Sir I have done my pli policy in Feb 2010 at AIRFORCE stn belgaun. But not receive my bond paper . As per my pay slip 1305 rupesse is deducted every month. But I have yet not receive policy number as well as any bond paper.I have also contact my nearest pli office but problem is not solved. So please send my bond paper on address mentioned bellow.

I had paid the premium of rs. 40282 dated 09/01/2019 for policy number pb-160567 for year 2019 through my debit card, but after successful payment, an error occurred and i couldn't receive the receipt for the payment. Now there is no option to download the acknowledgement receipt.

My policy number is mh-ar-ea-98475. I have taken a loan of rs.4, 100/-on january 2006 at po. Shirur (Patoda), dist. Beed, maharashtra. I have repaid the loan amount along with (Principle+interest) for rs.10, 274/- (4100+6174) on 29.09.2015 in po. Muppalla (Vkd), narsaraopet division, andhra pradhesh, rpli loan repayment receipt no: a 2 dated 29.09.2015 paid by cash. So far the loan account was not closed till date...

During the monthly premium payment through sbi atm card rs.7, 110/- fot the month of january-2019 on 04/01/2019 gst/sgst amount not including on online generated payment receipt as well as no any conformation of paymeny received from your office on my email address. Online payment received only rs. 6, 950/- has been received whereas rs. 7, 110/- has already been dedected on my sbi account on 04/01/2019. My pli details is as under.

I had paid my first premium of pli policy on 26.03.2018. Post office communicated me that my policy will be issued shortly. I paid 2nd, 3rd... Premium installment consecutively but my police not received till month of sept 2018. I inquired in local post office (From where i started policy) regarding policy certificate they told me that it will be issued shortly. I got policy certificate in september 2018 after getting it...

I was submitted my pli bond with all concern document after maturity of pli on 05 aug 2018. The same amount not credited in my account that time. Please suitable reply me. My policy no :- aps626217l and maturity date 30 jun 2018. I am serving in remote area of country in himachal pradesh. Postal department not pickup my call. Please help me regarding this....

But i don't receive correct bond tell date.
Now i send all documents to you please help for this issue and send my correct bond.

1. I, no 5456321m ex-hav patil mohan pandurang (Records 58 gr) retired from army on 01 may 2018. My pli policy no aps-605870l has been matured on 08 nov 2018.

2. I have already submitted my original pli policy alongwith all requisite documents to pli cell. However, my maturity benefit has not been credited my account till date.

I am padam singh rana from service iaf. I had invested money in aps pli with proposal acceptance no 155042 dated 16 jul1991 during my training period at cti bangalore. I received on proposal acceptance letter. Since 1991 premium of rs 59/- deducted from my salary till i retired 31 mar 2011. 1. I am serving in indian army and i have a pli policy (Aps-406237-l) with army post office since 07 nov 2011.
2. Now the policy has been matured on 06 nov 2018 and the maturiy amount has been claimed through head post office, siliguri, pin-734001 on 10 nov 2018.
3. But there is a problem for claiming the maturity amount due to non updation of policy since feb 2018.

Till date, the system of ecs in respect of pli yet not found possible in my home branch "sachibalaya" branch, assam secretariat, dispur. This inconvenience compel the customer of pli to make a big quo in the post office in this digital era.

Further, while going for creation of customer id by registering my account under the pli customer login section, it shows error....

I am rajesh kumar m, an ex servicemen retired from indian army (Artillery) retired on 31.05.2017 residing at kerala. My 2 x pli policies aps 579987-l and aps 610813l has already forwarded to addl dte gen aps (Pli cell) on 25.10.2018 (Ref 1) along with all concern documents ie. Policy bond, premium book, crossed cheque and willingness certificate (All documents are in original) for surrender due to financial hardship, through 613 fpo military...

I tried to pay the premium for the month of November using PLI customer portal by SBI debit card. Transaction was unsuccessful but the premium amount of Rs. 1975.00 was debited from my account. The POST Txn#[protected] dated, 30.11.2018. I have waited so far without making any complaint thinking that the debited amount would be refunded automatically but it has not been so.

Therefore, I request for refund of the amount debited...

I applied to register both policies online..
One policy with no.208777 registered for online payment.. Another was not.. I request you to policy ap-330408-cs register for online payment..
