While ordering a product, on the payment page i redeemed the reward points for paying, the points got deducted from my card as shown in the statement, but the page freezed there and even after clicking links nothing was happening as shown in the pic, now even after the deduction printvenue is not issuing a refund, i even showed them that the money was deducted from my account, such fraud they are looting peoples money.

    Ordered Business Agate Personalized Dairy.The Picture showed and the one received are completely different and in the one received pages are out separately.Quality is really poor.So pathetic it was when received.When i have asked for a replacement they argued telling its the same shown and was also told to arrange the pages back into the dairy on my own.No refund or replacement not even a discount is given and ignored the complaint.

      Very poor quality Business cards from print venue

      1. the card and print is of poor quality

      2. The rounded corners are not proper. it looks like it has been cut with scissors by hand.

      3. The image contrast is so poor. black is not black in print. varying shades

      4. The lamination is dirty and patchy

      Find attached images below. This is my third bad experience with Printvenue. too much promotion but Very poor quality.

        I purchase 10 nos magic photo mug from printvenue.com. But I am not satisfied and returned to plot no-375, udyog vihar, phase-2, Gurgaon, Haryana, India-122016. But since 3 month have gone the sellers not respond my repeated request. My order no[protected]/31.07.2016, order no[protected]/27.07.2016 and order no[protected]/01.08.2016 and paid rupees- 1, 172.90, and 773.60 and 1, 172.90. I repeated 5 times request to seller But the seller not respond my request till yet. I think it is a cheating website. Finally I request you to kindly take necessary steps at an early date.

            As discussed with PrintVenue customer care, subject Item was book although, subject item was not in stock. Hence subject item was cancelled on[protected] by PrintVenue Customer care.

            However, Rs. 1599 was not refunded to my account so far as committed..
            Initially, PrintVenue representative, Mr. Vinay had provided me wrong bank reference No. [protected] and said refund was initiated on[protected]. I had inquired with ICICI bank and found that the detail was wrong. Also, I had discussed with PAYU for any transaction. Even they replied in negative.

            When, Printvenue came to know that I had learnt the fact?, they tried to excuse me that their representative had given wrong bank ref. When asked for new Bank ref. no., they said the same will be taken up to their finance dept. and will be resolved within 20 days. Now, the committed days has passed on[protected] and they again want 21 days. Its really high time, I decided to taken up to cosumer forum.

            Please take the matter with PrintVenue & help me to get refund of Rs. 1599 along with interest amount & pain I had taken so far.

            Refund was made after too many mails and follow up. PrintVenue has provided Bank reference number as[protected] and payu id as [protected] dated[protected].

            They had returned refund of Rs. 1599 without interest. There was delay in refund for more then their committed days of 20-21 days.

            The had book the item, which was not in stock. How can they keep the item on their site when the stock is NIL?
            If item has to be cancelled by PrintVenue due to their own fault, then why there is delay in refund for more than their committed 21 days.
            Please investigate to provide solution to above negligence from PrintVenue.

              I ordered a customized gift from this website on 12 Oct 2016 and they committed that product will be delivered on the address within 6 working days but the courier service didn't delivered it and without any communication returned the product and now they are not delivering it nor letting me to cancel the product.
              I have been calling the printvenu office as well as the delhivery courier office both of them are just blaming each other and not at all taking any efforts to solve my issue.

                Hallow, plot no-375, udyog vihar phase - 2, Gurgaon, Haryana. INDIA-122016. I returned your 10 nos false print photo mug on - 09.08.2016. But no reaction till yet. I want return my money or good quality photo mug but not magic photo mug. Because magic photo mugs are not good. So finally I request for resend my 10 nos only good quality photo mug or return my money otherwise I will go to consumer court. 06.10.2016.

                  I purchased 10 nos photo magic mug. But all are black and not showing my photo clearly. I returned the above order on - 09.08.2016. I repeatedly inform to the seller since one month. But no action and no reaction. I already returned all reject photo mug to invoice address. The seller address is Udyag vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana, India-122016. So I request you to kindly resend my above order and good quality my photo with white mug. Because the magic mug not showing my photo clearly. Please help me for my items otherwise return my money at an early date.

                      I have ordered on key chain which came on time but with a big mark. I send request to customer care with details for replacement. They were not ready to replace the item ans saying its not a big problem. Its a mark is not happen during manufacturing itself and they were not ready to replace.. No proper response from customer support.

                        A big fraud company, their products are very very low quality, they only promote professional photos of each product

                        I had order a wallet to printvenue.com (order no.[protected] dated[protected] and paid them 440/- rs. to print my friends name on it. and when i received the shipment then i came to know i have been cheated. the wallet which i received is completely diffrent which i ordered. it is 40-50 rs. wallet which anyone can buy from foothpath or road side.

                        I had did many phone calls to complaints, but they never replied e mails or phone calls, and no one is senior person to hear my voice. they are bull

                        They just promote their brand and looting innocent people. i want to complaint this company to consumer court.

                          I've ordered premium business cards on 3rd june 2016 and was confirmed that by printvenue on the same day. i was paid this through the paytm wallet.

