Prasanna Travels — Unethical Behavior

The bus earlier than it was meant to. As expected the conductor had sold my seat to someone else. I still managed to catch the bus 1km ahead of the stop. The conductor (ill-mannered and crude) did assure me that I would get my own seat back in 30 minutes which never happened.

My Parcel Is Book on Dt.[protected], Your GRN No Is 548, then i call bus driver they says i reached in akola, and very rudely language speak to me..
