I ordered a customized wall clock along with other items from them. After a few days I received and email asking for better quality image, but they never told for which item they were asking high qulity image. After mailing to almost half dozens of their email address I got to know for which item they are asking the changed image. I got busy meanwhile and could not give them better image. Now after two days of this some executive from them called me up and told about it, I told them I will send the within one more day. Within 1 hour I received an email saying they are printing the item with old image. When I called them they said it can't be changed. Now my complain is they took almost 4 days to tell me for which product they need image. When I got late by 2 days they rushed the wrong item. Never gonna purchase from them again. Bad service.

      I ordered a personalised Photo mug and after a long delay of 15 days, the order was delivered but instead of delivering it to my place (new Delhi) instead they delivered it in Mumbai. That is one side of story. At the same time I also got a delivery that should have been delivered to Tamil Nadu. When i email them, there was no response. After many attempts when i reached their customer support, they said that printland will reprint and send the order. But my concern was what about privacy here... are they going to take any action where personalized mug has been delivered to some other place. Probably the last time i have ordered something from printland.in and would also not recommend the same!!

          I Placed the order on 1 month back and still i haven't get the product. I have lost Rs. 1800 around all Taxs and charges. The customer care is not at all answers and 100% sure that this is a fake company.               I order a poster from printland.in on 6 feb and they assure to deliver in 4to 5 working days but till now 25 i didn't receive my product .In the mean time when i call them on 15 feb they said that your product is delivered today. and in the evening i only got a mail and msg for delivery or product but not the product. Now they are arguing that product is delivered but i did not receive it. and the executives are not helpful to sort the problems.

                I gave the order a greeting card for velentine day 6 days back,
                but in the track record still it's showing in processing mode[Order #[protected] ProcessingReorder ]
                whenever i call to customer support they say tomorrow we will dispatch it but same thing i am listing from 6 days

                now i don't think that i can get my greeting card before 14th, it's useless for me now...

                THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN...

                  I have order a mobile back cover from Snap deal. When I received cover I say I comes from Printland.in The quality of the product was worse and is was not foe my Zenfone5. Don't you have any quality control...?? I would like to advice you to see the phone 1st then sell the covers. Zenfone is have 2 button's on the side big one on the top and small one next to that. but the cover send by you has just the opposite. Rectify yourself if you wants to stay in. Thanking you.

                    i have experienced the worst service ever...i hav ordered a back case for my dad on his bday n i hav not yet recieved the product n not even got any reply from den...i am fed up calling again n again...they hav collected the money through net banking but I din't recieve my product yet...i am hating it...seriously I hav seen many complaints after i hav ordered...i just want the website to be shut so that none else faces the same problem...

                      I had placed an order for 24 Nos (Minimum Qty) of Wedding Invitation vide[protected] dated 29 Sep 2014 and the same was recd correctly around 10 Oct 2014. I modified the card s per my requirement and placed an order for 548 Nos vide Order No[protected] dated 19 Oct 2014. The same were delivered on 7 Nov 2014 and to my horror it was the same old card of my earlier card and not the corrected one. I contacted the customer care and was adviced to send a mail to [protected]@printland.in. I got a mail from Mr Sheraz Ahmed asking for my telephone number. I sent the same on Nov 18 but got no response. Again I sent a reminder on 5 Dec 14 wherein I threatened as follows : "No response to my complaint - i PROPOSE TO GIVE VIDE PUBLICITY THROUGH VARIOUS MEDIA AND ALSO FILE CASE IN CONSUMER COURT" . I got a call within 30 minutes and Mr Sheraz Ahmed informed that they had not committed any mistake. I had to explain that the order doen not indicate the layout I have ordered & had I to order the same format I would not have wasted time and could have reordered. He finally accepted the mistake and said he will print and send the correct invitations. I informed him that it was of no use since the wedding was just two days away. The firm should refund the entire amount.

                            I ordered a Moto G personalized cover from www.printland.in/ on September 04, 2014. The order Id is[protected]. Attached is the image of the cover for your reference. I would like to bring in your notice that the quality what I have received is very poor. The points which support to my “poor quality” statements are as follows: 1. The back side is white, while front is creamish. 2. The front looks like it is made of cardboard 3. The plastic/material used to make back is also not at satisfactory level. 4. It gives a feeling that it is a used one (which I believe it will not be) 5. The front part is not covering the screen properly 6. It does not look like durable also Please note that this was my first shopping from printland. I keep buying online from customized printing websites like vistaprint, printvenue, wishpicker etc and the product you receive is of good quality and worth buying. I am not at all happy with the quality and it’s not worth buying in Rs.550. As cover is for mobile phone security and avoiding the damages, the cover i receive from printland doesn’t give that confidence and I am scared o[censored]sing this. As i don’t want to take any risk with my phone, in case if it falls the cover won’t be able to protect it. Would request you to please look into and give a quick solution. I don’t want to make this my last experience/purchase on your site.

                                  I tried to connect with printland but often im not able to connect after being on your IVR after 5mins. I will never recommend or buy anything from printland in future. As they dont care to listen and acknowledge to a concern raised by me. They cant check my earlier order how come it has been delivered? What stopped the courier person to call and check with me before sending it to origin. Im totally unhappy with the delivery time.

                                    This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced... Either they don't pick up the call or none of your quires get answered.. There will lot be lot of people shouting in the background and the customer service representatives talk as if they are doing a great favour to them and cut the call abruptly.. You cant even imagine your state once you place the order.. you will only have to regret for placing the order from this site... I suggest you to look into any other website and place the order even if its costlier (makes sense as these are personalised and for your dear one's) Emails are never answered!!! Dont try this option here... they dont care.. u were jobless and you dropped an email.. this is what it means to them... I am yet to receive my personalised gift from them.. dont know if I will ever receive it..

                                      Hi Everyone I would like to warn you that never spend your money on ordering from printland.in. I placed an order of personalized clock for my sister's wedding. First of all the customer support is just pathetic. They never pick up your call. Even they don't update you about your order delivery time. Now I have received this product after 10 days and got really disappointed with it. The product cost me 1070 and seeing that product; I would not purchase it at 100 even. The clock is not set up even. It is just a board of wood very thin and light with photo in low print quality and a hole in centre. They have just handed a series of instructions to set it and even not provided a cell for battery. I would like to advice you that don't waste your time and money at printland.in

                                        I got a call from the customer care after I wrote a mail on 23 December 2013, that the laptop skin was ruined during the printing process and it will be reprinted and sent to me soon. Now it has been 4 days since that call. No updates or calls from their side. • Order No.[protected] • Order Date – 10 December 2013 • Order Details – Hoodie- 1 No. and laptop Skin- 1 No. • Hoodie received on 18 December 2013 (8 Days), Laptop Skin Pending since then • No bill provided with the half order that is delivered. • Total days since the order – 17 days on 27 December 2013 • Customer care[protected] provides no useful feedback except telling me to call the other extension at[protected] or the one statement that I was stumped with “ Sir time to lagta hai na. pahuch jayega”…Fabulous, mind boggling.
