I purchased Puma Yugo Run Black Pewter from your store located in Express Avenue Mall, First Floor, Whites Road, Royapettah on 24th May (Receipt No.10315).
This shoe cost me Rs. 3999 which by no mean is a small amount for me. Although i was happy to purchase this good looking shoe, however it seems Puma shoes invest just in design, not in durability.
Even before the shoes could complete 4 months, to be precise 3 months and 23 days, the Shoe Mesh has got torn from the top. The gaping hole on the top, not only makes my toe visible when i wear it but also embarrassment it is, makes the entire shoe unwearable. ( Please find the picture of the shoes downloaded from net, where i have marked the concerned area in Yellow)
Yesterday, i went to the outlet but they told me they cannot take the shoe back or even send it to company for repair as it is not manufacturing defect. Really? Then what is? He told me if sole comes off, then it is. Worst part is, i have not even used this shoe for running, because i am a lazy bum. Even worst part is, i was too protective for my shoes and wore it just for Saturday casual office wear. And , i am sure had i wore it for running, the Sole would have come off too.
Also, when i got this shoe i was wearing Power Sport Shoes. When i pointed to the salesperson that what is this mesh gets torn, he so grandly pointed his index finger at my shoes and declared like an Almighty, 'Puma is not Power Sir, Puma is a quality product, the Mesh will stay with you for long'... Well my mistake i did not ask him what this Long means. It seems it is only 'under 4 months'.
Sir i expected this shoe to at least complete an anniversary (actually i expected it to last for atleast 2 years, given Puma name). But this is a shock and big disappointment.
I request to take the defected shoe back and exchange me a new pair, return my money or change/ repair the defective piece.
I have the Receipt with me. If your want, i can courier you my shoes along with the receipt, for your swift action.
Waiting for your swift reply, that is as fast as Bolt and i hope esteem company that Puma is, will not cheat on me, like Bolt did on race track, becaue if you did, then like bolt was disqualified, i too will disqualify Puma from any kind of inclusion in my consideration set for Shoe and Clothing purchase.

Puma India — DEBITED TWICE FROM MY ACCOUNT
hi,This is in regards to the transaction number "Dr Pr: PUMA INDIA R,406935,[protected],5655" where in I have purchased some merchandise from the PUMA INDIA(SOUTH EXTENSION PART-2) on 3' july 2010, . The Actual Bill amount was Rs.2888 while making the payment the Store swiped my card twice .
The FIRST SWIPE was for Rs2399 which was cancelled before the transaction was completed . The bill was generated for total of Rs 2888 and the Second Swipe was done of the same amount, While going through the bank Statement,I found that the first swipe has been debited from my account which was quite shocking for me.
After talking to the manager of the store they have confirmed the cancellation of the First Swipe and has also checked their Audit Reports. Getting convinced with their details, now its an opportunity for RBS to get the whole situation sorted out .I Have already contacted the Customer support (Ref. No.1936) for this.
As if now the First Swipe Amount Rs2399 which is incorrectly debited from my account and not yet refunded.And still I am not getting any response from PUMA or RBS.
Kindly revert with some postive assurance about the money, so that it could bring a smile on my face at the end of the day.
