Sub : cancellation of order and refund of money due to poor quality of services / false commitments
Dear sir / madam,
With reference to above mentioned subject, i would like to say as follows:
On 23rd december, 2017 : i have placed an order of 25 printed pens vide order no. Pl[protected]. The total amount of the above said order is rs. 254.50 (Including rs. 55/- as shipping and handling charges). I placed the order online through your website and paid the amount of rs. 255/- in advance through my net banking account. The expected date of delivery of the order was within 5 to 8 days or by 2nd-jan-18.
On 25th december, 2017 : i have received an e-mail from your side at 8:45 am; for the confirmation of the order has been moved to production department. I have also checked the status for the same on your website as per your mail.
On the same day at 10:56 am; i received an e-mail that the order is sourced and will be dispatched within 3-4 days. Please refer attached pdf file as ‘mail-3’.
On 2nd january, 2018: i was waiting for the order to be dispatched as per the order status shown online on your website.
On 3rd january, 2017 : when i have not received my order till 2nd jan, 2018, i had a talk with your customer care and your customer care executive mr. Purushotam told me that there was no stock of pens with them so they have not dispatched the order. He told me that order will be dispatched soon as the stock of pens will be available with him. Then at 11:59 am i sent an e-mail to your customer care and to mr. Wasim raja as per his instructions for the cancellation of order and refund of money.
On the same day at 1:35 pm; i got an e-mail from your customer care for the delay of material and alternate order. Refer attached pdf file as ‘mail-6’.
On 4th january, 2018 : i send an e-mail to mr. Wasim raja for the reply on this matter and refund of my money as per my earlier mail dtd. 3rd, jan-18.
On 5th january, 2018 : i have not received an reply from your side / mr. Wasim raja; i against sent the same mail as ‘reminder-1’ at 2:18 pm.
On the same day at 3:25 pm; i got an e-mail from mr. Wasim raja for the apology and delay of order due to stock issue. He offered me other alternate option.
I replied that mail and accepted the offer only in a condition that the matter has already delayed now. However, i am ready to accept the offer only if the material would be delivered on or before 7th – jan-18. I asked to refund my money back if not possible to deliver the material by 7th-january, 18.
After that i have sent so many mail to your customer care and mr. Wasim raja, but there is no reply from your side.
This is not a matter of rs 255/- only, this is the matter of customer services and harassment of customers. You people are very unreliable and don’t value your customers. If the order get delayed due to any reason, there is no response from your side your company don’t bother to inform your customer. As per customer care executive; reply of mails will be given within 24 hours but there is no reply from your side. You have charged rs. 55/- extra for shipping and handling from me. However the material is neither ready nor shipped to me till date and what kind of services you are providing to your customers. There is no complaint cell in your company. There is no senior person in your company to solve the issues. Phone number of senior officials is not given by your customer care executive. Only mail of mr. Wasim raja is given by your customer care executives and it seems that he is very busy, not replied any mails.
I will make it a point to post on all social networks and also spread the word to whoever asks me for suggestions in the near future - about the pathetic service & products supplied by printland!!!
A piece of advice to people reading this comment - please do not buy any product / place any order ever!!! They are the worst!!!
I deeply regret placing the order from printland and will never ever make a mistake in future!
I request you to look into the matter and refund the amount charged by you into my account at the earliest.
