I am Khushboo Singh. I am from Gwalior. On 8th dec.2011, i bought a sweater, worth Rs.1499, from PUMA store at dindayal mall, Gwalior. i choose to pay via swapping my debit card. Cashier Swapped my card twice and took Rs.1499 extra. After sometime when i went across my banking entry i found this .So, i went to that store, they accepted what happened. rather then giving me my money back they gave me a paper on which this was written:
"this to certify that we have received rs.1499/- through debit card no **** **** **** 7821/Punjab National Bank of ms.khushboo singh agianst the sales proceedings of our puma store, Gwalior on 8 Dec 2011"
they asked me to take that paper to my bank(bank of india) and said that they would return my money. But when i did the same as they told me. branch manager of my bank said that they can't do anything in this matter.

Puma India — DEBITED TWICE FROM MY ACCOUNT

This is in regards to the transaction number "Dr Pr: PUMA INDIA R,406935,[protected],5655" where in I have purchased some merchandise from the PUMA INDIA(SOUTH EXTENSION PART-2) on 3' july 2010, . The Actual Bill amount was Rs.2888 while making the payment the Store swiped my card twice .
The FIRST SWIPE was for Rs2399 which was cancelled before the transaction was completed . The bill was generated for total of Rs 2888 and the Second Swipe was done of the same amount, While going through the bank Statement,I found that the first swipe has been debited from my account which was quite shocking for me.

After talking to the manager of the store they have confirmed the cancellation of the First Swipe and has also checked their Audit Reports. Getting convinced with their details, now its an opportunity for RBS to get the whole situation sorted out .I Have already contacted the Customer support (Ref. No.1936) for this.

As if now the First Swipe Amount Rs2399 which is incorrectly debited from my account and not yet refunded.And still I am not getting any response from PUMA or RBS.

Kindly revert with some postive assurance about the money, so that it could bring a smile on my face at the end of the day.

Puma India — shoes aren't comfortable

RECENTLY I BOUGHT '1198 DUCATI ST' SHOES FROM PUMA STORE IN RAJOURI GARDEN MARKET,NEW DELHI.
ITS JUST BEEN A WEEK AND I REALIZE THAT SHOES AREN'T COMFORTABLE AT ALL.
PLEASE ADVICE WHAT CAN I DO.

    I place online order for Puma Sandal worth Rs. 1699 on www.Bestylish.com on 23th March 2012. Due to internet problem the order has been place twice and twice the amount has been deducted from my account. The order numbers are[protected] and[protected], then suddenly i realized deduction of double money and i called customer care department of Bestylish,com to cancel one order and according to him, it has been cancelled for one pair. On next day ie.24th March and subsequently i followed up their customer care for delivery of one order and cancellation of other order and refund the money for cancelled order. but after a week when i called them they said both the order has been cancelled and will return the money after 7 working days. Due to this my money was blocked for almost 15 days and then also after continuous followup they dint deliver the product. Still my money is not refunded for both the orders.
    The customer care executives name are swati and John.
    Please look in to the matter and solve my issue.

      I purchased a puma shoe from Puma store in DB City mall in Bhopal 2 weeks ago. Since last 11-12 days it was fine but after that i started noticing that the shoe front rubber of the shoe has torned and then it's size increased slowly. I took the shoes to puma store from where i purchased it. Initially they told me that the shoe will get replaced and they told me to bring the bill for the same. When i brought the bill they told me that we r not sure whether it will get replaced or not. I have given my shoes to them. Please see that i find the right solution for it.

      Puma — faulty slippers

      hey .i purchased your company's slippers(rs 499). these slippers loose color . my feet gets all bluish when i were them. hope u will help me.

          My name is Vikas Raheja, I had purchased a shoe model no:[protected]Ikcnic2X1 black-gold fusion), bill no: 49731 on 30th Dec 2011 from South extension Showroom and unfortunately I found that the pasting of soul is coming out, by assuming an exceptional case, I went to the same showroom on 14th feb 2012 with the shoe and ask the sales person about the same and I got the reply “sir this is normal”.
          When I insist seriously than Mr. Deepak (Showroom Manager) was called and matter was explained to him, add to my surprise he answered “Sir this is bound to be happened, every shoe with pasting became like this after usage of 3-4 months and when I firmly make a stand that this is a defect than he reply that this is the entry level shoe (now please make me understand what does he mean by this).I ask him to give me the same in written but he denies and at last filled a customer claim form.
          Now my first concern is the reply/comment/answers of the sales staff, which is definitely not acceptable from the representatives of such a huge brand.

          i had mailed the matter to the pumacare id also but recive no reply.

