I had placed order[protected] days ago. Customer care refuses to help after 6 calls and 2 emails. I'm filing dispute with my credit card company. Most horrible company to work with ever. Even a local printer can publish a calendar for which these cheats have taken so long. Pathetic experience with a company that makes tall claims and delivers nothing.

This is a shameful company that only wants to take your money and not deliver your products. I had placed Order[protected] days ago and the order has still not been shipped despite having the ship date of Dec 11th. I have called their incompetent customer care more than 7 times and have sent them numerous emails. Their customer care reps keep repeating the same story "your product will ship tonight". This morning when I called for an nth time, they said that their Supervisor, Dilip and Kamal will call me and they also have not called me back.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I will beg others to avoid this company like plague. I have already filed a DISPUTE with my credit card company.

    I had order a card holder from print venue for rs 249. My order number is[protected], i have received a damage product. My ticket number is 357260. I had already mailed several times but there is no such response from their end. After speaking to one of the customer care executive i get to know that i will be getting only 100 rs that too my print venue account, the quality of products is also very cheap, so i don't want to use print venue any futher so i asked them to refund my money to my bank account through which the payment was done.. But since 10 days they are just taking time.. And nothing has been done.. Plz help

      As i purchase business card on printvenue.com on 9 october 2017 by order no.[protected] and they give me date of dispatch: 12 oct - 15 oct '17
      But till date i cant receive product. Today morning i receive an email from them that they dispatch today by delhivery.com. Its too late and i am already pay the payment by transaction id[protected] by my debit card.

        Sir, i want to draw your attention towards on of the issues which a common people are facing on the name of online customized gift options which printvenue is running. I have ordered one customized wooden plague which was suppose to be delivered within a week in same city but actually got delivered around month after constant follow up. When i asked where is the delay, they told me to provide good quality product we are reprinting it. N when they delivered the product it was of pathetic quality. This gift i was suppose to give on my cousin's wedding. Now when i am claiming for refund they are simply denying it aftdr saying u have booked same order though there is no option of print preview before placing order. How will i come to know that what quality they will provide. Kindly take strict action against the company as they are making fool of people. I have heard other cases also after my experience

          My card holder has arrived at my destination about 4 to 5 days ago and since then i'm making contacts each & everyday with the courier partner namely 'delhivery', but i didn't get any solution so that i can get my product.
          Now what i'll think about the printvenue & their 3rd class courier partner,,, plz give me feedback whether i'll get my product or it will be cheated.

            With utter disgust, i have to write this mail to the most trusted customised gift centre.. Since the receiver received the order today, i was ashamed that i ordered it from print venue. The customised photo was not there in the photo frame which was the most disgusting part. Moreover when i called the customer care executives, they were not even educated enough to understand my concern. Secondly they started mentioning that the photo is not supposed to be printed. Now my concern is when i am customizing it from print venue, obviously i need the photo in the frame, otherwise i can just order it from a random site. Moreover i was asked to upload the photo during placing the order. And was clearly mentioned that changes cannot be made. Check out the screenshots.
            And the frame received doesn't have a place to insert the same..in either case, i want to return the product since it is of no use and was the site totally misguided me and harassed me.

            Had a conversation with some uneducated floor supervisor, vivek kumar who wasn't educated enough to even talk to customers. And if you are not educated enough then it is also clearly mentioned in the site that customer have to upload a high quality photo which needs to be engraved. Check screenshots which i have highlighted if you are not well educated and less fluent in english. And if you are not a fraud company named printvenue why dont you have the guts to call your customers?

              This order was delivered on 22/09/2017. Since then i have been compalining about the product to the website that the cover was too dirty and the cushion was completely crushed and could not be used any further. I had asked for the replacement or the return of the same but everytime there response is that nothing can be done now and no action has been taken yet by them. I have even shared the screenshots of the same to the customer care service but action has been taken. There are brown stains on the cover and in some parts the cloth is so ruff as if it was used.
              Kindly help regarding the same as it is really disappointing to buy a product and once they sell it they dont even care to resolve the issues.

                The business cards that i have received don't have the quality that print venue is showing on the website.
                1 the color is not even close to the pure black that i sent on the pdf. It has small scratches and poor quality.
                2 round corners has been done with some kind of metallic drill (Obviously no the proper way). They are irregular and full of scratches.
                3 the boxes are big for the space on the bigger brown box and most of the sides of the packages has been damaged.
                4 check the matte laminated in the pictures.
                Worst experience ever in more than 15 years as a graphic designer

                  This company printvenue.com is a total fraud. I had ordered a customized cushion from this website. The product when delivered was damaged. I have contacting the company from so many days. The product costed me 634 rupees. Neither they have refunded nor have they replaced the product. Moreover the cushion they sent with the cover was more pathetic. Instead they are telling me to stich it myself as the cushion cover i recieved was torn. Please i want some action to be taken against this issue. Exploitation of the customer has to end.

