Sub : corection of name in bond as sanjay tewari not tiwari sajay

Dear sir,

I am working in iaf and i had purchased policy no aps_ 433672 but the original bond is reflecting my name as tiwari sajay which is wrongly spell as my name is sanjay tewari. I want to correct my name in original bond what i have to do for this i have contacted fpo srinagar but they are unable to give me any solution. Will this effect my final payment as premium is cutting from my salary.

    I have made online payment of my pli (Policy no 1669920; name - rahul saikia) premium on 02/02/2019 through pli customer portal and the transaction was successful but the online generated receipt does have any receipt no. And the premium amount is not credited to my pli account and shows the premium for the month of feb 2019 as unpaid. The toll free no. [protected] also shows no response.

      I have paid my pli premium through online payment. But not receiving my payment customer copy at the end of transaction or to my email.
      It will be helpful and easy to mange if i get my customer copy in mail email.

      How can i get my customer copy for my previous payments?

        Hello sir. I am mr mamang singsit an army personnel. I have 1 pli with premium rs 450/- wef 19 aug 2005 with dt of maturity 18 aug 2023. My policy no is aps-555557-l. After local discharged from army on imb grounds, i could no longer continue due to financial hardship, i have surrendered my pli by forwarding all required document alongwith policy letter in original vide letter no 14846334l/pers dt 10 jun 2018 and thereby reminders forwarded dt 28 aug 2018 and 09 nov 2018 with addressed to army postal life insurance pli cell new delhi pin 908716. However no response has been receive nor cheque recd or amount credicted till dt. Now i am facing acute financial hardship. I request you to choke out my problems or any further step / suggestion for early recd of payment is eagerly awaited.

          I have PLI policy account no bearing APS 703086 N..since jul 2006 amount of 515 has been deposited in pli account...upto 2021..today i have seen my mini statement which is reflecting from jan 17 amount of 515 has not been credited. However 515 of amount has been deducted...

          Pls update the same to avoid financial hardship

            I, sujoy das, surrendered my pli, wb-271522-uc, at asansol h. O., pin -713301, on 22/12/2018, but pli not paying my amount still now inspite of giving several complaints. Please do needful for early payment. They pay some fraction of my own paid value without any bonus, nothing from there pocket. But still they are not paying me the surrender value where approx. 40 days are over after submission of surrender request.

                As i have created the id for mu pli account for online payment of the premium. I paid my pli premium through online payment but i could not receive my pay slip. I have searched the account completely but i could not find paymet statement. Even not received on mail id.
                Kindly help me that how i can receive my pli premium payment slip.

                  I have submitted the form received by pli dept head office asansol for online payment for my policy no: wb-ys-134780-cc since one month. But till date it is not updated and hence i am not able to pay from dec 18 onwards hence i have to pay fine aginst policy. I have contacted the head post office asansol but could not get very good response in this regards. Pl take necesary action in this regards from your side so that i can pay online.

                    I have purchased insurance policy at post office, haibargaon-782002 on 12/09/2018 in the name of mrs. Kavita agarwal and deposited premium rs 80632.00, but till today i. E. 26/01/2019 i have not been given policy. I am surprised that does it take more than four months and policy not issued/no any communication when it will be issued and which post office will issue the policy? When i will get policy?

                      I am jasilraj t k holding pli[protected] with india post. My problem is i cant generate coustmer id for this policy and make online payment for same. While i try to generate customer id getting the message you will get your id on registered mail but dont. Registered mail is [protected]@gmail.com, mobile no is [protected] and sum assured is 500000 (Ea/45). Please do the needful to access online transaction.

                      And for your information i have another policy[protected] with customer id 61546866 which i can access online.

I am trying to contact concern person but they are not responding properly and they are not helping to get pass book again. So how i get again duplicate pass book.

                              Name sujith is, this policy matured in jul 2018 but the amount not credit to me till date,
                              Date of opening 02 jul 2010
                              Date of last premium jun 2018
                              Maturity date jul 2018.
                              I am already submit the bond to my nearest post office poothankulam pin-691302, and contact to head post office kollam. Ho kollam replayed to me, there is no credit certificate issued from pli cell delhi.

                                  A person had done pli in 1995 appointing his mother as nominee, as he was bachelor. However, later he had married, but didn't changed the nomination to his spouse. The insured and mother died in a car accident six months ago. The spouse obtained next to kin certificate from appropriate authority. But home p. O wants legal heir certificate. If the claimant obtains the same, she have to pay 10% as stamp duty. Poor spouse she lost everything and also not allowed to claim her stake. Is there any way to avoid that?

                                        I pay 4400/-rs. For my pli policy premium for period 1/1/2019 to 31/1/2019.in primium portal figure shows 4400/-rs. And paid portion shows 4303/-rs. Without gst. And also not shows receipt number. I paid pli premium many more times before but first time i have problem with this month primium paying.in bank messages amount of 4400/-rs. Pay to pli but receipt number is not displayed.
