For my parents anniversary I had sent their photo to print it on a clock. But I got a replaced one with some gal's photo.So I mailed to them asking for refund.they accepted the mistake first but till now they are not ready to give back my money.I want my money to be refunded.

They are not even replying to my mails..

Hi i have bought a black metal pen few days back from printland..money was deducted from my account n order was placed successfuly...now there is no reply from your side..i have approached you so many times..kindly send me the pen i have ordered for..Otherwise return my money...this is the most worst kind of experience of shopping with yours site......

I had ordered 19 T-Shirts from PrintLand and they are no where to be seen even after the mentioned delivery date, they are even not shipped, what should I do, pathetic customer service, none of them lift up the calls, even after repeated requests on e-mails there is no response from them, I have wasted 5 hours with them and still nothing, I want the delivery by 15th of February, Order No. - PL[protected]!...

My order # pl[protected] was placed on[protected]:34 pm after payment through my card. I had to settle inr 5, 830.00/- for the order. And i was supposed to get my product by the 4th of feb. I didnt get any update and now when i call the concerned people i'm not getting proper response, i fear fraudulent and request for a refund of money immediately. I trusted this company as it topped the google ad list and sorry to say google shouldn't help...

Worst service provided by the printland.
I paid for my order with Mobiwiki. It's been like 15 days and yet now I haven't received my order. It's showing processing and it's all fake things running over there. Dont fall in their traps. They will try to offer you huge discount and will succeed to make u pay online (like I did). I tried to contact them by emailing them and calling them .

I had placed an order a week back and at the time of placing the order the delivery date was 26th January 2017. Their customer care number does not work, nobody cares to reply on the customer care email ID and the Facebook page that they maintain where they read the msgs but do not care to reply. I have recently ordered a customize iphone 5s back cover from your website. You have charged a good sum for that yet the quality and printing of the product received is terrible. The cover i received is so so low in quality that i just used it for 3 days and last day it got cracked as it got a very minute collision while i was entering into my car. I had ordered two mobile covers on 29th Dec from printland the delivery date was showing 8th Jan when I tracked my product on 7th it was showing out for delivery I was hoping that I will be getting it that day but it was not delivered.
From that day onwards it is showing out for delivery but still my product is not getting delivered I had contacted twice to the customer care of printland but they cannot even co-ordinate with the courier...

I am here to make you aware that i had booked order for 2 nos. Of 2017 diaries with payment of 658 rs on 22nd dec 2016. I received mail indicating it is going to delivered on 01.01.2017. Till date i haven't received any product for the same.

The subjected order with printland.in, i have made 10nov16 and the payment of rs3864 including the shipping charges was paid online. It was promised that it would be delivered by 20nov16.

We have ordered a sample product for Crystal Paper Weight and Perpetual Calendar and approved the same. On 9th December we received the products however they were not received as per the sample sent to us

Sir i have ordered a blue inside mug but the quality of images printed on it is very very poor
there are yellow spots on all the images due to which it is of no use for me
so pls have a look in the matter because after paying 324 rupees the quality of product for which you are known is not of any level

Sir, I ordered a mobile back cover from Printland 26/09/2016 but they never contacted me from then.
I emailed them twice and even called several times buy never responded, it was a paid order as you can check it. The file is attached below.
I even emailed payu money as the payment was through payu but got no response from them.
Printland took my money and are not even delivering the product.
