The order for a customized mobile case was placed on 11-Aug-2017 with online successful payment and order no[protected]. The order was not at all delivered and they updated the status as delivered successfully on 31-Aug-2017. But, as on[protected] even after providing proper details of the speed post tracking, the printland team is not ready to refund the order.As per the images attached the product is still in-transit and not delivered.

    I have placed an order on 30th aug & estimated delivey day was 9th sep still i have not recieved my product twice, i wrote to [protected]@printland.in but no response not even aknowledgement and thrice i had words with cc and as per last conversation it should have delived 11th sep but today again i have called them and they said still it will take 2/3 to process ur request, its really disappointing and pathetic experience.

    There is no use to deliver product after estimated delivery date if someone plan to gift some item to someone than it would be worst to place order through printland.

      I had placed an order on 19th aug, 2017.
      Order no: pl[protected]
      I haven't received any update about my order since 21st aug, when the status was changed to - 'being sourced'. I have been following up with the customer care, who instead of escalating the matter, have probably been taught to just shoo away the customers.
      I am fed up of this and would like to receive a complete refund of my order. Request you to please help me in the same.

      I have ordered 3 different item in the last ten days.
      In their tracking system, it was mentioned as "MOVED TO PRODUCTION"
      After few days, it was mentioned as "CANCELLED" . But i did not cancel the order. If it was cancelled by printland, why to accept order and why to cancel.
      This is absolute cheating .

        I, yaman jaiswal, ordered a customized cover from printland on 29 august order number[protected]. I attached the pic to be printed at the back of the cover. To my disappointment, when i received the case, the photo was a blurry image and and not at all clear. Therefore, i want a refund or the product with clear picture. It would be highly grateful if you solve this matter and take necessary actions to solve my problem.

          I have placed an order in may 2017 pl[protected] for rs 5000 for power banks and bottles. I waited for 2 months for the products and i did not receive them. Hence i have cancelled and it's a month and i did not get my refund. I am continously following up with them and they are saying that they will refund in 2-3 days and never it happened. Please help me getting my refund

            My order number is pl#[protected]. I ordered 26 pen drives on june11th. The order was cancelled by printland as they could not deliver the product on time as per their commitment. The order was cancelled on 14th july by printland. I am following up every day on the refund and i dont have any update or status on it. The cutomer care points me to sales and sales points me to customer care. There is no single person who can give me information on my refund.
            Its more than a month now.

            Order no. PL[protected] product ordered on 8th August 2017 it is showing that product delivered on 24 August 2017 . But i didn't receive product from urside. Im trying to contact you but there is no help line number available and i was emailed u many times there is not response from yourside.

              Hi team,

              I places the order[protected] dated[protected] for which i never received the product and printland told me that they will return my money. Till now (As on 15july) and after many follow up i have not received my money and feel cheated.

              I wanted to lodge the police complaint for this and will do in future so that other people can be saved and know truth about prinland.
              Request you to help to to get money and a lesson to printland.

                We've placed order for 1000 pens on 11-apr-2017; after multiple follow-up printland.in support person informed us that they are incapable of fulfilling order and there is no turn around time which printland.in can provide. So we requested for refund; from last three months multiple calls and emails are exchanged ; and money is not refunded yet. Every time we get reply that money will be credited in 3-5 working days ; but till date refund is not received.

                    I have placed a customized sipper bottle order on may10th 2017 and till date 27 june 2017 there is no progress, every time i called call-center they would say it would be ready in 3-4 days, even today they said the same. There is no apology or a constructive answer or any escalation mechanism available. Rather they say if you don't want i will cancel the order. They have taken the money in advance and it’s been 47 days they dint even act on it. It’s in the same status as processing for almost 40 days. When asked to refund the amount they say it would take 10-15 days for refund. Not sure why so long? So please help in getting this resolved.

                    I tried calling their customer care but no one answered it.
                    Also no reply has been sent to my mails.
                    PL[protected] this is my order number.kindly let me know the status of it or initiate a refund
                    I had ordered personalized cover for moto g4 plus from printland.
                    I received broken product. And their packaging is also very poor.
                    Also, they have changed the design of text placement.
                    In my order I had placed the text near Motorola logo but in the product it has been moved down.

