Order for 9 personalised water bottles was placed order#PL[protected] on 4th Jan. Delivery was to be done in 10 days. Email confirmation was provided that the order has been dispatched however the order was not received. After tracking the order the courier company mentioned the order was not received. Post multiple follow ups calling 10 times customer care mentioned order is misplaced by courier and will be redispatched in 2-3 days which was by 25th after calling the customer care yoday for a status as there was no new order # provided got the information is still not dispatched. The order has already been paid for and customet care is only providing false promises.

Placed an order for 9 customised water bottles on 4th of Jan. Expected delivery date was 14th Jan. However the order didnot arrive, when contacted customer care they mentioned that the order has been dispatched. I had already tried tracking the package with the link provided in the email however the courier (delhivery ) had mentioned they didnot receive package from the vendor. When i metioned the same to the customer care, the associate promised to track it and have it delivered asap. I called again the next day another executive provided the same info. I had to make atleast 10 calls before customer care informed me on 24th Jan that the package was misplaced by the courier and they will redispatch the package with the new lot within 2-3 days with the new order id. I didnot receive any order id for the next few days hence i called customer care again today 29th Jan and i was told that the package will be dispatched by tomorrow. I want to cancel this order and need a refund as soon as possible as i have waited almost a month and followed up atleast 20 times over emails and calls in the past few days

i have not been contacted yet. Called up the customer care 31st to check the status. Representative mentioned systems are down and they would send an email with the status however i have not received an neither been contacted back.

    Sub : cancellation of order and refund of money due to poor quality of services / false commitments

    Dear sir / madam,

    With reference to above mentioned subject, i would like to say as follows:

    On 23rd december, 2017 : i have placed an order of 25 printed pens vide order no. Pl[protected]. The total amount of the above said order is rs. 254.50 (Including rs. 55/- as shipping and handling charges). I placed the order online through your website and paid the amount of rs. 255/- in advance through my net banking account. The expected date of delivery of the order was within 5 to 8 days or by 2nd-jan-18.

    On 25th december, 2017 : i have received an e-mail from your side at 8:45 am; for the confirmation of the order has been moved to production department. I have also checked the status for the same on your website as per your mail.
    On the same day at 10:56 am; i received an e-mail that the order is sourced and will be dispatched within 3-4 days. Please refer attached pdf file as ‘mail-3’.

    On 2nd january, 2018: i was waiting for the order to be dispatched as per the order status shown online on your website.

    On 3rd january, 2017 : when i have not received my order till 2nd jan, 2018, i had a talk with your customer care and your customer care executive mr. Purushotam told me that there was no stock of pens with them so they have not dispatched the order. He told me that order will be dispatched soon as the stock of pens will be available with him. Then at 11:59 am i sent an e-mail to your customer care and to mr. Wasim raja as per his instructions for the cancellation of order and refund of money.
    On the same day at 1:35 pm; i got an e-mail from your customer care for the delay of material and alternate order. Refer attached pdf file as ‘mail-6’.

    On 4th january, 2018 : i send an e-mail to mr. Wasim raja for the reply on this matter and refund of my money as per my earlier mail dtd. 3rd, jan-18.

    On 5th january, 2018 : i have not received an reply from your side / mr. Wasim raja; i against sent the same mail as ‘reminder-1’ at 2:18 pm.

    On the same day at 3:25 pm; i got an e-mail from mr. Wasim raja for the apology and delay of order due to stock issue. He offered me other alternate option.
    I replied that mail and accepted the offer only in a condition that the matter has already delayed now. However, i am ready to accept the offer only if the material would be delivered on or before 7th – jan-18. I asked to refund my money back if not possible to deliver the material by 7th-january, 18.

    After that i have sent so many mail to your customer care and mr. Wasim raja, but there is no reply from your side.
    This is not a matter of rs 255/- only, this is the matter of customer services and harassment of customers. You people are very unreliable and don’t value your customers. If the order get delayed due to any reason, there is no response from your side your company don’t bother to inform your customer. As per customer care executive; reply of mails will be given within 24 hours but there is no reply from your side. You have charged rs. 55/- extra for shipping and handling from me. However the material is neither ready nor shipped to me till date and what kind of services you are providing to your customers. There is no complaint cell in your company. There is no senior person in your company to solve the issues. Phone number of senior officials is not given by your customer care executive. Only mail of mr. Wasim raja is given by your customer care executives and it seems that he is very busy, not replied any mails.
    I will make it a point to post on all social networks and also spread the word to whoever asks me for suggestions in the near future - about the pathetic service & products supplied by printland!!!

    A piece of advice to people reading this comment - please do not buy any product / place any order ever!!! They are the worst!!!

    I deeply regret placing the order from printland and will never ever make a mistake in future!
    I request you to look into the matter and refund the amount charged by you into my account at the earliest.

