The order status shows that the product is delivered but i haven't received it yet. I got an offer from axis bank that if I complete an offer, i will get a provogue bag. I completed the offer and i was able to choose between two provogue bags from which i chose the canvas hobo bag. I haven't received the bag yet and the estimated date for delivery was 3rd sepember 2016.

I am quite disappointed with provogue sevice. Customer care service is not at all helpful. No one receives the call on the other end. not even my emails have gotten replied. I wish to return the product I ordered on 26th of august with order number[protected] but it seems you guys are not being helpful. there is no way I got to contact any one from provogue

I have offer on hdfc bank account for provogue watch for shipping charges 299 Rs. I have ordered the watch on August 22, 2016. Money was deducted and received a message that my order is placed. But I have not received the order yet. Today is 7th August. There is no tracking order information available on provogue website and the status is showing complete.

Please help me get the delivery of watch or refund the amount I have already paid.

I got a promotional offer on my hdfc bank account for you are eligible for gift of provogue leather wallet-stitched and i had to only pay for shipping charges of the product rs 299. So, i had ordered for a product and paid the shipping charges amount as 299.0 inr through my debit card. After successful payment, i got an acknowledgement for order id[protected] sku 104340-bl-024-f and delivering date was not mentioned there. They i had ordered it on 17th august 2016 and today is 31th august 2016. Today i had checked the status of the product and i found it "completed" however i did not received my.

I have ordered for a Man's watches having order No.[protected] and AWB No. MUMPVGP857331 since dated 28th July 2016. The status shows in Transit since 30th July 2016 and today its already 5th September 2016 but its been more than a month and I am yet to receive my order. The contact number [protected] given on PROVOGUE website does not get connected and on raising a complaint via portal, we just receive an email with no reference number, status, etc.

I had place Order No.[protected] of Gym Bag SKU 104339-GY-412-F on 08th Auguest, 2016 from an offer from Axis Bank with their discount code in which they mentioned I have to only pay shipping & handling charges of Rs. 299/- for the product of Rs. 1499/-. I got email confirmation from Provogue mentioning the details of order and order will be delivered in next 28 days but the product is not received yet. When i track the order on Provogue website its shows Status: Complete and expected delivery date as 22th August, 2016 but today it is already 01st September, 2016. AWB details if not mentioned on order tracing details. Please look into the matter urgently and advice the delivery date. Regards Amit Ashar

Today i had checked the status of the product and i found it "completed" however i did not received my product yet, and when i clicked on the bottom link to check the courier service information then it show there is no update for courier still today.

So, finally i'm going to drop you an email regarding this online fraud. Please look into this matter and help me to come out from this situation. If they are not ready to deliver the product then i need my money back and i also would like to file a complaint against my hdfcbank as well for allowing such fake offers under their roof. I'm also going to attach some snapshots for more detailed information. Please check it.

I had placed an order on provogue vide order No #[protected] for Gym Bag (Grey, Orange) SKU # 104339-GY-412-F on July 23, 2016. Today is Aug 31, 2016 and I have still not received the bag nor any information about whether it has been shipped or status of the same. I have raised numerous complaints on their website and called their customer care No but the customer care No looks to be a sham because anytime you call it says that customer service executives are busy and then the phone goes silent. You can hold on the phone for an hour but no one comes on the line. The Bag is worth Rs 1499/-

I ordered a product online from "http://www.provogue.com/hdfc-offers" and "http://www.provogue.com/onepagecheckout", which is a "men watch" and i payed rs.299 for this product but i didn't get any message regarding order. This is regarding a polyster duffle bag that i ordered from provogue, through an offer posted by hdfc bank ltd. Under the offer code hdfcbp16. I got a confirmation on my order #[protected] on 21st of july. But today after almost one month i got message saying that my order has been dispatched which is "a watch", instead of polyster duffle bag. I tried contacting the customer services at provogue through both contact number mentioned in the website and e-mail. But i didn't get any response regarding this matter.

Order Nos:[protected] and[protected] its been more then a month now watches have not come yet. money also got debited that time only from my icici account. I tried calling up the customer care number but no proper response no agent picked up the call. its just going on recorded message. Please help and resolve as soon as possible. i placed the order on 15th of july 2016. till now no watch came.

I have ordered a watch on 4th of July (Order #[protected] and still i haven't received my ordered item. This is with respect to online banking offer from ICICI Bank. My account has been deducted with the charges. Once i have paid the amount i can see there are many complaints raised online about the duplicate and defective products sent to the customers. My fate i have been a victim of not even getting the order delivered. I have attached the copy of the order & status of the order online. Gojavas customer care at-least responds that its an internal issue and i should contact Provouge India. Provouge India Team is not even ready to answer the calls or reply to emails on the grievances after many repetitive attempts. People are already frustrated on these events, hope u will learn a lesson. Shame on Provouge India. To my fellow Indians please, don't buy the products from this site.

I have booked a sunglasses through Provogue advertisement on HDFC website using promo code of HDFCFD16 on 30/07/2016 for Rs. 299/- vide provogue order no.[protected].

After one 1 ( ON 01/08/2016) I got a massage that, my order has been consignment through Gojavas vide docket no. MUMPVGP863112 and it will be delivered in next two days (on 03/08/2016).

But now it is 13th Aug 2016, and i do not received my order yet.

Please check and advise me about status of my order.
