Hi team,
I ordered provogue duffle bag from hdfc offers when i converted my credit card bill to emi. My order no. Is #[protected] and awd #mumpvgp866338. I am unable track this order because of invalid awd number. I didn't receive my order but the status is complete. I called provogue customer care but they didn't take my call and i also mail them regarding this but no response. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

    Placed an order with provogue using Axis bank promo - code where in I was entitled to recieve a hand bag by just paying a nominal delievery fee. I had mad the payment of delievery charges, got the confirmation from Provogue as well regarding the payment. No response since then from Provogue and tracking site shows the co. is still processing the order. Also, the customer care people just picks up the call and do not talk. No response whatsoever from the company.
    Provogue India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I am booked the provogue watch on last month but I am not getting any response from the beginning order no is[protected]
    Plz send the watch or else plz refund
    The amount.

            Hello
            i order a side bag from you website . the order is in the delivery center from the date 30/7/2016.
            i have called the delivery gojavas approx. 7 times and asked them to place the delivery after 3 pm, i ll only be available after 3 pm . still these guys are attempting the delivery at 11 am morning .7 days i am calling daily to the customer care they say the delivery will be soon still they came at 11 am .
            and know they are saying they cant help out they have attempted maximum time
            may i know my fault??
            is this the services provogue & gojavas give to there customer .
            let me know if i am going to get my delivery or i have lost my money // the mistake was i paid you guys early.

              I did online shopping with www.provogue.com on 11/06/2016 vide order No.[protected]. The item was a T-Shirt valued Rs.899/-. I paid the full amount through ICICI Bank Credit Card online payment vide reference No.74786726164001869877113 dated 11/06/2016. But till date the said order is not delivered.

                On 15/07/2016 I ordered provogue sunglass for which I see 8 withdrawal amount from my Bank account total amounting to 2392 & reversal of 7 on 21/07/2016. Why you are taking 7 days to revers one transaction. Along with that I can see two transaction number for which 8 withdrawal made with no reason. Transaction no. [protected] & [protected].

                Please check & provide valid reason for the same & also give the interest of 7 days which Citris Provogue kept with him.

                    I ordered provogue gym bag on 22nd july 2016 from provogue india website and received on 27th july 2016, the price is showing as rs. 1499 on the website and the same price is also reflecting on the receipt as well but the price tag on the bag is showing as rs. 1299.
                    Difference of rs. 200 wasn't expected from provogue, isn't it open cheating from provogue? This is not fare guys..

                          I placed a leather wallet Order #[protected] one month before and have not received it till date.
                          I have not received even any notification of my order whether it is dispatched or not.
                          They just send me the payment successful email notification thats it and after that no response from Provogue India.
                          When I tracked it's status on provogue site it's saying delivered to the customer.

                          Now when Iam calling to the customer care they are not picking up the call.

                          Kindly seek attention.

                                I am not able to see any updates about order #[protected] which is placed on 25th May. Expected delivery is within 28 days. Submitted complaint on Provogue site but no response. Even Customer care no[protected] does not respond. Every time I can hear message -'All customer care executives are busy'.. I called almost 10 different times.

                                        I ordered a leatherette sling bag (Brown) on may 18, 2016 (Order no.[protected] and made advance payment on the same. The product was supposed to be delivered within 28 days. However, it's been over 33 days and even the tracking hasn't been activated yet. Please look into this asap and despatch the product within 2 days o/w i will be forced to take necessary action. This is a second reminder as i have already dropped in a complaint on the provogue customer care e-mail id and haven't received any response. Thanks.