          Find enclosed the pictures of shoe, in the attachment for your ready reference.

          and after a week when i called puma i got reply that my shoe has been disapproved and they can only provide with the pasting, i was really shocked with this and now i want replacement of my shoe.

            I had made the complaint to puma, but no action was taken on the same. I am bearing the loss of 2000 Rs.

            Dear M/S Puma,

            This is to bring to your kind notice that I recently purchased a jacket from your Karol Bagh (New Delhi) outlet, Unfortunately, it was wrong in Size, at the time of purchase i was told that the size will be exchanged in SALE within 15 days from the date of purchase also from any outlet in NCR, but because of non availability of color it was not exchanged in Gurgaon.

            Now I came back to Karol Bagh all the way from Gurgaon to exchange the size, the people working there do not bother to respond to the customer, they behave so rudely (I dont know what sort of staf[censored] keep).

            Today I was planning to purchase some other stuff as well, but because of such a pathetic service of your outlet people, I don't want to purchase any item from Karol Bagh outlet, as I love your products.

            Please ensure that wrong commitments will not be done to customers, and behaving properly is the key to success.

            Please revert and make sure that other customer will not suffer because of your wrong commitments.
            on 15th of December, 2012 my wife purchase jacket brand n ame farrari from puma clothing outlet in karol bagh to give me as birthday gift for 22nd December and prsented me on the same day as I wear this the same is over in size the same pointed out by one of my friend and so I came to the store on 23rd Dec, and they refused to change My wife has paid sum of Rs.5, 000/- for the same this is not fare as we are the regular coustomer of puma product Achal Grover, [protected]

              hi,
              I am from Chennai and could relate to the complaint filed above. I just bought a puma sandals costing Rs.2300 three days back. I wore them to work the next day and it was OK but few hours later my feet went numb, the elastics on the sandals were too tight that it was causing intense strain and swelling. i had to sit bare foot the entire day at office.
              when i went back to the store(puma outlet at T.T.K, Road, Alwarpet). The manager, wasn't polite enough. he refused to replace the sandals, He said, they don't take back used goods however new they might be and i need to go elsewhere to fix it. The funny part is the reason he gave me, was that he can't sell it to another customer and its a big loss to bear.now that doesn't do any justice to the brand(PUMA). I am feeling awfully sorry for purchasing there, I know it doesn't make a big difference still i felt the need to express. By the way i am a big fan of the PUMA.

                Dear Sir, I purchaced pair of Puma shoes as a gift for my wife on 17 Dec 2012 . Description no. is 30390302 and price is 2999/-. i am really sorry to say that shoes laces have got their threads splitted and frontal portion of shoes have become deformed and deshaped with in fortnight, giving it a shabby look,.Though i have given it back to shop for replacement / repair vide reciept no.3487 dated 21 jan 2012 .But i regret purchasing a product which has failed so soon that too from a company of international repute . May i request you to allow me take a new pair of shoes as a replacement which will definetly reinstate my lost faith in brand Puma. Regards Akhil Sachdeva

                  On 27/12/201, I bought a pair of walking shoes from Puma (10/3,Elgin rd, Forum Mall, Kolkata 20) vat no [protected] receipt no 14251 store 043A . The sales person was Firoz.

                  Unfortunately, when I opened it, I saw that the right leg shoe had a manufacturing defect and was tilted towards the inside. I went to the store the next day and requested them to replace it but unfortunately all the shoes of the same design had the same problem. When I asked them to replace it with another pair of shoe i liked, they refused saying that they didnt have my size. When i asked them for a refund they were quite rude and refused. Finally I was forced to buy something which i didnt like, just to compensate my loss.

                  To resolve the problem I request you to help me get a refund or some compensation whilst reserving my right to claim against this shop and the salespersons there.

                  I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem.

                    I have purchased a puma shoes on 30th of Dec. 2011, from reliance foot print wave mall Gomti Nagar Lucknow, UP India.
                    i will be back on 2nd of January 2012 for exchange, because shoes are not up to the mark, the person met there, give me a written application that they are not able to exchange my shoes.
                    Even they said that whatsoever you want to do do u may do but we will not exchange your shoes.
                    I have lodged an notice to reliance footprint, if i will not get any result i will go to court and filled a suit against reliance foot print.

