Hi,
I had ordered a wooden name plate but there is no tracking available on the website .It is my parents anniversary and I want to gift them the nameplate but it's already 7 days and there is no message of shipment even .There is no tracking ID as well so that I can track from Maruti services .The user interface is really not worth ordering and after a prepaid order is made, the first thing you should do is attend the customers issue.

    PrintVenue is a cheap company. Don't pay attention on customer satisfaction. Make people fool by telling them processes. A visiting card sample takes complete one month to reach you. Don't buy anything from them. They don't have time even after you complain or raised a query.

      They are not shipping my prepaid order and it seems like a fraud company. It's been around 20 days. Every time i call customer care they said wait for 2 days or 1 day... I ordered on 4 april but today its 21april... Till today i didnt get my order... From last 10 days m contacting customer care they said thursdy u will receive ur order... But today is sunday till date i didnt get my order

        I had ordered an engraved pen from print venue. My order status remained same for 20 days. After that i get a mail stating that they don't have the model i ordered and asked me to order a different one. I did that also but still my order has not been processed. Its 26 days since i placed the order.

          1. Feb-01-2019 : Ordered Diary-Tricolor
          2. Feb-07-2019 : Since Diary is not delivered on Feb-07-2019 as committed raised complaint at Printvenue customer care twice - though they are not providing any complaint number
          3. Feb-08-2019 : Got a call from Printvenue Customer care executive on Feb-08-2019 requesting to move on to Tricolor instead of Tricolor as they have issue with Vendor. I've accepted the same as it happens once in a while but intimating me at the final moment (was expecting delivery on Feb[protected] and after raising two complaints is very bad.
          4. Feb-14-2019 : Raised complaint again to Printvenue support team as there was no update on my Diary which was committed to be delivered quick if I change to limegreen.
          5. Feb-15-2019 : Got a call from Printvenue Customer care to go for an alternative or to cancel the order -- Me not interested on either selecting an alternative or cancelling my order. I would like to have my Diary either Tricolor or Limegreen to be delivered.

            I have ordered a personalised calendar on 04.12.2018 and since then it has been 9days and the product has not yet delivered. It is lying on the India Post office from last 3days and still not been delivered. There is no status displayed after the dispatch of the product and moreover, I am not able to contact the delivery service executive.

            Very poor delivery service!

            Highly disappointed!

              I have ordered a parker pen for which the payment is made but did not receive any notification from printvenue for the order nor i received the ordercode. Without the ordercode how will i track my order. Please respond to this issue.

              I could see in the message i recived from bank says that i have spent at printvenue9815. Let me know what does this code mean.

              If my product cant be delivered please refund the amount back.

                Hi ordered this order #[protected] on 10.11.2018 and it was supposed to be shipped by 16.11. 2018 but when I didn't receive confirmation about its shipping I contacted customer service on phone and I was assured that it will be shipped within 24 hours but it wasn't. On 19th November I placed cancellation request via email as it hadn't shipped till then. On 20th I again contacted customer care on phn to cancel order and he said the order will be cancelled. But till now I haven't received confirmation regarding the refund of that order

                  Kindly dont buy the products in print venue. The worst ever site i have seen. The customer caremembers are so irrespnsible and not taking our complaints.. The cushion which i received is like a paper.. And the print is in worst condition.. Not even able to identify the faces... They are not changing or refunding the money of the product.

                  The photos are in very worst condition.. Very much disappointed..

                    My order no :[protected] i placed this order on 1st of november 2018 for diwali festival occasion to my friend today is 10 of november 2018 still my order not received yet and my sentiment hurt by your team.

                    On 6 th of november delivery boy called and some miscommunication happened regarding the sender address, so my friend refused to received it because the delivery boy told parcel came from haryana and not took my name debesh sahoo.

                    After that i regularly called 3 times every day to ecom express +[protected], in morning they told me order is out of delivery and today it will be done & in evening another excuse that your order is canceled by you or print venue and promised me that, we surely delivered it tomorrow. Still not delivered. And they update in system customer refused to accept. This is a wrong information.

                    From yesterday i also spoke with your custer care representative (Print venue), they also make me fool. Today promise me it will done on monday but god knows.

                    I lives in oman and i spent almost rs 1500+, for calling and tracking my order, waste of my money& energy, my time and my feelings badly hurt by your service.

                    I humbly request you to kindly look at this matter seriously if you genuinely care and believe in customer service and feelings. I faced the worst-est service ever and i promise i never going to do same mistake again in future.

                      I've ordered Business card from printvenue. It's been one month my order did not get delivered. Each time call CUSTOMER CARE person says it got stuck in the way and it will be delivered shortly. After asking for cancellation and refund of the order they are saying write an email to [protected]@printvenue.com. I've written to them as well but still, there is no response from their end. These CUSTOMER CARE persons are such ### they even don't know how to talk to customers.

                        Hi,

                        I had ordered personalised t-shirt from this website & the product which is being delivered is of pathetic quality.

                        The quality of fabric is so cheap plus the printing on the t-shirt is hardly visible, the caption is not readable at all. I had escalated this issue with customer care team but they damn don't care about the customer satisfaction.

                        I had written to mr. Saurabh kochhar even he is least bothered about customer experience the only motive of this organisation is to dupe customers with poor quality products & no customer support.

                        I would request to help me in this regard.

