Hi,

I have taken one shoes from Puma Raja puri Uttam Nagar, in 3499/[protected] on 17th Nov, 13 . When I was checking shoes it was bit tight in my foot and I asked for bigger number size but the sales person has assured me that this will be fitted in my foot and there will no issue. but now I have used the shoes for more than 10 days and still its tight and not comfortable at all. All money I spend is a waist for me. Please replace this and this is very unethical to provide wrong information to customer regarding product..
when do I can expect revert on this..

    Sir, I bought my Shoes from your Store in DLF Promenade in Vasanj Kunj. But The Shoes Gave up Soon. The colours of the Puma shoe Faded As it came in contact with water. The sole came out and I couldn't use it anymore. I Asked The store from where I Bougt the Shoes To help me get the Shoes Repaired he Didn’t Take Any Action . Mahendra

        Hi,

        I have ordered Puma aquil sports shoes and it has been a month, they have not delivered it. Suddenly I receive a call from them saying that they dont have the stock of the shoes and the customer service people cuts the call if i try to talk to them. I have paid them the amount through my credit card. But most surprising thing is still they are displaying the same shoes in their website.They are perfect cheaters, this company has to be shut down, otherwise they will continuosly cheat. Please ask your banker to blacklist this company. I will surely file a case against them.

        Even after complaining to consumer complaints, they did not bother to reply it to me. I have already paid 1100 rs, it has been 2 months. Fraud companies like this should be closed. Lots of people will be in mental stress losing money with this company, hard earned money. I will need your help to close down this company, may be a lawsuit should do that.,

          PUMA India Store: Shipment #[protected] for Order #[protected]
          Wrong pair of shoes delivered!

          I placed on July 5, 2013 order online ( when PUMA sale was on for limited time period)- Order #[protected] for Item (Axis XT Wns Color : SILVER, WHITE Size : 6) . I opted for Cash on Delivery for Order #[protected] Shipment #[protected] and Invoice #[protected] .

          The order was delivered on 8th Jul through courier person of bluedart and the courier box had my name and Order #[protected] and bill was ok as it was collected in my absence by my relative , packet was not opened. Payment was made - Rs. 2,069.00 with details mention on top of the box.

          When i reached home , inside the box there was another bill Order #[protected] of Bibhu Panda's item : Drift CAT 4 Alt Closure SF ( color black size 7) - SKL[protected] for amount Rs 2999.00 and shoes delivered were wrong pair of shoes , PUMA shipped me WRONG SHOES :(

          I wrote to [protected]@puma.com on this dt 8th Jul ( same day when it was delivered) .
          I called customer care and they reverted they will send by 10th , still didn't recieve.

          I again wrote a mail to customer care , I had made the payment already but haven' t received shoes till now . The order was placed on 5th Jul'13 .

          customer care called back after tracking my stuff accepted it was wrongly delivered to someone else. return back was taken (of wrong delivery) but refund back took lot of time.

          puma slippers — not listening of complaint

          i had purcased a puma slipper from puma outlet in karol bagh new delhi. and after a month the printing of logo is vanishing . . . . . and the sole is also broken up . . . . and now when i m filing a complaint against it on puma outlet in kota . . . . . they are not ready to help me out . . . . . i was given the 3 months warranty also . . . . but then also there is no solution

            The colours of the Puma shoe diffused with each other with the contact of water. We brought these shoes from Pheonix Mall 5 months back. But I gave this shoe to the Puma store 1 and a half months back to fix it. When we brought the shoes, the shopkeeper didn't tell us that the colours will get diffused with the contact of water. The shop keeper is not taking any responsibilities.
            Either we want a new pair of shoe, fix that shoe or give us the refund.

I visited at this place today and I see that They manufacture the clothes and put a tag on them of Puma and adidas and sale them at their shop,The products look like as they are at stores, They have a factory as well where the made the puma and adidas products, I'm informing you just because I am big Fan of Puma and adidas and I don't like anyone spoiling the reputation, I hope you will do something for sake of reputation of these company and product's originality.                   Sir,

                  I bought a Puma shoe from connaught place puma outlet. It has been only 1 months and I have used it rarely. The problem is that the shoe have opened up from the pasting side and is embarassing to walk around with it. I paid rs 5500 for it. My shoe in warranty period and I will not accept a "repaired shoe" so I want to replace my shoe. There were three boys, name Puneet, Gaurav and Devender. They do not how to speak. They said shoe will not replace.