                    I have received 14 t-shirts and was very disappointed to see all the t-shirts are extra-large from the given measurements.

                    For example i wear xl t-shirts of all brands like. Ucb, wrangler, puma, uspa & superdry etc. But your puma t-shirt of mine in xl is so loose fit that gives a feel of xxl. All my friends are very upset and i had to do an extra work for altering all t-shirts according to the size. You will agree that after adjustment of the size the t-shirt will not remain as good as stitched by brand!

                    It’s very sad and i am not going to recommend anyone for printvenue ever for sure.

                      I have ordered a magic mug with order no.[protected] on 8th june and which was showing expeted delery date within 3-6 working days but today is 16th june and my product is not deleverd yett plzz resolve my problem as early as possible...                         I ordered a customised office shirt with office logo. Order Number[protected]
                        Order Date March 23, 2017. I received the shirt with a different font logo. I inforemed printvenue about it. But they denied by saying its the same as i ordered. One can clearly see the difference between what i ordered and what i received.

                          THESE ARE FRAUDSTERS!!!
                          I HAVE ORDERED BUSINESS CARD WITH 500 QUANTITY. THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS RS 1225.
                          THEP PRODUCT IS DELIVERED!
                          As i am opening the product i shocked that the product is totally different from which i have customised.
                          Then i called customer care and raised complaint regarding my issue. Then i have sent pictures of the delivered product. I got an ticket and got an reply by mail from these people that THE DELIVERED PRODUCT IS SAME AS YOU HAVE ORDERED...
                          THAT MEANS THE CUSTOMERS ARE FOOL !!!
                          RIGHT
                          BUT I WILL NOT STOP HERE I AM GOING FOR TAKE AN LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THESE FRAUDSTERS AND AM GOING TO SHARE MY ISSUE WITH ALL SOCIAL MEDIA...

                            Regarding Order-Id[protected], I ordered 3 keyrings, one of them has a manufacturing defect, see the pic attached. Printvenue customer care is not accepting their mistake and they are not ready to refund or replace. Their customer support services on mail and phone are pathetic and they ignoring all the images/snapshots that I have shared so far, they are deliberately saying that they don't see any issues in the image, however it is very clear from image attached that the metal has lot of corrosion and scaling spots.

                              I book photo print notebook (Order No.[protected] on 5/2/17. as per there policy they should dispatched this product within 4 days. but today is 12/2/17 & there site still showing " order under processing". i called there customer care but after repeatedly calling & waiting for 15 min on hold i was not get connected to executive. Than i wrote a mail (2 days before) to their mail "[protected]@printvenue.com", but still not get any reply.
                              It looks like a fraud company, just taking money of customer and having no sense of responsibility.

                              I advice to all that dont go for this company...

                                Ordered 200 nos calenders on them worth 46 thousand rupees. even after telling their Mr. pranav to be very careful about the packing they delivered the goods through some unknown courier wrapped in hessain bags- Received goods in wet condition- totally distorted and with spiral all damaged.

                                  I have made an order, coupon code was not applied. Now if I call customer care, they are not responding well. They are not cancelling my item and not applying coupon code. I have called them immediately after placing order. Cancellation policy is complete humbug. They say we can cancel within 1 hour, but I called immediately and they said that it is already processed.

                                    These people are big time thugs.. Ordered for two phone back covers but all I could get is long waiting without any information for delay..On inquiring from their useless coustmer support ..It was told that quality team has not approved d product..So again gone for printing..Till now after 15 days ..No high quality product I have received...while ordering I got the message that I will be receiving my product in 3-6 working days..when I ask for cancellation of product ...They refuse saying there is no such policy... That's why they r THUGS...BEWARE...BIG WASTE OF MONEY N TIME..

                                      I ordered a phone back cover for Mi4i and made payment for the same, but in the end t said the ordered is cancelled automatically. So I placed another order for it. I wrote mail informing them that money has been deducted twice. They just told me there is one order which is being processed, so I asked for refund since money got deducted twice. Then they told me there are two orders and they cannot process cancellation, saying that if you could have told us earlier.
                                      First of all I wrote the mail for the same and second thing your customer service is closed on weekends so have to write mail.
                                      Now when I called on Monday one of your executive told me its my mistake that placed duplicate orders and nothing can be done and moreover disconnected the call when I asked to connect to senior person.
                                      and when I called again the further senior manager is also saying that its my mistake that I placed duplicate orders.
                                      What nonsense is this?

                                        I purchased 10 magic photo mug and returned for bed printing .so I repeated coplain to seller for good quality photo mug or return my money. But due to my repeated request the seller or customer service no body can help to me. Since 5 month have gone. I return all mug to Guru gaon Haryana, Udyag vihar.
