non clearance of pli maturity amount for last one year-

Sir, i am s kuppusamy, office supdt. As a central govt employee working in indian navy ins kattabomman vijayanarayanam tirunelveli 627 119. My pli no. 178160-cc assured rs. One lakh. Premium deducted through our regular pay bill. Policy matured on 12 mar 2018. Till date my maturity amount has not been received. Repeated reminders sent to concerned department but no reply received. Please take necessary action to settled my matured policy....

loan in pli

I paid my premium through online mode on 28.2.2019 for 3 month from 01/12/2018 to 28/02/2019 of amount 7047/- with reciept no[protected] and transaction number or[protected]. But it showed error first so i tried with another atm and again paid premium online for same period. Sir, i have a death claim request for the pli policy kl-84700-cc. We have contacted the pli office many times but they aren't giving any positive responses. As enquired in the pli office, we are informed that it is pending at ernakulam cpc due to non updation of certain credits. We need this to be updated as early as possible (Upto november 2017) as it is pending for more than 1 year. Request your response at the earliest....

not able to generate my customer id

My policy no 2307397 i have taken policy from magadi post office (Channaptna ho) i have approched magadi po for the same issue but they said to call cm care no
But it is always busy and i went rajajinagar pli office for trf of my policy from magadi po to rajajinagar po but the response is so poor that they are not even ready to hear my query they said it is claimable from there also
I need tranfer from channapatna ho to rajajinagar...

Sir i am serving soldier and i'm surrender my pli policy number aps[protected]l on 4th september 2018 at dimapur main post office and they are further forward to the director of postal service nagaland division kohima for making payment while i'm posted near by dimapur (Nagaland) and now i'm posted out from nagaland to remote area of chandel district (Manipu).

premium not credited

I have made online payment of my pli (Policy no 1669920; name - rahul saikia) premium on 02/02/2019 through pli customer portal and the transaction was successful but the online generated receipt does have any receipt no. And the premium amount is not credited to my pli account and shows the premium for the month of feb 2019 as unpaid. The toll free no. [protected] also shows no response....