                          My order no was order no.[protected]. I had placed order on 15 april 7:33pm and i again wrote email on 15 april 7:38pm for stop printing the visiting cards due to wrong address. Also i got the acknowledgement email from printvenue for the same on 15 april 7:39pm. As per the cancellation policy of printvenue i can cancel my order with in one hour of my order. But now they are not giving me the refund of my amount of rs.875.00 which i had paid to them. Also they had dispatched me the cards with wrong address. # to such company

                            Very bad worst and disgusting experience with print venue. Not sure how they handle and give respinse to customer. I was trying to call one guy from print venue name shivam or shubam, since 2 days. He just disconnect my call and send me sms saying will be dispatched soon.
                            Very bad response.
                            I paid 22k for wallet printing, i ws ok with options they have even though the onw i chooses they don't have. But they didnt deliver in time for a company event which i was supposed to present it to members. I want my refund back now.

                              I have ordered a bulk order of 12 nameplates. I got 8 of them correct, the other 4 being misspelt. This happened 3 months ago and i have been constantly at the back of them calling and mailing. They say they will get back to me yet no one turned up till now. It's the worst experience i have got shopping from them. They have no customer ethics. I have literally lost rs.1600 and deeply disappointed with the quality as well as the customer response.

                              The order was placed on December 19th and delivered on Jan 2nd. Order no. is[protected]. I have sent them the mail with the proofs of attached pictures of what I have ordered Vs what I have got. It's been 3 months almost. Yet there is no response.

                                Order no[protected] ordered on 29th jan 2018. They are unable to do embroidery work with the uploaded logo. Now, they are asking me to change the logo.

                                How is possible to change logo just because they can't print it?

                                They are not ready to refund my money, i have followed n number of times and just checked review and fount its too bad.

                                So they don't care customer and don't care review.

                                People be careful, don't order with printvenue.com instead try vistaprint, they provide fantastic service and very customer friendly.

                                Customer care is too bad, they are manner less and fool too. They don't understand my concern and says to change my logo.

                                They never follow timeline, as i ordered on 29th jan and got reply from their side on 2nd feb after days.

                                They are asking to change my company Logo to print. Sad it seems people sitting there are illiterate. They don't understand value of a Logo. They want to print printvenue logo on T-Shirt, because it easy for them to print.
                                Logo what I have given there technology don't allow to print and so they will not refund money.

                                Never mind, I have contacted Mumbai Police on Twitter and they asked me to lodge FIR.
                                Printvenue.com is a fraud company, check attached review.

                                  I have order for a professional dairy from print venu on 30/1/2018 order number[protected] the received dairy is very dirty with glue marks all around dairy

                                  I had registered a complaint with print venu.com and there reply is very pathetic saying please repair your self we will credit 100rs to your print venu wallet.

                                    On 10th january, 2018 i ordered one product with order id: whose payment was made however, due to their technical issue, the order got cancelled. Since the status was cancelled, i was sure that the money will be returned to me in 3-4 days. Therefore, i made the same order again with order id:, and similarly, the order cancelled due to their technical issue whereas the money was deducted. Therefore, i thought of waiting till the money comes back to my account. I also check my printvenue account and the status was cancelled for both the orders. Next day i mailed printvenue customer care that money is yet not returned in bank account. On 3rd day, when i checked my print venue account, i observed that the status of the orders went from cancelled to under process and no mail has been sent to me regarding this. I immediately called printvenue customer care to cancel one of the products (Since both were same items0 and also mailed them continuously them regarding the same. Also, i continuously asked them how can the status change from cancel to under process without informing (I dint get a single mail till now). On 4th day, i received the first mail from printvenue that your product is under process (Acc. To their site they ask customers to cancel the product within 1 hr of confirmation since after that they do not cancel the order and on the contrary they did not sent any mail of confirmation, also changed to order from cancelled status to under process which generally doesn’t happen once the status is cancelled). Also, when i mailed and called to customer care regarding this process they could have easily stopped processing one of the products. On 5th day, one of the person from customer care clearly stated that the status showed cancelled due to their technical glitch and i should have waited for 10 to 12 hours to get the status changed from cancelled to under process, before making the second order. So, the summary is the customer has to pay twice the price of the product due to technical glitch of the company, and while they are accepting their mistake they are not ready to refund. Also, the customer care people are very stubborn, and instead of solving the problem, they keep telling me the rules (Which they themselves are contradicting). Also, such technical glitch can happen many times, which clearly is the company’s fault and they should take full responsibility for the same, instead of letting the customer pay for it.

                                      There is no as such company. These people doing fraud business. Looting money by there app and website. They will not deliver any material whatever they are showing on there app/website. I have lost my money, requesting every one please be cautious while placing any order. I have placed an order of embroidered polo t-shirt on 17/12/2017 and regularly following up for my order. Doing100s of calls and email communication, i have received this reply after 18 days

                                      We wish to inform you that your order no.[protected] has been cancelled as of now due to payment failure or incomplete documentation. If you have already made payments, please get in touch with our customer support team."

                                      Consumer court should take some action on such type of fraudsters.

                                        We ordered christmas greeting cards from printvenue, 30 cards were ordered and entire payment was made in advance. They delivered only 20 cards before christmas (Without any prior intimation). After following up, we received an email from printvenue that balance cards will be delivered later. We informed them that we were expecting all cards together and we were never informed that there will be a delay, else we would not have placed the order. Hence we requested for cancellation of balance cards as they will be useless if delivered after christmas is over.in spite of repeated requests and emails, printvenue refused to refund the money for undelivered order. Also, balance cards were delivered on 30 december, 2017. This is not just unethical practice but also defrauding the customer by unilaterally deciding to part deliver the order and not refund the money for their own fault and delay. Strict action must be taken against this company.
