    I still await the product, the support team says its being send today for the last 3 days. The website has no update, today calls not being attended by your support team, how do you work?
    This negligence of yours is causing damage to my business. Please respond with the exact status on [protected].
    Order date 17/09/20 and today is 25/09/20 do you really need so much time to fulfill 200 visiting cards?

      On 15th sept i made payment of 2900 rs to printvenue and they cancelled my order. I contacted them several times through phone and email, but they didn't replied. I literally begged for getting my money back but they never listened.

      I placed an order earlier in july for a friends wedding gift n was told it will take 3 business days for delivery. I waited long enough to contact them n find out the status n they told me it was because of the lockdown that they cant deliver on time. I still waited for 1 n a half month n then asked for a refund, their guy said i will be refunded in a week. I didnt get any refund and literally lost my mind as i do not accept false promises like any other consumer would do. I followed up every week n then they blocked my number and dont even respond to my emails
      Hope they know that if everything was done as promised by their agents, this day would never come. I have now submitted a complaint with the consumer court with all call recordings too as i guess about these guys being cheats came out to be true.

        I had ordered (Order no.[protected] a designed cushion from printvenue on 2nd august, 2020. I waited til 27th august but the item did not get delivered. During this time i had done numerous calls and emails to customer care contacts [protected]@printvenue.com and (+[protected], but everytime i received same answer "the item will be dispatched withing 1-2 days".
        At last on 28th august, 2020, i talked to customer care and asked him to cancel the order and refund, as per customer care officer's instructions i sent email to [protected]@printvenue.com requesting the same. I called again the next day on customer care number and asked about the status of the cancellation request (Request no: #426394), at that time i was told that your cancellation request is taken and wait for 48 hrs to get reply of your email.

        I never got reply (Except auto-generated reply) in email or via call from printvenue.

        I called again on 31st august, 2020 to get the status about the refund and i was told that my refund will be processed within two days.

        Just to check again, i called customer care on 1st sep, 2020, and the customer care officer cut the phone saying there are some technical issue and he will call me again in sometime. But i did not get any call for few hours.

        I called again to customer care on same day, then the customer care officer answered absurdly that wait for 45 days and you will get refund and the he just disconnected the call.

        They are neither delivering the product nor cancelling and refund. I am hence filing this complaint, so that a proper action should be taken and other customers also do not fall into trap of this company.

            Ordered a stamp online on 4 Jun 20. Today is 20 august. The product is yet to be delivered. Call center guys are useless. They are not aware about the order. Been trying for past 2.5 months but no respite.

              Also now the delivery date has passed on and i don't need it.

                          Hi - this is sanjoy dutta, residing in bangalore - phone no. Is [protected].

                          I ordered customied wooden door template to printvenue and paid on 324 rs on 20th november. It is ore than one month - i started calling after one week and daily one and each colleague is saying sir give me one day time, will get back to you. I called more than 20 times to them. They told me that they have delivered to cpourier company and they were not able to deliver my product. Where is the proof? Why courier company did not call me? Amazon and flipkart can deliver my product at home why not dtdc? I have a nig doubt that they have prepared my product and deliver my product to courier company - looks like a cheating company.. For 324 rs is fine - i have 22 years exp in it industy worked in hp, wipro, satyam etc in india and visited 5 -6 continents... I have never seen such a bad cusotmer care... I am not expecting now my product, just wanted to mention here, so that people should aware of this company. Now since they know my number, they are not picking up phone and responding email.. Think anout how they are treating customers..

                          No action has been taken. Now theyhave removed my order. So, there is no resolution ? Company will cheat customer and there is no way to give punishment them ? For me, it is just 324 Rs... Not a big deal but cheat is cheat... Who can help us to resolve this

                            I have ordered for shirts with embroidery for the customized design from us.

                            We have placed order for 5 shirts and when they delivered the product to us we were not satisfied with quality of shirts, sizes were mismatching, the design we sent was in kannada language and they mentioned letters wrongly.

