Hi team,
We have placed an order on June 9th and the expected delivery date was 19th .
Till now we haven't received any updates regarding this, even if we call the customer care they make us wait for hours and they are very arrogant in replying our queries.
For cancellation, they are asking us to wait for another one month and i don't have any guarantee that my money would be refunded.Please could you resolve this problem as soon as possible.

So pathetic is their service, I have ordered back case for my phone ) OnePlusone and they sent the cover for oneplus2. this just didnt happen once, it happened twice to me. They receive your call and never act on the complaint.
I have lost my amount two times.
They dont even send you your complaint ticket number. After 6 no one receives the call. I can show my call history to them that how many times did I call them and they responded even during working hours.
My last phone cover also, they did the same thing, they did not the the product back.
Try these things,
Order mobile case cover with design for Oneplusone and they will complete all the process and you get the mail saying that your Oneplustwo order is in process.
I called them immediately after receiving that mail, Customer care executive said, they will revert with mail for product change in 5minutes which never happened till date.
I happened to call them every morning but the customer care is so pathetic and unorganized that you can hear that a lady is ordering Khulcha and Chai on other phone. Undisciplined staff.

Hi authorized person,

I would like tell you something about printland cheat from me.
They were delivered me defected product after the maximum shipping date after that they are not responding my mail. Always his executive told me we are processing your request within 48 hours many time. Still not any solution given by them.
Please provide me best guideline to handle such type of mistaken.
18th may i registered the complain against them but still not any response from these side.

I connected with print land marketing guy jatin sharma for printing art mugs for little one birthday return gifts, however he said it will be delivered by 27/01/16, where as my little one birthday is on 30th. They have a hope less team he failed to co ordinate with his team. I paid entire amount through online payu money where as the delivery happened on 3/2 with broken mugs.
I contacted so many times to escalate the same but no use!! They suck my happyness and money. Such a pathetic people and business printland has.

Reasons for return of product:
1. My approval on artwork / sample was not taken prior to production
2. Quality of printing was far below industry standards. Ink was blurred in prints.
3. Quality of Planner leather case was poor
We are frustrated and harassed by the irresponsible consumer complaint redressal policy of ‘Printland’. they do not bother to even revert on mails sent by us. even after more then 4 months, we have not received the refund.

I ordered a mobile skin on 30/04/2016 by order number PL[protected], But till now I didn't received the item, customer care contact number also not serviced, always when called said it's busy and call you soon, but not receive any call, and sending the email that the parcel is already delivered to me, asked for delivery proof but the printland nor courier company not answering

I had ordered on 9th-April-2016 for a personalized Iphone 5S case, and the delivery had to happen on 19th- April- 2016, but inspite of many followups and mails the delivery is happening late.

This is the worst experience of my online shopping experience. I have already paid for the customised cushion product to be gifted for my brother's wedding anniversary and I receivde the worst quality printing accompanied by torn and inferior quality pillow cover, faulty zip, etc. And furthermore, since, it is a personlised product, I don't get refund of the amount. I paid for a bad product and I also lost respect in the eyes of the person whom I have gifted it.

I also noticed a inferior quality printing experience on the personalised mug ordered by me for my brother's birthday.

I am never shopping again on this website and would recommend others to refrain from it.

I had ordered an item on Printland.in on 14th February. It was a valentine day gift. The gift was to deliver on 24th February. Then the people at Printland sent me a mail stating that the image on my gift wasn't clear and requested me to send a high resolution image. I had sent across the image on 18th February. I was calling the company often and they reassured me that the gift would be delivered soon. Few days back the company told that the gift had been dispatched on 26th February (that too after constant follow-ups and the gift missing the delivery date). Today when I called the company they are saying that the gift hasn't been dispatched yet. It seems that the service representatives are lying all the time and they have no interest in fulfilling my order. This is an absolutely disgraceful service from the company. I ordered a Phone cover for my Iphone 5C phone. but the material of the cover is of very bad quality plastic which started cracking and breaking after a few days. Its been hardly 2 months and i cant use that cover because of its present condition.

Hi, I bought a new mobile Coolpad Note 3(black) in amazon.I did not find any back cover in printland for that. i want to print my photo in my back cover of coolpad.Could you please accept my complaint and add coolpad back covers in your brand or else provide only to me

My Order no is PL[protected].I have been calling Printland Customer Care for the delivery of my order which was due on 3rd January, 2016. Got a response from them that they do not the exact details of the package and they would connect with the courier to know about the location of the package. She also mentioned that in case the Courier responds to them they would be able to provide information - forget the delivery .Today is 6th January and yet to hear from them. I have never experienced this kind of rude service from any other online shopping sites. Very aggrieved Customer Surajit

Dear sir, My name is Ajai Babu. I had ordered three desk photo calendar on 17 Dec 2015. The item recieved on 28th. Once I removed the wrap, I felt disappointed as one of the calendar printed in reversely spiraled. The item was supposed to sent as new year gift to my parents and how I could send the item with defect. I hope you will consider my compliant with priority and replace with new one. First of all to create personalize item the UI is pathetic. it took me multiple efforts to create a small item. And on top of that you will have to start everytime a fresh as you can't save your work as draft/project. Plus after placing your order you can't see it again as order so no surety what will you receive. BTW I placed my order on 19th Nov and still have not received it. It was an anniversary gift for my husband and my anniversary was 10 days back. Apart from this the torture I have to go through can't be explained. My packet is lying in the courier facility from 30th nov and no one is ready to deliver it. Once I placed complain on 7th dec they said they will look into it. And on 7th eve they change the status that it's out for delivery from 5th dec. What a joke. They think customer can be fooled like this. After that even multiple rounds of mail complaints, phone calls are no help and its not delivered. I was told that courier partner sad I want open delivery so they are unable to do it. But how will I mention this when I am not contacts once by any delivery guy. And then series of torture starts every day two three calls from courier, their partner, Printland, messages that its out for delivery and still no sign of my order any where. On top of that not ready to give me my money back. Big time cheater and such an unorganized company. I am a big eCommerce shopping buff. Shopped from almost all the portals in India and have very high tolerance level towards unorganized service. But they have crossed all the limits and had to complaint..

I was shocked to hear that my order is still not processed for some lame excuse given by the customer care personal. They did not care to inform till date nor cared to do anything Abt it.

My product should be reached by 08/11/15 as per normal schedule but still not reached. And printland customer care exec. not reacheable. Phone cont. getting engaged and said than your no. noted. will be call u..but still no back any calling from printland. My product no is[protected].

Got reference from online. contacted, spoke with Mr pranav. asked him price for bulk order for 5000 ws mugs for tata motors dealerships. clearly told that require individual packaging for gifting to customers. gave order of 1000 first. on receipt, poor quality, packaging not as per discussion. cancelled all the pending orders. felt cheated.

Very bad to inform this Ordered an printed mobile back pouch to Bangalore. Address on 15 days before still I didn't received my order yet.. Order placed to gift for birthday they mentioned that Delivery with 7-10 says It about 15days gone still I didn't get any info regarding to my order

I purchased one 526g+ back cover.the company featured it as prium metal, easy to install and remove and excellent quality.but it turn out to be a crap, total poor plastic quality, it could not even last three days.my cell no:+91 [protected].please respect our feelinngs and value us.my order id OD[protected]
