Product booked and their delivery tracking system not working, all customer care no switched off, even after putting mail didn't get any response, amount paid but no care from their side. At least should response

Two weeks product still under process and no response to queries.
I ordered a printed pen drive for my brother's birthday and I didn't receive it on time.
They said estimated delivery time 6-7 days. But it's very late still t I am waiting for my product or at least any reply for them.

True, they seems to be fraud because i too waiting for my order placed more than one month back. They have one customer care number where no body responds as well as email where no body replies.

Printland — Fraud company.
I have booked the Table Diary 139, Chief Eco Diary 160, Table Diary 139, Table Diary 139, Combo Set 1407 through my credit card on 5th December, 2017 and was given the expected delivery date of 15th December, 2017 but the retailer failed to meet the deadline and I gave a call to Printland so raised a complaint so they gave me more 24 hours dead line to resolve the issue.

The customer service of Printland is so pathetic that they can't even resolve the issue or track the retailer or track the customers order. I even tried to called up their toll free number to bring the issue at their notice. But apart from sorry they fail to solve my problem. I asked them to transfer the call to their senior and made me hold for more than half an hour and the senior person didn't come on the line.

The order was not even Cash on Delivery (COD) so that they could delay. I have made the payment through credit card and today is 27th day after placing the order and still they are struggling to find the reason for delayed through the vendor. This is something unethical & unprofessional.The other e-commerce company have the policy to refund the customers amount on the spot whereas the customer service of Printland is lagging way too behind in the race from its competitors.

yes but that promotion technique is of your site only... as the product which i had ordered from your app, from there only i get to know about this printland.in...
So better watch out your products .

Anyways, i lose trust on your promotion technique now "Snapdeal" . As i rely On that site just because of you as that site's advertisement was in your product..

Its your responsibility to check what your are deleivering to your customers ...

I ordered on 25 July n standard delivery date is 4 aug..my order no is PL[protected]. The item which I ordered is a friendship band and what will I do that product after friendship day..I want my order today in my hand..dnt know how?the contact no which provide printland site as a customer care is unrecable..
