I ordered a product online from "http://www.provogue.com/hdfc-offers" and "http://www.provogue.com/onepagecheckout", which is a "men watch" and i payed rs.299 for this product but i didn't get any message regarding order. I don't have any order reference number but have a number from my transaction details that is "[protected]". So please rectify my problem or provide any number so that i can track my order. br...

I have ordered a watch on 4th of July (Order #[protected] and still i haven't received my ordered item. This is with respect to online banking offer from ICICI Bank. I have booked a sunglasses through Provogue advertisement on HDFC website using promo code of HDFCFD16 on 30/07/2016 for Rs. 299/- vide provogue order no.[protected].

After one 1 ( ON 01/08/2016) I got a massage that, my order has been consignment through Gojavas vide docket no. MUMPVGP863112 and it will be delivered in next two days (on 03/08/2016).

I have purchased one provogue watch on 16th july 2016 thorugh icici bank under special privilege. I have not received any communication regarding my order. I tried to check the status of my order and it is showing complete. Estimated delivery date is 1st august whenever i have tried to track it its showing wrong awb no. Please return my amount or send me the watch as soon as possible....

My order#[protected] shows as complete with AWB# MUMPVGP866059 since 3rd August, but I haven't received the product till now. I checked with Gojavas and they say this is an invalid AWB number....

I had recently ordered provogue watch online as there was offer valid only for icici bank credit card customers on provogue watches for rs 299/399. On 25th july i ordered for the provogue watch on http://www.provogue.com/icicicreditcard website and made payment with my icici credit card of rs 299. I ordered provogue duffle bag from hdfc offers when i converted my credit card bill to emi. My order no. Is #[protected] and awd #mumpvgp866338. I am unable track this order because of invalid awd number. I didn't receive my order but the status is complete. I called provogue customer care but they didn't take my call and i also mail them regarding this but no response. Please look into this issue as soon as possible....

Placed an order with provogue using Axis bank promo - code where in I was entitled to recieve a hand bag by just paying a nominal delievery fee. I had mad the payment of delievery charges, got the confirmation from Provogue as well regarding the payment. No response since then from Provogue and tracking site shows the co. is still processing the order. Also, the customer care people just picks up the call and do not talk. No response whatsoever...