                      Hi Team, My friend gifted me a Puma T Shirt somewhere at the end of October 2011 which I wore for the first time on 1st Nov. I was surprised to see that after the first wash the Tshirt lost its color and the color of the T shirt was there all across the water in which we washed the Tshirt. My friend confirmed that she bought it for me from a store in CP. I went to the store and they said that we do not have a record. I have a question here. I have been using your products maybe since the time Puma was launched in India and do receive a call everytime you new products are in market. I hope now you are aware how well I have been using your products and a service like this is just not acceptable. Your Tshirts loosing its color is something straight that a company needs to take care off and not the customer. We spending Rs 800 - Rs 1000 for a T in your store does not mean we are throwing our money just like that. I would appreciate if I can get a confirmation as to when I can get it reversed or exchanged.

                          Dear Sir

                          I purchased Puma Yugo Run Black Pewter from your store located in Express Avenue Mall, First Floor, Whites Road, Royapettah on 24th May (Receipt No.10315).

                          This shoe cost me Rs. 3999 which by no mean is a small amount for me. Although i was happy to purchase this good looking shoe, however it seems Puma shoes invest just in design, not in durability.

                          Even before the shoes could complete 4 months, to be precise 3 months and 23 days, the Shoe Mesh has got torn from the top. The gaping hole on the top, not only makes my toe visible when i wear it but also embarrassment it is, makes the entire shoe unwearable. ( Please find the picture of the shoes downloaded from net, where i have marked the concerned area in Yellow)

                          Yesterday, i went to the outlet but they told me they cannot take the shoe back or even send it to company for repair as it is not manufacturing defect. Really? Then what is? He told me if sole comes off, then it is. Worst part is, i have not even used this shoe for running, because i am a lazy bum. Even worst part is, i was too protective for my shoes and wore it just for Saturday casual office wear. And , i am sure had i wore it for running, the Sole would have come off too.

                          Also, when i got this shoe i was wearing Power Sport Shoes. When i pointed to the salesperson that what is this mesh gets torn, he so grandly pointed his index finger at my shoes and declared like an Almighty, 'Puma is not Power Sir, Puma is a quality product, the Mesh will stay with you for long'... Well my mistake i did not ask him what this Long means. It seems it is only 'under 4 months'.

                          Sir i expected this shoe to at least complete an anniversary (actually i expected it to last for atleast 2 years, given Puma name). But this is a shock and big disappointment.

                          I request to take the defected shoe back and exchange me a new pair, return my money or change/ repair the defective piece.
                          I have the Receipt with me. If your want, i can courier you my shoes along with the receipt, for your swift action.

                          Waiting for your swift reply, that is as fast as Bolt and i hope esteem company that Puma is, will not cheat on me, like Bolt did on race track, becaue if you did, then like bolt was disqualified, i too will disqualify Puma from any kind of inclusion in my consideration set for Shoe and Clothing purchase.

                            I brought Puma Shoes, model YugoRun from Chennai on May 24, 2011 for Rs. 3999 from Express Avenue outlet.
                            However, just within 4 months the mesh on the shoes on top has torn. What kind of nonsense quality shoes this company is making. The entire shoe has gone waste because of this, as one can see the feet through that hole.
                            When i went to that outlet, they told me it is not manufacturing defect, oh yeah! what it then?

                            I wish someone send this company in Black Hole too, and it never comes back.Will write a mail to them now and if they don't replace it will embarass them on facebook and also courier them my shoes so that they can slap themself with it.

                            4000 worth shoes and not even going for 6 months. Son of Gun are ripping us off.
                            I would never ever buy Puma now. [censored] brand.. They are sponsors of Bolt, actually this company should be Bolted from selling its products.

                              I purchased a puma shoe, which i recently discovered that i was developing a back and knee pain due to its major defect in the right shoe.

                              The right shoe is so defective that its not even flat. If kept on the floor it keeps moving like a balance on mid part of the sole.

                              It definitely needs a replacement or a compensation.

                                i bought a shoe from puma authorized store in Bhopal m.p.
                                and in between two months the stitching of that shoe starts coming out..i went back to the store and ask them to replace it because its in warranty.
                                the store manager told me that it will take 1 week to claim and change it and after 10days when i went back he said its still in process and said that u wear that shoe very roughly and most probably they are not going to change it as said by manager of that store.

                                  I hardly wore this shoe 6-7 time and the leather on top is getting torned without any damage done by my side i just wore it normal and in normal conditions.

                                      On 20/8/10 I purchased a pair of shoes (royal evo perf hi black) from evolve buisness ventures(puma store located on no.1 church road, next to nucleus mall, villo villa camp pune-411001) article no. 35039001 priced 5999 rs. During the month of september and october, it was raining heavily in Pune. Unfortunately i wet my shoes in the rain(unavoidable) 5 to 6 times and got them dirtied.