                  I am waiting for positive response.

                    I purchased a cap from PUMA retail store on the Mall, Shimla with M R P Rs 1099/- inclusive of all taxes on 5.1.2013. There was an offer of 20 to 50% discount on certain items, duly displayed and advertised in the show room, The amount charged from me should have been Rs 879.20p after allowing me discount of 20% but I was charged Rs 923. 16 p

                    Working the price of the cap WITHOUT VAT @ 5% i.e. basic price works out to Rs.1046.67p without vat. Even if the discount of 20% admissible is calculated at this basic price, the discounted basic price works out to Rs 837.33p and 5% vat on this price works out to Rs 41.86p thus total price should be charged as 879. 20P.(Rs 833.33 + Rs 41.P).. Whatever way, the chargeable price is to be calculated, it works out to Rs 879.20p WHEREAS I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS. 923. 16P by again charging Rs 43. 96p vat @5 % on Rs. 879.20p. It is a clear cut case of cheating people by charging VAT twice on one sale of product. FIRSTLY, the price i.e. MRP is inclusive of VAT and after allowing the advertised discount of 20%, VAT is again charged on the reduced price.

                    I pointed out this wrong charging when I noticed it the same day but the sales man who had attended me was highly arrogant and rude to me. Another gentleman gave a number of some Chandigarh office where an officer by the name of Mr Manu Sharma was more rude than the local man and said that I could do whatever I liked and that the procedure is being adopted throughout their sales stores in the country.

                    This purchase was made by me through my credit card and the cash memo given to me is a computer generated document.

                    I feel that this is not proper and every purchaser is being robbed by charging vat twice on each purchase. One can imagine the unauthorized collection of this amount by PUMA .

                    I understand that under the VAT rules / act any amount excessively collected by a seller attracts penalty.

                    In any case, I wish to bring this matter to the notice of local VAT collection Authority i.e. HP Excxise & Taxation Department and seek a clarification.

                      We have been to Puma Showroom of ambience mall gurgaon. We had to buy a jacket and asked a staff. Colour we wanted was not there hence we asked him to get the stock checked as to whether same is expected to come or not. He asked his senior standing there ANIL JOSHI and that man misbehaved badly... Neither he attended us being customers properly nor he spoke nicely with his staff.. He shouted at me being a lady and even said wrng things to my husband.. I need action against this person as he misbehaved with customer and his staff and shouted at us..

                        Courier has been done from calicut to kurnool around august .. and it has been delivered to kurnool from hyderabad on aug 27 2012 .. but till date i have recieved the courier.. i have been calling calicut courier service, calicut customer care,hyderabad courier office ,kurnool courier serivce.. but every one is asking for 1/2 hour .. and after wards no response.. this is not the proper way of giving the reponse to the customers.Immediate action has to be taken on the same .

                            I have visited your PUMA showroom(in FORUM VALUE MALL,varthur kodi) today around 6.30PM with my wife.My wife choose some dress and she went to trial room for trial.Suddenly one guy entered into the stock room without any reason.Then I started doubting him.Then I saw he was peeping into the trial room while my wife was changing dress.There was an AC window inside the trial room.It was closed with some bucket , it was dark.But When I saw that guy removed the bucket from there and was peeping into it.I saw the light coming from up clearly.Then I called other guys,when we rushed into the store room we saw that guy coming down from the top.
                            We are the customer and this is the behavior we are getting from PUMA showroom.
                            I hope actions will be taken immediately and these type of mischieves should never happen with any other girl.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I purchaced pair of Puma shoes from Bangalore (from Puma showroom, Marathalli) on 28th april 2012. I have purchased the size 8 which is not comfortable that time also, but the relationship manager told me that you exchange this size 8 by size 9 in next week our stocks are coming soon.
                                But now it take more than a month but i didn't exchange my shoe becoz there stocks not came. I have visited 5-6 times that store and other stores of puma in the city too but they don't have stock even i have given options (IKONIS 2, Exosis, Kelver Runner) but not in a single store i get it.

