dear sir, i purchased a puma bag with no as 1)ainac 2)rn 62200 ca 06311 3)style no:071555 4)0713c1421644b0002670 from, The puma store, ab road shop # F-109, 1 st floor, C21 mall, pincode-452001, indore sir, i am regular customer of puma, but sir i got a complaint in puma bag of around 1200rs, sir i was carrying my laptop, my official documents, in rain but water from below the bag enters and ruin my official documents and laptop sir, yhis bag is somewhat defected because water can enter from zip side not the below part of the bag i want to exchange this bag so, please solve my issue regarding this product thanking you prateek shivhare software engineer

Conversation with Puma customer support is below : Me; I recently purchased a Ferrari blue high ankle shoes from the puma bungalow road kamala Nagar outlet . since the beginning I wanted the Red model of the shoes, but due to unavailability I went for the blue . A week later I discovered that there was a defect in the pair I got, I was really disappointed and straight away headed to the outlet . I am assured that the issue would be resolved within 4-5 working days but I would like to receive the same Ferrari model in red color . I hope costumer satisfaction won't be compromised for the color choice because I have already been compromised & dissatisfied with the quality . I hope you will give the outlet direction to replace me the product with a red one . On visiting the puma store today I felt really harassed, disgruntled and ennuied when I was told that I can't get back the product I paid for as it was a sale article, I can get anything else for the same amount . Is it the fault of the customer that the product purchased was defected ? Earlier it was dissatisfying but now it's double dissatisfying on getting this kind of customer support from PUMA . I hope you can understand the loss of your customer and the loss of your goodwill . I expected a much satisfying and overwhelming response . I have bought a pair of shoes from pumashop.in on July 31, 2014 for the cost of INR4000. I have received the receipt in my email. But mistakenly I have provided wrong address for delivery. So I tried to contact the customer care service of Puma. I have repeatedly sent many mails to the customer care email that is [protected]@puma.com and also tried calling countless times to the customer care phone numbers that is[protected] or 351 or 352 But no one responds. My money is stuck there and customer service is not responding and neglecting my helpless situation. Please Help...

hello, this is to inform you that i have bought puma shoes on 28th of February 2014. I am a doctor. i am using my shoes for regular going here and there but not in sports activity. it has been just 5 month and it starts to tear as shown in photo ? even non branded shoes will work for atleast a year. this is totally not expected from puma. what should i do?

I have discovered that the bag has the following problem:its upper strip is damaged I have not opened it yet but once my dad opened it, it was nice looking but after 2 days' experience o[censored]sing it, I swear to god this is the worst product I got from "high class" seller. I totally trusted its quality The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the bag [repaired/replaced] and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next seven days. when i contact the store on 14/07/2014 they told me that on this date (7 july) no bag was sold by them but when i show them the bill they said they will send company the mail and replace my bag in 7 days.now till 29 july no reply is come from them amd when i contact them they did not give positive response. I've been using so many bag and I have never seen a bag like that before. It is completely waste of money and I would never ever trust puma again. The 14-day return and exchange policy is a joke. Once you got over it, they pretty much don't give a ** of that quality issue. 1000 rs bag, wtf is that good quality product come from! if no positive reply come from your side this is the last time i had purchased a puma product I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the bag to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it. I look forward to receiving your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of this letter.

Dear Sir/Madam I purchased a Puma Shoes from "Bhawar Life Style, Bangalore, India" on 7th June 2014, worth Rs 2690/-. I weared that shoes since then for just 2 days and it got torn off and pasting is also comes out. It is very sad and sorry to inform you that I purchased bmw style shoes from your puma showroom sahara ganj mall Lucknow on Dec 27, 2013 at rupees 6499.00 But is quite surprising for me that the shoes found defective within one month. Recently I have purchased a Puma White / red shopping bag and i am not satisfied with the quality of the product.
The fabric of the bag is not up to the mark as it easily gets dirty and is prone to staining i.e. whatever clothes I wear the colour of my clothes is reflected on the bag making it look ugly and pathetic. The sides of the bag are worn out n its not even a month that I have used it. Kindly refer to my complaint and if possible I would want a replacement of the bag.

I bought puma ferrari edition t shirt. And I can see small holes in my t shirt just after 5 days of purchase.. When I approached local puma shop they told me that they can't help me. I can notice these holes developing in other areas of t shirt too so I am pretty sure these are defects by nt burnt or damaged..I expect puma india to exchange my t shirt.. I had ordered a pair of shoes. My order id is M[protected]. The shoe is different than what i had ordered. I have also tried calling the customer care but nobody responds to the call. Numerous emails have been dropped at customercare but no resolution has been provided.

When I visited the physical puma stores they said they wouldn't be able to do aanything for this.

I have bought puma shoe worth 3999/- just 3 months back.
i have mailed many times but nobody replied on that mail PUMA said to be one of the best shoe brand have the poor quality shoe n when i complain about the shoe no one replied on that.

due to poor service and poor quality shoe, i will say that i will never gonna buy puma again as they are giving either old stock to customers or the quality is poor.

they haven't taken any action on that after so many mails i decided to get it repaired from local market.

i do not understand that if a good brand do all this with there customers how we can trust on it.

once i bought REEBOK shoe and it does not gave me a single problem for 2 years n much comfortable that puma.

in just 2 months after buying PUMA it get torned from different places.

Simply i am completed dissatisfied from the service and quality of PUMA.

In my opinion Puma is making fool of there customers and don't want to build customer relationship.

I have bought puma shoes of rupees 3500 from Cross Road Mall Puma Showroom, but within 2 months net had cut from the right side of the right shoes. I have decided to go for consumer forum.
I mean this is ridiculous such a worst quality shoe material they have been using. I think next would like to buy shoes from street side(cheap local made shoes) rather the to go for PUMA.

Do no buy any puma product. PUMA should put a tag line outside their showroom " BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK"

So I request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I ordered two sweat jackets from puma on 12th December but because I didn't get the product that I wanted, but I paid them at the time of receipt of my order but then I had to return the same. My order already got picked up quite late (23 December) and now I have to wait for the refund. I have already had a word with all the executives in Puma but they do not help and keep on lingering the matter. It has been three months i am running after them for the refund. Now they dont even respond to my calls properly. I have sent them several mails but all in vain!!! I have all the records of my order and refund and also the mails and their replies too.