                      This is naresh i have ordered moto 4g plus 3d backcover on may/21/2017 on that they print land people promised me to delivery my product with in 6 to 7 days and the last date is may 312017 but till now i did not received my product so i called them after 6 days of my booking date at that time they told that it takes another 6 to 7 days to deliver so i waited and called again on last thursday i. E on june 1 they told the same reason and they given me the same answer that it might take another 6 to 7 days so again i waited and i called them yesterday they have given me the same answer that you need to wait another 6 to 7 days so please sir really that people are playing with customers money so please take an seviour action on this type of company.

                      It has been 18 days. Printland does not agree on the offer i got via coupon, where it is cleary mentioned about details of offer. I have sent a screenshot of the same, but they do not reply.

                      Also, I did not receive any updates of my product.

                        I placed an order for a t shirt with a print of my choice. First of all the delivery took 3-4 weeks, even though promised a 7-10 day working period.

                        Then the product. I ordered, a medium size t-shirt with a print of my choice. While the material used in the t-shirt was of real poor quality, i was amazed, that the opening for the head is impossibly small. Even an infant's head would not fit into that. That is real crazy. Like seriously? How can you make t-shirts like that.

                        Fully fake company. I want a return of the product, and full re-reimbursement of the money/a quality product without further delay. There is no option of return on their website. Kindly look into the matter, as this rogue company is cheating a lot of people.
                        Because of page rank promotion by google they appear at the top of google searches regarding websites providing customized items. But it is creating a lot of problem for customers.

                          I have ordered wooden name plate from print land on 8 the May and it was supposed to delivered by 16 may but I am still waiting for it.
                          I have asked them to return my money but they are not doing it.

                          There is no updates on the site and it still shows that order is in processing.

                          I have got two mail from them having same content that due to unavailability of material they are not able to make product so in that case they should return my money.

                            I had called at customer care many times but they have no idea about that when by they can dispatch my order.

                              I placed an order for a T shirt with a print of my choice. They had initially said that it would take 4—7 days for them to send it. I had no choice I waited for that period but when I didn't receive it on the expected deadline, I called up there customer support and they are now saying they need 10 more days to process the order. I was supposed to gift it as a surprise on a special occasion but now thanx to their poor service I will have to buy it from some other place
                              Please don't order from this page, as they are totally unprofessional people with zero service

                                  I ordered a personalized mobile case from printland.in on 30th apr'17. As per last update, the item has moved into production on 2nd may 2017. After that no update has been receivedfor the same. I also contacted the customer care on 6th may 2017 and got to know that the order will be shipped by 08th may and will be delivered by 10th may 2017. Today is 10th may and i am still seeing the item has been moved to production on 02nd may.

                                    I ordered an item in Printland on April 25th and the expected delivery for the item was on May 5th and money was paid online.

                                    Its been 5 days from the expected delivery date but there is no any update on the status of the product and there is no any reply mail from the customer care too regarding the product.

                                    Please refund the money if product wont be delivered. Please give any update on this.

                                      I have placed an order on 20th april, 17 for a couple photo frame. Order id is[protected] payment is already done and delivery date is 29th april which has gone long back and so do the occasion for that gift.

                                      I have sent lots of mails to customer care of printland but not an appropriate response is received from them yet.

                                      It would be great if you cancel this order and return my money.

                                        I placed and order on 13th April and they promised delivery on 23rd April. Thereafter I have made repeated follow-ups over mail and calls, but till date there is no clarity on product delivery. Their website/ myaccount still shows delivery date as 23th April and is still not updated.

                                        Worst customer service and they are least apologetic about the goo[censored]p. they have spoiled my moment and now they only say they can cancel my order and refund money, after literally harassing me mentally.

                                        They have never been able to inform me on their own on the late schedule of the product delivery. And every time you call they do not have definite answer on delivery. Till date (8th May) my product is not shipped and they do not have a definite response on when it will be shipped!

                                        Avoid buying from them, they do not respond to mails. Nor do they listen to your complaints over twitter.