                          After that, one representative called me behalf of the order after 7 days and told me to change the logo on the business card as it was having lower resolution. and i was told the representative to hold that order till 24th june 2016 as i was on tour to remote location.

                          But, the printvenue team cancelled that order on 23rd june 2016 and told me that they cannot hold the order till many days. and on the same day the refund process initiated.

                          After i was contacted printvenue so many times behalf of refund. whenever i contacted the printvenue, the representative told me to wait 24-48 business hours to refund.

                          Finally, i was contacted printvenue to demand an explanation regard the refund process and i demanded the wirtten mail on 9th july 2016 and the representative accepted to send the mail regarding this issue.

                          And, today also i was contacted and printvenue to ask about the refund. they don't want answer my questions and they told me to wait 2-3 days to refund.

                          My questions are:

                          1. if you cannot hold the customer order upto 20 days, then how can you hold the payment till today i. e., 17 days?
                          2. if you are processed the refund and why it is not refunded? (i was contacted paytm also)
                          3. why can't you guys write a mail to customers regarding the order status / refund status / complaint status? (i asked twice)
                          4. one representative told that you are serving 1000s of customers. then why can't you serve one customer properly?

                            I received a broken product and attached pictures as well of the broken mug and send it to them.. But they are resending me the same product. I needed the product tomorrow, if i don't receive it tomorrow what i can i do it after wards? Hence i requested them for refund, but theya re not helping me sort the matter. I want my money back asap. Please help

                              Order placed and payment made. The company sent a defective product and there is absolutely no reply from the company on the return of the defective product. Calls to customer care gives me false assurances. The first complaint was lodged on 12 june 2016 and further 4 emails and 06 calls have been made to get a reply from the company. No resolution has been provided till date.

                                I had purchase an moto e 2nd gen 2d case cover, i received moto e 1gen cover. when i said that the product is not the one which i order.They neglected their mistake.The cover was of Rs 624/- You can see the image attached. The cover is not getting fitted only. I spoked to the customer Representative he said send the snaps, after sending twice snaps they refused to change the product. I request you all to be alert while buying anything from this site. They are cheating the customers

                                  Iv ordered 200 business cards from print venue. Those cards are not at all clear and letters are not visible on it. So what is the point to have those cards. I tried calling them and sending mails for a refund of money or send me new set of cards by taking back those defective cards. They asked me to send snap shots of those cards, and even did that, they asked me to wait for 3 working days and it is more than 9 days iv got no reply from them. Those people are least bothered about customers.
                                  Im not sharing those pics here as those business cards have all my details and all.

                                    i order a big print of my baby picture(order no.:[protected]. initially they accepted the size but when i received the print and saw the quality was pathetic, completely blurred. i wasted huge money on these unethical people and so called "company".

                                    they delivered "many apologize",

                                    after sending them 20 emails for the same, but not refund and even status now is they have stopped communication.

                                    please be aware of them as they do not believe in professionalism and quality.

                                      I ordered a customized Wooden Name Plate from www.printvenue.com. After receiving the product I found that it was of worst quality according to what I was shown in the website at the time of ordering. Following are the particular reasons of my utter dissatisfaction with the product.

                                      1) The colour of the Name Plate was completely different according to the preview picture displayed on the ordering page of the website.

                                      2) The text colour was so faded that it is not clearly visible from a little distance. Also the item is looking so dull because of the text colour which was remarkably darker in the preview of ordering page of the website.

                                      3) At the time of customizing the Name Plate, it asked to upload a photo which would be engraved in the plate. I uploaded a photo of my wife and myself. This has been engraved in such a manner that the persons are not at all identifiable. Moreover, an unidentifiable photo has totally degraded the quality of the Name Plate.

                                      I received the item on 3rd June, 2016 and was totally frustrated with the quality. Within an hour, I sent a mail to the customer care support of www.printvenue.com with all the above details, two photos of the item I received and a photo of the preview displayed on the website. An auto-reply of the mail provided me a ticket number but since then there was no response from the said support team. I called the customer care support for several times and they kept on assuring me to arrange a reply mail but I received no mail till 7th June, 2016. On 7th June, 2016, I received a mail saying that they were forwarding the mail to specialized department for further investigation and assuring me for a reply within three business days. Today is 15th June, 2016. A week has passed after that mail and I ha have called them a number of times but till now I got no reply from them.

                                      This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced. I want my money back with a penulty charge for such terrible harassment.

                                        Dear sir/mada, i ordered mobile skin 2 numbers (Lg g3 and blackberry q10 - made of premium cast vinyl with matte finish) in printvenue.com website for rs.504 on 18th may, i was given an order #[protected], it was delivered to me on 30th may 2016. When i opened the package the print copy was big and a normal color printout with sticker, it was not a premium vinyl quality and no matt finish.. I was so upset seeing it, i called multiple times they say paste it and observe it. I was made a fool for paying rs. 504 for a color printout.

                                        They are also not taking it back, and their response is past the sticker and send the photo, which i did and said thats the standard size, i asked if i can speak to higher officer, they continously repeat to say the same thing, dont know what to do them so writing this complaint, please take actions to prevent other users from getting fooled from them.
