Ordered 2 pepvogue watch using a offer for State Bank debit card holders.
Refund not received even after 1 month of cancellation.
cancellation date: 27/09/2016
Oct 24 received a mail from customer care mentioning successfull refund, and a wait period of 3-4 working days.
Today 1st Nov, 2016. Yet to receive a single rupee from Provogue.
Provogue India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I ordered a duffle bag for offer from hdfc netbanking offer and paid 300 rupees. Order no[protected] placed on 13 oct 16.till now i have not received my order. They are saying not delivered and canceled my order but not refunded my money till now nor sending new item

    Respected sir,
    I placed an order having no.[protected]A white bag) that was an offer to me on my netbanking of hdfc bank, i. E i have to pay just delivery charger 299/- and i ll receive above mentioned bag,
    So on wednesday[protected] time was 09:15am i placed an order and paid 299/- to company through hdfc netbanking...

    Then on same day on time 09:25 am i received a sms —
    From vm-provog
    Dear customer,
    Thank you for placing your order with us. You will receive your order #[protected] within 28 working days from the date of order placement.
    Provogue.

    But now on 27.10.2016 while i am checking my order status then it shows that status is complete...
    No tracking information available...

    Estimate time of delivery is 25.10.2016..

    I am shocked, yet i didn't receive any order sir.

    he told me that your payment had not received to our company of 299/-
    and send me message of transaction 9999/- and asked for OTP...
    what is this...????????
    Till date i have not received the ordered item.

    please make an arrangement to delivery the item without delay.
    Not received yet and no information is made available

    Expected delivery was showing as 31/08/2016 and for more than two months, trying to contact customer care no. but no response
    I have purchased sunglass on Oct 18 2016, but my order not received

      Hi, i have placed order as per offer on hdfc bank account for provogue sunglasses for which shipping charges of rs. 299 got debited from my account. I have ordered the sunglasses on oct 14, 2016. Received a message that my order is placed. There is no tracking order information available on provogue website and the status is showing as complete with the delivery date of 19th october 2016. But i have not received the order yet.

      Please help me get the delivery of sunglasses or refund the amount i have already paid.

        Provogue rolled out an offer with the HDFC bank in which any HDFC customer was eligible to buy provogue Watch/bag on the payment of Shipping charge only. I have purchased one Canvas duffle bag with the provogue order #[protected] on October 12, 2016 10:44:21 AM IST and made the payment with my HDFC Net Banking.

        Still the status shows as "No tracking details. We're preparing your order. Courier information will be updated soon." from past 12 days.

        Also, I didn't receive any order status mail/call/sms nor getting no response from Provogue Customer care through either Contact Number or Email.

          Inspite of my repeated follow-ups over email, the order placed against the captioned order no for Ladies Jute Bag Orange has not yet been delivered to me. The customer care number of provogue[protected] is never operational and is always busy . I think they deliberately have such arrangements so as to avoid customer calls. Initially, I got one email mentioning that the goods would be delivered shortly. Now that I have not received the goods and am following up for the delivery, I have started getting sort of auto emails that you can track your order for which a link is provided. The courier service of Overnite Express is also pathetic and never available over phone.

            I had placed an ordered though hdfc bank offer on 24th august 2016 and rs. 299 as delivery charges have already be paid. It's been more than 28 working days but i haven't received my order yet (Order #[protected]. I have contacted the customer care via email twice on 1st oct 2016 and 3rd oct 2016 but they only asked me to check order status online which says order not yet dispatched. The customer care number provided on the website seems to be no longer in existence, as i have tried calling them numerous times but just hear a dial tone.

            I don't expect any response now. But want others to be aware of these fraudulent offers and worst customer service of provogue. I am trying to find out what legal action can be taken. Will need to write to hdfc about such frauds through their promotion sites so that this promotion is discontinued from their website.

                  Received the package from Provogue, finally, though the sunglasses were not worth the money, not even for the price of 299(as delivery charges)
                  Provogue India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  I received a defective sunglasses. I tried to contact the customer care but was unsuccessful. Wrote mails to customer care but only got automated response and no action. Its really frustrating.

                  Only once could I contact the customer care person named Reshma, on 19-July-2017 and she promised that some one will contact me soon and the glasses will be replaced but since than I have not heard from anybody

                  I am attaching snap of my order. Kindly help

                        There were 2 shipments ordered as follows.
                        #[protected] delivered.
                        #[protected] not delivered yet (Recieved message for delivery on 29th sept but yet to deliver awb number - s[protected], orderno - prov1205789).
                        Above orderno, awb no both are showing as invalid to track on site.

                        Please do the need ful at the earliest.

                              We are the super stockiest of Provogue deos division for Vidharbha region, company has defaulted us by not paying our claims and fail to withstand their promises to provide us with employees who can work for us.
                              We went to corporate office but they started to fight with us.
                              2-3 employees of the company still pick up our call and says we will do it.

                                It has been 10 days now since i received an email stating that a person will come to collect my parcels (Returns). I have followed-up in email twice and the saddest part is i neither received any response nor there is anyone to pick the call on the customer care numbers.                                   I had ordered a watch with order no.[protected] via ICICI bank offer o[censored]sing the coupon code ICICI2014 on 21st Aug 2016 but i had not recieved the watch till 26th September 2016. The money has been deducted from my account but order has not been recieved. In fact the status on tracking shows complete despite such a delay.