                                      Finally i decided to clean them with water.I put them under the running tap water so as to remove the mud along with the flow of the water. To my surprise i noticed the black color coming out in the water. I let them dry under the fan overnight. The next day i noticed that the color had slightly faded and there were specific spots visible.
                                      After a week or so i went to the shop and told the manager about what has happened. First, he couldn't recall the shoe's material and design (since they were limited edition), and then finally i pointed out to the shoes which had similar material. He said that it was my fault that i used water to clean my shoes and that i should have used wet cloth at the most, which came as a great shock to me because in any of the case, wetting shoes in the rain was itsel[censored]navoidable plus trying to clean the shoes with wet cloth did not help at all. He finally gave up and siad that the shoes cannot be replaced or repaired.
                                      I do not wish to see my 6000 rs going down the drain in just two months time, yet i cannot help it.

                                      Puma — poor quality of shoes

                                      I purchase puma shoes on[protected], for R799.95 , code: 56590059, after six times of wearing it the stitching of the shoes came lose. It took me some time to save for a pair of puma shoes. thank you GERDA ORSMOND obo PHILLIP RACO.

                                        I purchased a T-Shirt namely "Striped Polo" bearing article no. 81382203 at the cost of Rs. 1199/- vide Receipt # : 16477 dated 10/10/2010 from the PUMA Oliver Tree Retail Pvt. Ltd, 164/1 Maniktala Main Road, Manisquare Mall Kolkata-54.

                                        On the very first use it was noticed that there is a small hole on the backside of the T-Shirt. Immediately, I visited the Shop i.e. on 19/10/2010 and brought it to the notice of the shopkeeper. The T-Shirt was retained and I was asked to inquire after 10 days.

                                        On 30/10/2010 I approached the shop for replacement of the product. The store manager Mr. Raj Kumar Das plainly refused to entertain our claim and said that there is no manufacturing defect and ZSM has not approved the claim.

                                        I am amazed to notice the way I have been treated. I think, it is not humanly possible to see every stitch and thread of a clothing product before purchasing it to satisfy that it does not carry any defect. The purchase is made on the face value of a Brand and with the faith that genuine defect if any, shall be taken care of at the reputed brand shop.

                                        But to my astonishment Mr Das tried to convince me that there is no manufacturing defect. (Impliedly I have done so). I really don't know how a "manufacturing defect" is defined in company's law book. But as an innocent customer I firmly believe that justice has been denied .

                                        When I insisted that they should give there opinion/ denial on some proper format, they took out a "Customer Claim Form" bearing no. 64 dated 30/10/2010 got that filled-up and and asked me to sign at the bottom. At home, I noticed that above my signature a sentence was written:

                                        "I am satisfied with the above settlement".

                                        i feel that the t-shirt must be replaced and that this is no way to handle a complaint. how could the store people ask the customer to sign on something to which he disagrees
                                        I am really shocked to see the behavior of a reputed brand like PUMA towards its customers. Nobody is going to spoil his new t-shirt and approach the shop for replacement within 10 days. The replacement should have been done without any delay. Unfortunately the shop attendant misguided the complainant to sign the Customer Claim Form and that to on the date of rejection of claim.
                                        The company policy should also specify what they mean by " Manufacturing Defects". I also feel that there is no transparency or awareness on this count.
                                        Puma must take remedial action. An individual is too small to face the might of giant company like puma.
                                        The ratio of justice favours the complainant in my view.
                                        I am happy to mention that the PUMA has replaced the defective T-Shirt.
                                        I express my thanks to this web-site and its readers who supported my cause.
                                        Never buy any PUMA stuff at PUMA stores, Forum mall, Bangalore!!

"i have purchase a shoes from puma Pune Aundh Branch oulet which was tears in two months only & managers says no exchange &my whole of the money goes as waist & I NEVER SUGEST TO BUY PUMA FOR ANYTHINTG. I want exchange or my money back
                                        i had paid 4000 rs for these junk..
                                        I purchase a cap worth Rs.799/-. Within 30-40 days, the brand tag of PUMA loose its sealabilty with the cap. Now cap is looking like ordinary cap available on footpath without any tag and symbol. Extremely poor quality.

                                        there is a problem found on this particular Model on collar Lining Broken in Only 4-5 Months .
                                        its very Uncomfortable shoes Which i have purchased . i am trying to log Complaint on PUMA but my Complaint not Logged but totally i am not satisfied with PUMA Shoes Quality Lots of time threw this shoes my Feet Got Cut From Back Side . From A Brand Like Puma We are Not Expected A Poor Quality Like This .