                            We asked them to request for return and provide the replacement or the refund, its been almost 3 weeks they ignoring our request and they told since its kannada language we are not able to do it.
                            If they are not capable of doing it they could have rejected pour order but after doing the mistake they are providing the reason to us and blaming on us.

                            Its kind request for any other customers kindly think while placing the order in printvenue since we are got cheated by them.

                              I had ordered 2 customized pen online from Printvenue

                              The order was made on Mon, 22 Jul '19 as of today (i.e., 11th November 2019) I still haven't received the order
                              They appear to have tried a delivery and since the delivery was not possible due to phone issues, the order seems to have been returned from the courier

                              I have called the courier company (Maruti Courier - Tracking ID: [protected]), they have clearly informed me that the order has been dispatched back to Printvenue

                              What is really disappointing is the customer support. The absolute apathy by their support staff towards their customers. I have called them more than 15 times now, even offering to pay the shipping charges again and their standard response is that the issue will get resolved in 2 - 3 working days

                              I have lost 1400 rupees of my hard earned money and a lot of time chasing their customer support

                                I had ordered a mobile skin from printvenue and it reached me in utter damaged condition which obviously i wouldn't have been able to use. On nearly 2 weeks of back and forth and follow ups, they say they can arrange a replacement which i refused since i didn't trust their services anymore. When the order was placed, they charged an extra rs.75 for delivery and failed to deliver it in good condition. They in fact had the audacity to tell me that the cover looks just fine and that i should put it on my phone and share a video of me putting on the cover on my phone.
                                I asked them to refund my money but they said that's not their company policy and they dont refund money. On asking to speak to someone senior, they would say no one is available.

                                After sending numerous amounts of emails and multiple calls - they only offered a new replacement product which in fact was never sent to me.
                                Nearly 3 weeks now since i have complained and no action taken from their end. So incompetent and horrible when it comes to providing good services.

                                  I have ordered two products from print venue ( a parker pen and a wooden frame on 15 June of this month..I have not yet received the product. The order number for the product is[protected]. It's showing the product as shipped via India post..the product is not yet delivered. And the worst part is India post tracking is showing as wrong confinement number. We are trying to call the customer care of print venue ..but it is never picked up. Such is the worst service of print venue I will have to look in the matter before ordering anything in future. Please look into it and dispatch immediately

                                    The printvenue people have the worst liaison with their delivery partner dtdc. The printvenue people kept misleading me by saying that my fiance had asked the delivery of the order on some other address. (Trust me, it was infuriating) they gave me a contact no. Of dtdc for clarification which was no more in use. This created a lot of misunderstanding between me and my fiance.
                                    But i kept tracking the parcel and got to know that the parcel had reached a wrong destination. I got the information after calling on a lot many dtdc numbers around the area of delivery.
                                    I called the printvenue people again and provided them the numbers on which i called so that they could cross check. But the printvenue executive had the audacity of repeating that the product had been asked to be delivered on some other address and that in such cases the order would return back to the company.
                                    Such similar string of conversation happened over the next 2-3 days and later they told me that the product had been delivered. I again called up on several dtdc numbers just to find out again that the product had not reached anywhere nearer to the place of delivery and that it's lying dormant since few days at the wrong adddress.
                                    I kept calling printvenue people just to get cold responses and no answers. One of them also disconnected my call after learning my order number. They kept reiterating that my product had been recieved since a few days. They even had the audacity of providing me with the proof of receipt today.
                                    At present, my product is lying at a dtdc office near the destination and has not been received yet. My fiance got a call today that he needs to go to a certain dtdc office to receive the parcel.
                                    I seriously want to sue these people for playing with me like this. If there is any way to do it then i certainly want to. By misleading me they created a lot of problems for me. Had they just believed me and tracked my parcel through the numbers i provided i would have felt obliged and good about their service.

                                    I am Glory Precious. I have ordered a personalized pendrive in your website last month. I didnt receive the order. I called the customer care service and asked, they said it's already delivered on 23/10/19. I didnt get any call on the time of delivery also . Very worst experience I had. I need the product or refund the amount.
