Inspite of my repeated follow-ups over email, the order placed against the captioned order no for Ladies Jute Bag Orange has not yet been delivered to me. The customer care number of provogue[protected] is never operational and is always busy . I think they deliberately have such arrangements so as to avoid customer calls. Initially, I got one email mentioning that the goods would be delivered shortly. Now that I have not received the goods and am following up for the delivery, I have started getting sort of auto emails that you can track your order for which a link is provided. The courier service of Overnite Express is also pathetic and never available over phone.

    I had placed an ordered though hdfc bank offer on 24th august 2016 and rs. 299 as delivery charges have already be paid. It's been more than 28 working days but i haven't received my order yet (Order #[protected]. I have contacted the customer care via email twice on 1st oct 2016 and 3rd oct 2016 but they only asked me to check order status online which says order not yet dispatched. The customer care number provided on the website seems to be no longer in existence, as i have tried calling them numerous times but just hear a dial tone.

    I don't expect any response now. But want others to be aware of these fraudulent offers and worst customer service of provogue. I am trying to find out what legal action can be taken. Will need to write to hdfc about such frauds through their promotion sites so that this promotion is discontinued from their website.

          Hi, I have placed order as per offer on hdfc bank account for provogue sunglasses for which shipping charges of Rs. 299 got debited from my account. I have ordered the sunglasses on Oct 11, 2016. Received a message that my order is placed. There is no tracking order information available on provogue website and the status is showing as complete with the delivery date of 14th October 2016. But I have not received the order yet.

          Please help me get the delivery of sunglasses or refund the amount I have already paid.

          Received the package from Provogue, finally, though the sunglasses were not worth the money, not even for the price of 299(as delivery charges)
          Provogue India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I received a defective sunglasses. I tried to contact the customer care but was unsuccessful. Wrote mails to customer care but only got automated response and no action. Its really frustrating.

          Only once could I contact the customer care person named Reshma, on 19-July-2017 and she promised that some one will contact me soon and the glasses will be replaced but since than I have not heard from anybody

          I am attaching snap of my order. Kindly help

            Its been more then 45 days order is placed its not delivered. Mailed for more then 10 times auto generated reply always. Money is paid and no number are reachable for customer care. Its worst service faced by me no reply no status nothing. The track button for order does not work.

                Hi,

                There were 2 shipments ordered as follows.
                #[protected] delivered.
                #[protected] not delivered yet (Recieved message for delivery on 29th sept but yet to deliver awb number - s[protected], orderno - prov1205789).
                Above orderno, awb no both are showing as invalid to track on site.

                Please do the need ful at the earliest.

                      We are the super stockiest of Provogue deos division for Vidharbha region, company has defaulted us by not paying our claims and fail to withstand their promises to provide us with employees who can work for us.
                      We went to corporate office but they started to fight with us.
                      2-3 employees of the company still pick up our call and says we will do it.
                      I want to lodge a complaint against this fraud Provogue company.

                      They can provide u the solution
                      I have ordered sunglasses online with offer from HSBC payment options was only through debit/netbank.amount deducted and when now tracking order showing complete and estimated delivery date as 22sep(which is already gone). Can you please send me status else refund the amount.

                        It has been 10 days now since i received an email stating that a person will come to collect my parcels (Returns). I have followed-up in email twice and the saddest part is i neither received any response nor there is anyone to pick the call on the customer care numbers. Copied the email below for reference and i need a stringent action to be taken on this. Thought of sharing this worst experience with your brand over all the social networks:

                          I had ordered a watch with order no.[protected] via ICICI bank offer o[censored]sing the coupon code ICICI2014 on 21st Aug 2016 but i had not recieved the watch till 26th September 2016. The money has been deducted from my account but order has not been recieved. In fact the status on tracking shows complete despite such a delay. The customer care is pathetic as they just dont pick up the call. I request you to either complete your order or refund back my money.

                                I had ordered a provogue watch through icici bank credit cards voucher no icici2014. The watch which i received yesterday is a faulty one. There is a minor damage mark on the dial. Also, the watch is not working properly. Sometimes its too slow & sometimes it runs too fast.

                                It is such a shameful matter that customers are handed faulty pieces in the name of discounts.

                                  The order status shows that the product is delivered but i haven't received it yet. I got an offer from axis bank that if I complete an offer, i will get a provogue bag. I completed the offer and i was able to choose between two provogue bags from which i chose the canvas hobo bag. I haven't received the bag yet and the estimated date for delivery was 3rd sepember 2016.

                                    I am quite disappointed with provogue sevice. Customer care service is not at all helpful. No one receives the call on the other end. not even my emails have gotten replied. I wish to return the product I ordered on 26th of august with order number[protected] but it seems you guys are not being helpful. there is no way I got to contact any one from provogue

                                      I have offer on hdfc bank account for provogue watch for shipping charges 299 Rs. I have ordered the watch on August 22, 2016. Money was deducted and received a message that my order is placed. But I have not received the order yet. Today is 7th August. There is no tracking order information available on provogue website and the status is showing complete.

                                      I received free Provogue wrist watch alongwith Aquaguard water filter.

                                        I got a promotional offer on my hdfc bank account for you are eligible for gift of provogue leather wallet-stitched and i had to only pay for shipping charges of the product rs 299. So, i had ordered for a product and paid the shipping charges amount as 299.0 inr through my debit card. After successful payment, i got an acknowledgement for order id[protected] sku 104340-bl-024-f and delivering date was not mentioned there. They i had ordered it on 17th august 2016 and today is 31th august 2016. Today i had checked the status of the product and i found it "completed" however i did not received my.