      [protected] is my order number, ordered a name plate of worth 549 for my friend its been more than 15 days im worried about my money.. They are not responding.. Please help i want my money back cancel it gv my money back.
      I have been calling them from past 15 days they always say there is a delay in production.
      My brother went to abroad with his wife and my gift still not delivered even after multiple times calling
      It is very late that i realised i was cheated by this stupid company...
      Please help me to get my money back i have been calling them but no proper response and no refund no ite,
      I donot need the item anymowre please help me to get back my money

      I called them mANY TIMEs, literally requesting them to cancel if you cant deliver by delivery date 23th(that showed while placing the order)...I'm at loss now...this is a big lesson to me that we have to review the website n order...i'm very late...###...nobody has given a postv response on your dirty website...everybody are in loss of money or hugely disappointed...pleas give my money back

      how many days will these lousy people take to deliver my order? no response from them order not delivered money not returned

        I had ordered 40 pens on 16/12/2017 via order no.[protected] in printland.in. The expected delivery date was given to me as 26/12/2017. I had paid the cash then and there itself through net banking portal amounting to rs. 12933/- a mail regarding the same and an sms of the same is on my records.. I am very sorry to say that when i contacted them on 28/12/2017, the reply that i have received is that they can't supply the same and is not even aware of the order. This has caused tremendous mental strain and emotional stress to me.. After the same they supplied 24 pens which i received on 30/12/2017. The balance 16 pens the company informed me that the same will be delivered by 02/01/2018. Yet not reply or update from their end till 09/01/2018. I had called that day and escalated the complaint. I was made to hold for 20 minutes over the phone and was given a reply that the same will be made in three days time. Mr. Wasim raja, representative informed me by email that the order will be fulfilled within three days.. Even after continuous reminders no reply from the company.. They had made away with my hard earned money and also causing tremendous stress in my professional life..

              Sir, I placed an order for 50 birthday invitation cards online from PRINTLAND on 18 Jan 18 at around 2200 hrs with order no. PL[protected] & billing amount was paid in advance online. I confirmed my order by calling customer care on 19 Jan 18 at 1045 hrs & requested either delivery on or before 22 Jan 18 as the birthday scheduled was on 23 Jan 18 or cancellation of order. I was assured by customer care executive that my order would be delivered before 23 Jan 18. I called customer care executive again at 1430 hrs to know the status of my order because in my printland account, order list was empty. I was told that order would be processed shortly but delivery would be possible after 25 Jan only. I gave them reference of my previous talking with them but all failed. I asked them to cancel my order & refund my amount but they told that amount can't be refunded & asked me to get cards printing done from some other sources. They assured me that order has not been processed till time but amount can't be refunded & order would be delivered after 25 Jan only as per their schedule.

                I have ordered four stamps on 22nd dec 2017 which was scheduled to deliver by 1st jan 2018. Since 30th december i am in touch with the customer case of printland.in since i required my shipment urgently. They told it will dispatch very soon. Even on 2nd jan, 3rd jan, 4th jan in response to my call they told the shipment will deliver that day itself but status never changed in the online portal.
                On 5th jan i called again and got the same reply. Then i asked to connect manager as they are telling lie every day about the shipment. After few min, the person from customer case asked me to cancel the order as they are unable to do one stamp.
                Such answer after several calls is really unexpected for me. If they have such problem why telling me lie every day when i required the stamp urgently.
                Such harassment to a customer is not acceptable. I never experience such worst experience and very bad customer support i never experienced.

Delivery date is January 1st 2018, But can't receive my Product still. I contacted Customer support via E-mail, but they didn't responded. So please solve my Problem.

                  I have placed an order on 22 dec& estimated delivey day was 1jan still i have not recieved my product twice, i wrote to [protected]@printland.in but no response not even aknowledgement and, its really disappointing and pathetic experience.

                  There is no use to deliver product after estimated delivery date if someone plan to gift some item to someone than it would be worst to place order through printland.

                    Hi team,

                    My order number is pl[protected]

                    One of the worst services which any could experience. I am really afraid if this company is authorized or if its a fake organisation in the market. The customer executives are rude and they do not want to shell out any information to the customers.

                    I have placed the order on 29th of nov 2017; its been more than 30 days i have not received my product yet when i demand for the refund nor their is a right response about the same.

                    When we initiate to talk to the executive those bloody # feel they are favoring us by paying back something from their pockets. Its my bloody money and when we try asking about it they are so damn rude.

                    My expectations:
                    1. Refund the money for the order placed
                    2. I want the company to take serious action against the executive who are so bloody rude to the customers

                      I have booked the table diary 139, chief eco diary 160, table diary 139, table diary 139, combo set 1407 through my credit card on 5th december, 2017 and was given the expected delivery date of 15th december, 2017 but the retailer failed to meet the deadline and i gave a call to printland so raised a complaint so they gave me more 24 hours dead line to resolve the issue.

                      The customer service of printland is so pathetic that they can't even resolve the issue or track the retailer or track the customers order. I even tried to called up their toll free number to bring the issue at their notice. But apart from sorry they fail to solve my problem. I asked them to transfer the call to their senior and made me hold for more than half an hour and the senior person didn't come on the line.