                                So How long i have to wait while i paid.
                                i regret purchasing a product which has this type of service company of international reputation .
                                I request you to exchange my pair of shoes ASAP which will definetly reinstate my lost faith in brand Puma.

                                  I am Khushboo Singh. I am from Gwalior. On 8th dec.2011, i bought a sweater, worth Rs.1499, from PUMA store at dindayal mall, Gwalior. i choose to pay via swapping my debit card. Cashier Swapped my card twice and took Rs.1499 extra. After sometime when i went across my banking entry i found this .So, i went to that store, they accepted what happened. rather then giving me my money back they gave me a paper on which this was written:
                                  "this to certify that we have received rs.1499/- through debit card no **** **** **** 7821/Punjab National Bank of ms.khushboo singh agianst the sales proceedings of our puma store, Gwalior on 8 Dec 2011"
                                  they asked me to take that paper to my bank(bank of india) and said that they would return my money. But when i did the same as they told me. branch manager of my bank said that they can't do anything in this matter.
                                  Plzzzzz help me out of this .......hopefully waiting for ur reply on my email id: [protected]@gmail.com plzzzzzz reply!!!!!

                                  Puma India — DEBITED TWICE FROM MY ACCOUNT

                                  hi,
                                  This is in regards to the transaction number "Dr Pr: PUMA INDIA R,406935,[protected],5655" where in I have purchased some merchandise from the PUMA INDIA(SOUTH EXTENSION PART-2) on 3' july 2010, . The Actual Bill amount was Rs.2888 while making the payment the Store swiped my card twice .
                                  The FIRST SWIPE was for Rs2399 which was cancelled before the transaction was completed . The bill was generated for total of Rs 2888 and the Second Swipe was done of the same amount, While going through the bank Statement,I found that the first swipe has been debited from my account which was quite shocking for me.

                                  After talking to the manager of the store they have confirmed the cancellation of the First Swipe and has also checked their Audit Reports. Getting convinced with their details, now its an opportunity for RBS to get the whole situation sorted out .I Have already contacted the Customer support (Ref. No.1936) for this.

                                  As if now the First Swipe Amount Rs2399 which is incorrectly debited from my account and not yet refunded.And still I am not getting any response from PUMA or RBS.

                                  Kindly revert with some postive assurance about the money, so that it could bring a smile on my face at the end of the day.

                                    I place online order for Puma Sandal worth Rs. 1699 on www.Bestylish.com on 23th March 2012. Due to internet problem the order has been place twice and twice the amount has been deducted from my account. The order numbers are[protected] and[protected], then suddenly i realized deduction of double money and i called customer care department of Bestylish,com to cancel one order and according to him, it has been cancelled for one pair. On next day ie.24th March and subsequently i followed up their customer care for delivery of one order and cancellation of other order and refund the money for cancelled order. but after a week when i called them they said both the order has been cancelled and will return the money after 7 working days. Due to this my money was blocked for almost 15 days and then also after continuous followup they dint deliver the product. Still my money is not refunded for both the orders.
                                    The customer care executives name are swati and John.
                                    Please look in to the matter and solve my issue.

                                      I purchased a puma shoe from Puma store in DB City mall in Bhopal 2 weeks ago. Since last 11-12 days it was fine but after that i started noticing that the shoe front rubber of the shoe has torned and then it's size increased slowly. I took the shoes to puma store from where i purchased it. Initially they told me that the shoe will get replaced and they told me to bring the bill for the same. When i brought the bill they told me that we r not sure whether it will get replaced or not. I have given my shoes to them. Please see that i find the right solution for it.

                                        My name is Amandeep Singh. I have purchased Puma Shoes from Myntra.Com. I have already paid the total amount of rupees 1999.00 from my credit card. I have given the address of batala city with pin code 143505. But they send my shoes to Amritsar city instead of batala.I called myntra several times to send my shoes to my address but no body is considering the matter. Please help me regarding the matter
