सर मेरा पीएलआई नंबर ए पी एस 62 9209 एल है मैंने इसको सरेंडर करवाने के लिए सेना डाक भवन दिल्ली पीएलआई सेल भेजा 4 महीने हो गए कोई जवाब नहीं आया मैं दो बार दिल्ली जाकर आया लेकिन कोई रिस्पांस नहीं मिला मेरे को नंबर उपलब्ध करवाएं उन पर कोई कॉल अटेंड नहीं करता मेरा डॉक्यूमेंट विद बॉन्ड 2 जनवरी को सिलेंडर सेल में पहुंच गए थे जो मेरे को दिल्ली जाने के बाद पता चला अभी आप से रिक्वेस्ट है सर मेरी पीएलआई सरेंडर करवा कर मुझे भुगतान प्रदान करें

On 7 april2019 i paid Rs. 17455 online in mobile app, for new pli suvidha plan and policy number displayed is P-CWA[protected], But it shows in proposal status report that proposal is not submitted and no message for amount paid and no email to my email, prequesting to resolve this problem immediately

    Today my wife visit to manjalpur post office 390011 vadodara gujarat, the concered clerk and post master has refused to received cheque for pli premium and advised my wife that u can go to the gpo. But gpo is 6 kilometer from my house. So, i told my wife please call gpo post office. After that gpo person talked with the post master then he has collected the cheque and my policy book and told come after some days. If my policy is lost then who is the responsible. This problem faced i have found many times. Last time gpo has deducted the 13 months premium instead of 12 months. So, i think they are not aware about the computer and software provided by you.

    Enclosed herewith the photo of notice is valid or not. Why authority has not signed

      I have paid premium of two months march 2019 and april 2019 on 3/4/2019 12:30 pm
      Amount was : 5776

      There was error while online transaction so i repeated transaction again for three times.
      After 10 minutes i got a message from bank that amount was debited three times from my bank account for the one premium (I. E: 5776+5776+5776)

      Kindly look into this matter and do needful

        Taken policy in the month of nov'12. Up to dec'18 the subject policy amount was paid through ecs from my savings account. From jan'19 premium amount has not gone to the pli. At the time taking the policy it was told in case premium amount has not gone from bank it can be paid at nearby post office. When approached nearby rajajinagar post office, bangalore they refused take the premium amount. Pl guide how and where to pay the premium amount.

        Excess amount has been deposited to PLI insurance from may 2016 to august 2016 of policy number JH-84472UC, date-04.05.09, premium Rs.2430 per month.
        Even after several reminders to the senior post master(spm) of Asansol on 23.02.18, he is neither taking any action nor responding.

            It is really a matter of great concern that the service of post office life insurance is pathetic. I am facing password reset problem since feb-2019. I have written so many mail to [protected]@gmail.com and also called to their number [protected]/[protected]. But my problem is as it was. I have also talk to mr nitesh so may times but every time got the response now try problem is resolved. But all fails while reset password online i am not getting password reset link and sometime if they use to send me manually, its showing error your account is locked.

            I have got the complaint ticket id tkt5814694, most of the times no one is picking up phone. Please help me my policy no is[protected] and mobile no [protected]/[protected]

              I am holding pli policy no, aps-cp-45-l the maturity date of policy was 05 oct 2018. I had deposited my original policy bond with application in head post office, krishnagiri-635 001 tamil nadu on 03 oct 18. However till date i did not receive my maturity amount. I have made plenty of calls on mobile but no action is taken till date. I have send an application for the same on line also at e mail :[protected]@armypost. Nic.in.

              The head post office told me your documents has not yet been received form aps cell new delhi. You are kindly requeisted to send my all connected docus to my home head post office, krishnagiri for they processing my maturity claim.
              An early action is highly solicited.

                I had done payment for premium payment of rs 5750 today but after payment the screen hung up with a jdbc error and the amount was debited. I usually get a pdf receipt for the payment, which i couldnt get this time. There is no option in the site for downloading the receipt as pdf.

                    Dear sir, I am EX SGT PK SINGH a retired IAF personnel. i am policy holder of PLI APS[protected]A . I have been retired on 31 Dec 18. After my retirement i contacted civil post office for next premium fro Jan 19 onwards but they told me that my premium is showing up to Apr 18 only. Where as all installments has been debited by my salary account . So please update the same so that i can continue my policy. Thank you

                      Sir, i have a policy no. R-kl-hq-ewa-66647, its premium is 140 rp pm. I have no aware of this policy. The amount will get after death. So i convert this policy to ea 50 we'd july 2013.in the time of convertion of policy, i deposite the bond and the book to the concern office. After the convertion book send to my address but the bond not received yet. So you may pls send the bond for further use.

                            I have pli policy no aps-756645-a issued by pao 102 which due to mature in year 2028. Till now premium amount was debited from monthly salary by air force central accounts office new delhi. Now i have left the service and approched to civil post office dabua colony faridabad but they are asking to produce pass book.in fact i have only bond paper as no passbook was issued to me. However air force has issued certificate stating the period till the premium was paid. Now the agency who issued this bond (Army postal service) has been closed and transfered all such policy to civil post office online. Please clarify the ambuigty on where to depost the premium, who will issue pass book and how the maturity will be claimed. I want to deposit the premium in faridabad till maturity.

                                Sir, i have three policy which are aps[protected]a, aps[protected]a, aps[protected]a initially my wife name was shanta singh (D. O. B.-27 mar 1983) and same name is printed on policy but now i have changed the title of my wife and new name is shanta tanti (D. O. B.-27 mar 1983). Now i have applied for nominee name correction in policy and approched silchar head post office (Assam) then they told me that case file will come from aps department then only name correction will be done so i gave original policy paper with nominees name change application form and a department letter signed by commissioned officer of my department and handed over to silchar head post office on 23 jan19. And till today my work is not done they are saying case file has not come to them, i approched the aps to contact but they are not picking up my phone so i m unable to know about the case file updates. So u plz contact them and ask them to send case file quickly also ask the registry no. (If already sent case file) for my easy tracking.

                                    Hello! I have pli with customer id no 63535983. I paid my premium through online mode on 28.2.2019 for 3 month from 01/12/2018 to 28/02/2019 of amount 7047/- with reciept no[protected] and transaction number or[protected]. But it showed error first so i tried with another atm and again paid premium online for same period. This time also money where deducted and had acknowlegment with reciept no[protected] and different transaction no. Or[protected]. Please sir refund my money deducted as soon as possible in my bank account.

                                      Sir, i have a death claim request for the pli policy kl-84700-cc. We have contacted the pli office many times but they aren't giving any positive responses. As enquired in the pli office, we are informed that it is pending at ernakulam cpc due to non updation of certain credits. We need this to be updated as early as possible (Upto november 2017) as it is pending for more than 1 year. Request your response at the earliest.

                                        I, shiv baran singh, have done a policy (Aps-277488-l) during 2000. Now i have retired from army service with effect from 31 jan 2019 and i approach to head post office fatehpur for payment of premium. They have checked and observed that premium deposite through salary (Auto debit) has not been updated from apr 2018. But my policy premium deposting till dec 2018 through salary slip (Auto debit).
                                        It is requested to update my policy no aps-277488-l premium deposit accordingly and confirm through sms on my mobile no [protected].