                      The order was not even cash on delivery (Cod) so that they could delay. I have made the payment through credit card and today is sixth day after placing the order and still they are struggling to find the reason for delayed through the vendor. This is something unethical & unprofessional. The other e-commerce company have the policy to refund the customers amount on the spot whereas the customer service of printland is lagging way too behind in the race from its competitors.

                      Please look in to this matter and try to resolve the issue and get the product delivered asap

                        Hello team,

                        I am tired of waiting for delivery of order #[protected] for 2018 diaries. It was expected to be delivered on 18th dec & today at the end of 23rd dec also they are not sure when they can deliver. Its the worst experience of online purchase i have ever had. They have not even provided an invoice copy till now.
                        Order was planned on 9th dec and at that time the showed estimated delivery within 3 to 4 days. Then it gets updated to 18th. Fed up. Bare minimum i would have expected that they reach out to me to state the problem and confirm a new delivery date

                            First i kept silent now i am speaking out.
                            First time they cheated me by telling you need to pay only 199 for a new mobile case if you are a first time user. I was a first time user and i signed up and same day i ordered a case and when it came to payment i entered the promo code they've sent me. It showed invalid. Again and again i tried, it showed invalid. I mailed them they said clear your cookies and try. I tried it, again it failed. And i then i paid 454 rupees to get that case and never got the first time user discount or any refund. They said they will give discount next time. I am not a person who buys mobile cover frequently. One case is enough for me. They cheated there. This is part 1.
                            I have let that go. Now when i received the product i was simply feeling 'whaat?'
                            After all this, is this what they have sent me? The case was so poorly printed with blacks 20% faded and right side didn't even had paint, it was just plain white along a portion of the case. Then, all 4 corner was scratched and damaged. Back side too had scratches. Even volume button cannot be clicked due to improper cut outs.
                            In what way am i, as a customer/consumer supposed to keep silent. Not only they cheated me once my faking discount but even after paying that much money, providing such damaged product?

                            This has to be brought into light. I would not have posted this complaint if they have given me well made product. But now i feel like betrayed
                            I want the respected consumer court to take this genuine issue seriously and help me. Truth must come out.

                              I had ordered customized wedding card on 23rd Nov 2017 ( Order No. #[protected] for 5th Dec Wedding. They promised to deliver it by 3rd Dec. On 4th Dec i called customer care then they told me card was ready but envelopesweren’t ready if you want you can pick it from Okhla office. They didn’t bother to call me regarding any updates either about envelope or about delivery or about refund.

                                आप सभी से गुजारिश है...आपको अगर कोई भी सामान ऑनलाइन लेना हो तो प्लीज इस कंपनी से कभी भी मत लीजिए...ये बिल्कुल ही बकवास..बिना सिर पैर हाथ की कंपनी है..इसका कोई माई-बाप नहीं है...अपनी तरीके, अपनी मर्जी से चलती है..कभी भी ग्राहकों से इन्हें मतलब नहीं..दीवाली पर अपने क्लाइंट के लिए मैंने करीब 107 पेन का ऑर्डर किया..दीवाली बिता तो सिर्फ पचास पेन मिले...उसके बाद बाकी पेन के लिए ना कोई मेल, ना ही कोई फोन...ना ही कोई उचित जवाब...उसके बाद लगातार तीन से चार बार शिकायत की...पूछा, कि बाकी पेन कहां है...आज हो जाएगा..एक घंटे में हो जाएगा...कल पक्का भेज देंगे..इस तरीके का बकवास जवाब मिला...पर अंत में हुआ कुछ नहीं...चोर कंपनी, पैसे भी खा गई...एक बार फिर से कह रहा हूं..इसके वेबसाइट के चमक धमक पर ना जाये...बिल्कुल रद्दी कंपनी है..सिर्फ वेबसाइट बना रखी है...आपसे पैसे लेगी...चुराकर रखेगी...फिर आप चिल्लाते रहो..कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा...संभलिए...मानिए...और यहां से निकलिए...

                                  Totally fuddu company. I suggest to everyone don't order anything from here. I order 4 t-shirts and delivery date was 26 sept. 2017, today is 26 oct. 2017. But nothing is dispatched and no delivery. So plz i suggest to all "this is worst company and may be fake. Fuddu department, fuddu executive, fuddu staff and totally fuddu"

                                    We have booked the customized product in print land on sep 8, 2017 8:33:43 am and delivery schedule by sun, 17th sep. But not yet delivered contacted through phone they are telling under process. After that many times i tried to contact them, but not connecting. So need some solutions, kindly help in this regards.

                                        I have placed an order for magic mug on 10th september, 2017 and which is to be delivered on 20th of september, 2017 and i haven't received any update regarding the same.

                                        Spoke to one of the agents of printland and was informed that it'll more days.
                                        It's really frustrating when you order something online to gift someone on their birthday and you don't receive the product.

                                        If it is taking time, we should be at least kept posted about it.

                                        Please look into in this matter as soon as possible

                                        Order no[protected] still i didn't get my pen you people not able to supply please cancel the order and refund the amount if you peolpe not taking responsibility.
