it. How can i have the receipt?

        Please help me to get it.

          I Ushari kunche have paid the premium of postal life insurance for Rs 2168 of policy no. 2501409 for the month 01.06.2019 to 30.06.2019 through online by card payment today i.e on 30.04.2019 and it shown a message that the transaction got failed, but the money was deducted from my bank account.please rectify as soon as possible and refund my money.thank you

          I serving in army.. I'm paying Pli insurance from my enrollment in army. I lost Pli bonds and related docs. I need to know the procedure to get duplicate bond. Pls reply m as soon as possible.

              As per system your loan request has been indexed on 22.06.2019 and it is under process. the loan amount will be disbursed very soon.
              My PLI policy No. KL-29736-CC was matured in April 2019.
              documents are submitted to the HPO Taliparamba and they sent it to circle office Kerala. The delay is with them.
              The amount was not yet released. Kindly look into the matter.

                I no 2613687x nk mohish cv is a serving soldier of 7madras. My pli policy aps 948958 l is matured in 26/03/2019 & i submitted all related documents to saugor head post office mp 470001. The staff of pli said that my policy is not updated from 30/11/2017, so i can't get the money and also i requested the staff to update the policy but they have no authority to update (They said).
                Whole premium deduct from my salary account upto feb 2019 as per my payslip.
                I humble request you to update my policy & send my original documents to saugor head post office mp 470001.

                As per reply received from APS, 6 months premium for the month of March to May 2009 & Sept to Nov 2009 have not been received in APS. If you have any proof for payment of above said months, send to this office. Premium for any month is being deducted in advance in previous month salary respectively. Hence you may provide pay slip for the month of Feb to May 2009 & August to Nov 2009 or you may provide Disbursing officer certificate for the same. all remaining premium has been updated in system and now as per system your premium is updated upto 08/2018. if you agree above mentioned non deduction of premiums you may apply in post office for maturity claim.

                    My mother kamla devi w/o Late sh.dalip Singh vpo Gajuwala the.Tohana dist Fatehabad had PLI Plan at uklana mandi post office.she expired on 27th april 2013. I am the lonely heir or nominee to receive maturity amount.Sorry to say that I have no documents in this regard. I have not been approached by any agency so far pl.guide and help.

                      With reference to policy no.PB-146973-B, I have availed loan of Rs.100, 000/- which was fully paid off and also I have submitted the documents and request letter for the discharge of policy bond on 07th May, 2019. I am trying making contact with branch people but getting no response.

                        I Raghuveer Singh have made a policy with PLI at Tekanpur (Gwaliar) branch, MP in the year 2004 an amount of Rs. One Lacs for duration of 20 years and Rs. 395/- (PLI-MP-85587-CC) is being auto deducted from my monthly salary. Policy bond or other documents have not been received by me so far. therefore, it is requested to issue policy bond and other documents to me as soon as possible.

                          Sir, my PLI policy no is APS[protected]L and my mature date was on 18 mar 2019, i have already deposited my policy to Shillong GPO, soso tham Road, police bazaar, meghalay, pin-793001 on 18 mar 19, they told me that your policy is under process since 3 months .kindly take proper action to give my mature amount, its too late and also money is necessary for me.pls give me replay on my complain and i have also complained to public governance .

                                    I have given two pli policy for surrendering on 30042019 at belgaum head post office for emergency requirement of fund still today i have not received any communication from said office. I am not able to visit branch for the same purpose because i am also branch head of one psu financial institute.
                                    Kindly help me in this regard to receive the fund early as much as possible.

                                      I deposited my premium up to mar 2019 in 1761 fpo wef apr 2018 to mar 2019 but your office update my policy up to feb 2018 which is not understood. Request up date my policy at the earliest so that i deposit my further premium i sent you details letter by registered post letter on 26 apr 201, but no reply received till date.
